Vile Democrat Adam Schiff Draws Opponent: California Super Lawyer Eric Early

Eric Early for Congress
Eric Early, the 2018 Republican candidate for California Attorney General against Far Left Democrat Xavier Becerra, has announced he is running for Congress in California’s 28th District, which is now represented by one of the vilest human beings ever to occupy a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives – Democrat Adam Schiff, currently Chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

In launching his campaign Mr. Early said, “Adam Schiff’s witch-hunt against our President is reprehensible. Schiff continually abuses his power and misleads the American people, wasting tens of millions of our dollars in the process. It’s got to stop. My name is Eric Early – I have led a successful life out of politics, have a great family, love our country and have proudly supported President Trump since day one. I’m sick and tired of being lied to by career politician Schiff as he tries to destroy the President and works to replace our Democracy with Socialism. So, I’ve stepped up and am ready for the fight.”

We see Eric Early as a strong candidate against Schiff. Running for Attorney General Mr. Early received almost one million votes as a first-time candidate, far outperforming expectations for a first-time candidate running in an election where many long-serving California Republicans were defeated through the Democrats’ shady ballot harvesting campaign.

In launching his campaign against Adam Schiff, who is currently facing a censure vote for lying to his congressional colleagues and the American people, Eric Early laid out a solid liberty-based constitutional conservative platform.

On the corruption of our education system by Far-Left “social justice warriors” Mr. Early said, “Throughout our District and our nation, social justice warriors are infiltrating our schools, being paid millions of dollars by far left school board members, to indoctrinate our children to (1) hate everything that is and helped make America become the greatest nation on earth, (2) divide children of different racial and ethnic backgrounds against whites and our nation’s Judeo-Christian heritage, (3) actually be biased and prejudiced and filled with hate and anger in the name of so-called “implicit bias training”, and (4) be subject to outrageous forms of sexual education.”

Mr. Early noted that he is “presently leading an important fight against the Santa Barbara Unified School District to help rid that district of the outrageous indoctrination going on up there that far left school board members and their Superintendent are forcing upon the student population, in most instances without parental knowledge.”

Mr. Early continued, “I have received calls from parents all over the nation who have told me about similar things happening in their public schools. Once in Congress, I plan to take this fight to school districts here and around the nation. School again must be a place where our children can learn to think critically – and not be told hold they should and must think – and to get a solid education that will be a basis for a sound future. Our public schools must not be breeding grounds where our kids are taught hatred for our great country and the history of our nation.”

On our Nation’s most pressing problem – the tsunami of illegal aliens swamping our borders, Mr. Early struck a strongly conservative note, saying, “If we cannot control the flow of people coming here illegally just to live, how do we expect to stop anyone who wants to sneak over our borders to cause America harm. Democrats say they want to decriminalize illegal border crossings, they want to give citizenship to those who live here illegally and until that happens they want to give de facto citizenship by blocking enforcement efforts and by providing generous public benefits to those here illegally. This is bad policy and immoral. We have American citizens in need throughout our District and our country. We must use our resources to protect and help them, and not those who are not American citizens.”

Mr. Early charged that Rep. Schiff is part of the open borders Democrat problem: “I am the child of two legal immigrants to America. I, like every conservative I know, strongly supports legal immigration. However, because of our porous borders, illegal immigration has been allowed to continue largely unabated. My opponent never opens his mouth about the subject and never takes to task those in his party who openly support open borders. Thus, he at a minimum, tacitly supports the same open borders.”

Early further observed, “Tremendous strains have been placed on our nation’s resources and our society and the unabated flood of illegal immigration is a smack in the face of the hundreds of thousands of our citizens-in-waiting, who have sacrificed and gone to great lengths to become Americans the legal way.”

“As a business owner who signs the front of the checks of many people every two weeks,” said Mr. Early, “I want to stop the endless overregulation of our businesses. I believe in small government and want government out of our lives as much as possible. Our president has delivered on cutting taxes and regulations and the results are overwhelmingly positive and evident across the country. Under his leadership, we have enjoyed a record reduction in business-strangling regulations. Meanwhile, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act was a good start, but Californians still need major tax relief. When I get to Congress, I will do whatever I can to stop the constant tax increases on our citizens and to rollback overregulation of our businesses.”

Mr. Early’s career as an attorney did not follow the usual path. He attended New York University’s undergraduate film school, and then held various positions, including producing commercials for Hasbro Toys, directing short children’s films for The Great Space Coaster, working as post-production supervisor on hundreds of animated episodes of The Transformers, G.I. Joe, Jem and the Holograms, My Little Pony, and writing several animated episodes of G.I. Joe and Jem and the Holograms. At one point, he produced trailers for “King of the B-Movies”, Roger Corman.

While working full time to support his family, Mr. Early attended Southwestern Law School’s evening program and after graduation worked at one of the most prominent law firms in the state, where he was a Partner for a decade. Mr. Early was regularly involved in complex litigation matters in California and throughout the country, primarily focusing on business, entertainment, real estate, title and escrow related litigation. In 2010, Eric started his own firm along with several of his colleagues, Early Sullivan Wright Gizer & McRae LLP.

Early Sullivan, which now has 30 attorneys, has been recognized as Boutique Firm of the Year by the California Daily Journal, and has been named as a Best Law Firm by U.S. News for several years running. Mr. Early has been the firm’s Managing Partner since its doors opened, among various honors bestowed upon him, Mr. Early is the Past President of Southwestern Law School’s Entertainment and IP Alumni Association, was selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America every year since 2017; and has been named a Southern California Super Lawyer every year since 2005.
