Liberal Herring's Fishy "Win" in Virginia Stinks of Fraud

Herring and Clinton
The Democrat Party has seized victory in all five Virginia state offices in addition to both U.S. Senate seats for the first time since 1970, thanks to the dubious triumph of Mark Herring. Yes – the home state of classical liberal Thomas Jefferson, small government advocate, is now blue. Yet, consider that the Democrat Attorney-General-Elect Herring’s certified election results give him only a victory margin of less than one hundredth of a percent, or 165 votes.

Errors could certainly have been made in tallying votes. But to be frank(en), the origin of those last few hundred Herring votes raises major red flags.

We’re not the only ones who can’t ignore that nagging putrescence of likely “vote count errors.” Charles E. Judd, chairman of the Virginia State Board of Elections and former executive director of the Republican Party of Virginia (RPV), voiced concerns over the count’s frequent fluctuation of votes. He voted to certify the results, but "with question," due mostly to suspicious issues in Fairfax County. Here’s what Judd had to say in a recent Washington Post interview

“’The numbers were changing. ‘Whoops, we found another mistake,’ then they changed the numbers. Then we find another mistake, we change the numbers,’ he said. Judd also questioned why some voters who cast provisional ballots in the heavily Democratic county of more than 1 million people were given more time than voters in other jurisdictions to prove that their ballots should be counted.”

Hmm … this all sounds oddly familiar. But wait. It gets even fishier.

When did Herring take the lead exactly? Low and behold, he surged ahead after Richmond election officials “discovered” more than 200 “uncounted votes” from election night. And what is the origin of these “magical ballots?" Why, a solitary “magical” voting machine, of course! All eyes then turned to liberal Fairfax County where election officials verified another 271 of the 493 provisional ballots cast by voters not on the electoral rolls or without proper ID. The results from these ballots were key in clinching Herring’s lead over Obenshain.

Fairfax County election officials detected another anomaly, this time with an optical-scan machine that caused “incorrect tabulation of results.” Officials determined that they failed to count some 3,200 votes. Ballots were re-scanned. The result: 1,130 more “magical” votes for Herring. Surprise, surprise.

That all-too-familiar stench? It’s the reek of the “Franken Method” and it’s souring the Herring victory.

Loathsome Saturday Night Live writer (and Democrat) Al Franken narrowly won the 2008 Minnesota race for Republican Norm Coleman’s Senate seat. Dean Chambers of the Arlington Conservative Examiner will refresh your memory:

“Remember the 2008 senate race in Minnesota when All Franken challenged incumbent Republican Senator Norm Coleman? Coleman lead by just over 300 votes after all the votes were counted, and this trigged a recount. But Democrats controlled the recount process, and they deliberately recounted numerous times until they found a way to find (or create perhaps) enough votes to put Franken ahead. After counting several times, the first count that showed Franken in the lead was certified, and counted as the official results. Basically, the Democrats used the recount process to steal the election for Al Franken.”

Here’s an explanation of that 2008 election atrocity, per The Washington Examiner’s Byron York

“A conservative group called Minnesota Majority began to look into claims of voter fraud. Comparing criminal records with voting rolls, the group identified 1,099 felons -- all ineligible to vote -- who had voted in the Franken-Coleman race. …That's a total of 243 people either convicted of voter fraud or awaiting trial in an election that was decided by 312 votes. With 1,099 examples identified by Minnesota Majority, and with evidence suggesting that felons, when they do vote, strongly favor Democrats, it doesn't require a leap to suggest there might one day be proof that Al Franken was elected on the strength of voter fraud.”

Oh, did I mention that Herring hired Franken’s recount lawyer, Mr. “Count ‘Em ‘Til We Win” himself, Marc Elias?

So what can we conservatives do now? First, Virginians must encourage their state lawmakers to ensure a fair recount in which “magical ballots forgotten in the trunk of a Prius” are not considered. Secondly, we encourage all conservatives to show your support of conservative Mark Obenshain’s recount effort in your social circles. Voice your concern for the troubling fluctuations in the precinct vote tallies. Share this article to shine a bright light on the real possibility of fraud in this election.

The Obenshain campaign is up against a huge liberal foe that helped Franken and several other liberals steal elections. And Mark Obenshain is fighting for our democratic election system. He could certainly use your support.

Why does this election matter to non-Virginians? For one thing, this country needs solid conservative attorneys general like Richard Viguerie-approved Mark Obenshain to protect the Constitution and state’s rights. Do you really want another pro-abortion, anti-family liberal-in-moderate-clothing with the power to further propel Obama’s hard left agenda?

Betsey Woodruff of National Review Online says it best:

“This is an incredibly important contest for Old Dominion Republicans. After losses in the races for governor and lieutenant governor, it’s their last chance for a statewide win — and their best chance to have a prominent candidate poised to run for governor in 2017, when term limits will prevent Governor Terry McAuliffe from running again. Infighting has made for a comparatively balkanized state party that lacks a figure to unify its disparate factions. If Obenshain wins, he could fill that role. If he loses, things could be messy in Virginia Republican circles for quite some time.”

Let’s not forget that Virginia Governor-Elect Terry McAuliffe will need a liberal AG to cover his likely (read: assured) future dirty dealings in the Governor’s Mansion. McAuliffe and Herring truly are birds of a fraudulent feather.

You’ve seen widespread voter fraud at the hands of liberals and recount lawyers before. Don’t let this election become another Franken moment. Be vigilant, encourage your social circle to share this and to support Mark Obenshain’s fight for the American, against fraud.

My "favorite" scams from the Franken crowd were miraculously finding ballots in the trunk of an abandoned vehicle... and not accepting the absentee ballots which were sent out too late to the troops over-seas.

Voter Fraud

How come only the Dems get away with this Happy Horse-Sheite?? I thought that the Franken B/S would have made it Impossible to pull this Crap again!

invisible ballots

You would think that since the dems pull this all the time when they are behind that it would be illegal but there are enough crooked officials that let it continue.

Anytime the dems are short of votes the officials seem to find just enough ballots that they were put ahead. There is either a bag of ballots in a car or mail in ballots that hadn't been counted or seen at all. A machine or two or three malfunctioned or miscounted. Somehow it is always in the dems favor and they win again.
There are people that voted in the presidential election with provisional ballots that said they had moved but couldn't give either the old address or the new. A lot were foreign origin so may not have been able to vote but since they were in line at the time the polls closed they were able to vote. Officials saw the same persons several times but they were allowed to keep the polls open. We now have a voter ID law that should be in effect except Terry McAuliffe became governor the last election and will take over the first of January and has NO experience in running anything like Obama. Pray for VA. He has already said he would expand our medicade program and destroy our financial standing.
