Only You Can Stop The Rubio Amnesty Bill

Democratic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid predicted on Tuesday that the Obama – Rubio amnesty for illegal aliens bill would have a relatively easy path to passage because he thinks he can get eight Republican votes and nearly all Democratic members.
Sen. Marco Rubio
We know that the four Republicans in the “Gang of Eight” behind the bill -- Senators Marco Rubio of Florida, John McCain of Arizona, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Jeff Flake of Arizona -- have already agreed to sellout American exceptionalism in the foolish hope of gaining more Hispanic-heritage votes and political power for themselves.

Despite the fact that he represents one of America’s most conservative states, Senator Orrin Hatch of Utah, is serially unreliable and vacillating on practically any element of the conservative agenda that comes to the Senate floor and voted for the bill in the Judiciary Committee.

Although he has not publicly committed to voting for it on passage, based on his past record, Hatch is a likely vote in favor of the Obama – Rubio bill.

But Rubio, McCain, Graham, Flake and Hatch make only five Republicans.

Who could be the other three Republicans that Reid thinks he can get to join all the Democrats in opening America’s borders and selling out American workers?

It is possible the answer is Reid doesn’t have the commitments yet -- and he’s waiting to see which Republicans can be had or which will fold in the face of lobbying by the cheap labor wing of the business establishment.

And that’s where you come in.

The only thing that can stop the Obama – Rubio amnesty bill in the Senate is for grassroots pressure to become so overwhelming that Democratic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid can’t get eight Republicans to join all the Democrats and stop the filibuster threatened by Alabama Republican Senator Jeff Sessions and other principled conservatives.

Your Senators must hear from you that you are opposed to the Obama – Rubio amnesty bill.

Call your Senator TODAY, (the Capitol Switchboard is 1-866-220-0044) to tell him or her that you oppose S. 744 because it offers amnesty to between 15 to 20 million illegal aliens AND, if passed, will bring 30 million more foreigners here legally – all of whom will qualify for taxpayer funded welfare benefits and other forms of public assistance, threatening to overwhelm our already bankrupt “entitlement” system.

Tell your Senator S. 744 will hurt American job-seekers, especially those with less education, and will make it more difficult for Americans to better themselves economically by flooding our labor market.

And perhaps most importantly, tell your Senator that, despite the outright lies coming from the Gang of Eight, S. 744 will not secure the border.

Hyperbole

Truly haven't you no shame ? You have exaggerated using hyperbolic language, sellout American exceptionalism for hispanic votes, what a pile of horse manure.

Amnesty for 15-20 miilion illegal aliens AND if past will bring 30 million more, where? I ask you do you come up with these figures out of your rear end.

You are a ridiculous person, you and people like you is the reason why America has past you by. That's why you lose elections.

You are the equivalent of a poltergeist who just can't seem to find the light.

Get a grip will you, insulting people by calling them ILLEGAL ALIENS is a turn off for many people. Let me enlighten you; 1st most are our neighbors to the south I know them they are brothers, sisters, cousins mothers, fathers and other family members or friends of Americans they are all somehow connected. There's nothing ALIEN about them.

Your charge that they take jobs from less educated American job seekers is hogwash, many Americans simply will not man these jobs immigrants will that's why businesses hire them.

Please do your due diligence before posting nonfactual comments that are so easily shredded apart.

Gang of Eight Bill and Amnesty

I don't understand why this bill is Amnesty by your definition.  Could you clarify why you say this?  I am not going to ally myself against Sen. Rubio unless I have a good reason!
