Assault on America, Day 607: In Joe Biden’s America, Hillary tells Grampa Joe not to concede

It goes without saying that the attendees at last Thursday’s stirring and effectual concluding event of the 2020 Republican National Convention must’ve felt pretty good upon exiting the White House grounds after the festivities. After all, they’d just been treated to the better part of four hours’ worth of excellent entertainment and political theater courtesy of the biggest showman and most effective first-time politician of all-time.

One of those happy revelers was Kentucky Republican Senator Rand Paul -- but the exultant feeling didn’t last long. The professionally trained physician and son of libertarian legend Ron Paul was quickly surrounded by Black Lives Matter “protesters” who physically threatened the senator (and his wife) for no apparent reason other than the fact he’s not a Democrat and happens to be a recognizable Trump supporter.

To hear Paul tell it, the police -- the same ones so widely discredited by the leftist forces of transformation, “justice” and “change” -- saved them from what Rand estimates was certain bodily harm, if not death. As any sensible person might surmise, Paul wasn’t the only one who the mob descended upon, protected by the thin blue line -- but some were left to be shouted down by ignorant morons without the benefit of protection. Fine outstanding individuals, those “protesters.” Aren’t they?

There aren’t enough cops to deal with this “movement” that Democrats seem so proud of.

And the problem only stands to get worse. Last week, while most folks were busy watching the convention or waiting to see how (or if) Joe Biden and Kamala Harris would respond, Hillary Clinton was making news on her own. Jessica Chasmar reported at The Washington Times, “Twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said … that Democratic presidential nominee Joseph R. Biden should not concede the November election ‘under any circumstances’ because of the Republican Party’s attempts to ‘mess up’ mail-in voting. … Mrs. Clinton said the election between President Trump and Mr. Biden will be a ‘close’ one and that Republicans will do everything they can to secure ‘a narrow advantage in the Electoral College.’ …

“’We have to have poll workers, and I urge people who are able to be a poll worker,’ she continued. ‘We have to have our own teams of people to counter the force of intimidation that the Republicans and Trump are going to put outside polling places. This is a big organizational challenge, but at least we know more about what they’re going to do. And Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances because I think this is going to drag out and eventually [emphasis added] I do believe he will win if we don’t give an inch and if we are as focused and relentless as the other side is,’ she added.

“At another point in the interview, Mrs. Clinton said suppressing the vote is one of the only ways Mr. Trump can win in November.”

Actually, there are a lot of ways Mr. Trump can win in November, including the most important and obvious one, receiving more votes in states with enough Electoral Votes to prevail in the Electoral College. That’s the one that counts. If Trump’s vote total is indisputable in the right locales there is no amount of legal shenanigans that will push doddering Joe over the top. Should Walter Mondale have held out in 1984? How about Michael Dukakis in 1988? Or George H.W. Bush in 1992 since Big Bubba Bill Clinton didn’t even come close to a majority of the popular vote?

Speaking of Bubba, I might take a lot of flak for this, but I think Hillary Clinton deserves a lot of “credit” for suggesting to hold out like she did. Most sensible people think her “Lolita Express” riding, intern molesting, serial raping, spinelessly triangulating and repeatedly perjuring-under-oath husband is the real slimeball. But compared to Hill’s ultra-distorted view of the world and demonstrated dis-attachment from reality, she’s by far the bigger cretin.

At least Bill’s come out and apologized a time or two (here and here) for “mistakes” he’s made. What has Hillary ever conceded? She obviously feels because she lacks male genitals and has been the perceived victim of an atrocious, manipulating, power-hungry scumbag whose name appears on her marriage certificate that she’s entitled to universal unquestioned sympathy and the freedom to say whatever she wants, whenever she wants. And not only that, she’s also unrestrained to believe completely outlandish tinfoil-hat-worthy conspiracy theories regarding Russians, right-wingers, mailbox haters and anyone else who cares to listen to her.

It’s often said that parents longing for their long-ago spent youth live vicariously through their children. How many middle-aged folks wish they could travel back decades to replay the blown opportunity in the little league championship game or that big flub in the dance recital? If only we could do it all again, right? But in Hillary’s case she’s transferred her hate and loathing for Donald Trump onto Grampa Joe’s rickety old shoulders (though he’s only a few years older than her). Even the Crooked one recognizes that her political cat has already expended its full complement of nine lives.

Or who knows? Perhaps Hillary’s putting a little pressure on the Biden team to provide her a prominent advisory role in the new Joe administration if she “helps” him win. It’s a poorly kept secret that the Biden people don’t trust the Obama people (and vice versa) because the latter chose the Clintons over his own vice president to run in 2016. Whatever the reason, it seems evident that Hillary believes she can manipulate the doltish Biden into carrying out her misbegotten vendettas that she’s harbored for the past four years.

Democrats are laying the groundwork for “Any means necessary” to win in November

In terms of Hillary’s advice -- not to concede under any circumstances -- this is Democrat-speak for contesting the outcome no matter if Trump wins by two Electoral College votes or two hundred. The idea that Trump is trying to “steal” the election by opposing unlimited mail-in balloting has already been shown to be a fallacy. Presumably, both sides are lawyering-up to launch an investigation on Election night in any jurisdiction that’s within what some call the “margin of chaos.”

Vote by mail schemes are susceptible to fraud, but also endless challenges. The postal service has not been reliable in terms of delivering anything close to 100% of legitimate ballots. Liberal judges are itching for the chance to ignore the plain text of statutes in order to ensure “fairness” at the insistence of Democrat lawyers who argue that every vote counts and should be treated equally regardless of admitted flaws.

Many states have issues with outdated voter rolls that haven’t been properly scrubbed of illegal aliens, non-citizen residents, felons, dead people or those who’ve moved to another address. The safeguards in place are simply not adequate to guarantee that unscrupulous characters can’t get ahold of the process. This election is far too important to leave to fate. And one side has demonstrated over and over that they’ll stop at nothing to win.

As far as Hillary’s beef goes, she keeps insisting that Trump’s 2016 election was illegitimate for some reason because she purportedly prevailed by three million popular votes. For those who recall, Trump was ahead in total votes until the California ballots started rolling in to erase the gap and put Clinton clearly in front. Democrats apparently believe that Golden State residents’ preferences carry greater weight than the rest of the country’s. They don’t.

Like with everything else out on the left coast, California’s voter registration laws are very liberal. With one of the largest (if not the biggest) illegal populations in the nation, how can we be sure that millions of “undocumented” persons aren’t registering and voting? And would you trust leftist organizations to refrain from “recruiting” from the illegal pool -- or some other easy pickings group? Heck, they’re probably combing the homeless tent cities in Los Angeles and San Francisco to sign-up every toothless junkie they can find. Just send a ballot to the nearest address adjacent to the guy’s shopping cart and you’re in!

In insisting that Democrats will “eventually” win, Hillary tipped the strategy her party plans to implement this fall. The “suppression” claim is about as bogus as they come, but if you repeat the same lie over and over again, gullible uninformed people tend to believe it. It’s too much work for most “low information” voters to dig down to the heart of a contention. It’s enough for someone like Stacey Abrams -- or Hillary Clinton -- to assert they’re being disenfranchised and discriminated against because of gender or race.

With the way the presidential campaign is going, it looks like the only way Joe Biden can win is to create an impression in the public’s mind that Trump is fixing the votes before they’re tabulated. Who in their right mind would willingly vote for the 47-year swamp dweller? It’s a question a lot of people are asking these days.

Want to get a Democrat agitated? Mention “Joe Biden’s America”

There’s little doubt, a taste of one’s own medicine is often bitter and difficult to swallow.

One short phrase Republicans used a lot last week was, “In Joe Biden’s America…” to reference the kind of living conditions Americans would be compelled to endure if Delaware’s (least) finest is elected president. There are just so many good ways to complete the sentence, aren’t there? “In Joe Biden’s America, people will be forced to raise their fists and pay homage to Black Lives Matter in order to be left alone in public places -- or risk being harangued and possibly physically accosted by whack-job leftist nutcases on a mission.”

It works for other prominent Democrats with near 100 percent name recognition, too. “In Alexandria-Ocasio Cortez’s America, you would give up your cars, your air conditioner, sail across the ocean on 18th century wind power wooden ships and the only ones who could still use the cheaper, more efficient and powerful fossil fuel-powered engines would be the elites!”

Or, “In Michelle Obama’s America, no one is proud of their country, everyone who doesn’t agree with you is a racist and you hate politics but still make stupid, nonsensical speeches stirring up a class war from the basement of your multi-million dollar estate on Martha’s Vineyard.”

Or, “In Nancy Pelosi’s America, wealthy liberals lecture the forgotten men and women about bigotry, the need to grant citizenship to every illegal alien and to tear up the text of speeches whenever you disagree with them politically. Oh yeah, and you eat a lot of $12 a quart ice cream kept frozen in $20000 freezers.”

Admittedly, I don’t know the origin of the “In (blank)’s America,” but the first time I recall hearing it was when philandering hypocrite liberal lion Teddy Kennedy made an example out of Reagan Supreme Court nominee Robert Bork by lying through his upper orifice about “In Robert Bork’s America…” (Lookee who’s sitting next to Teddy as he lies! It’s Grampa Joe Biden in his “Uncle Joe” days back in 1987! That was 33 years ago, wasn’t it?)

Kennedy said, “Robert Bork's America is a land in which women would be forced into back-alley abortions, blacks would sit at segregated lunch counters, rogue police could break down citizens' doors in midnight raids, schoolchildren could not be taught about evolution, writers and artists would be censored at the whim of government, and the doors of the federal courts would be shut on the fingers of millions of citizens for whom the judiciary is often the only protector of the individual rights that are the heart of our democracy.”

What a load of horsepucky. Kennedy’s -- and Biden’s -- demagoguery killed Bork’s nomination and ruined a good man’s reputation. This is what happens when Democrats possess power (they regained the Senate majority after the 1986 election, leading to the inane Iran Contra hearings and stalling Reagan’s second term agenda).

Now that the tables have turned and Republicans have a nominee who not only fights fire with fire, he gives back better than he gets -- Democrats object to having their own rhetorical “tools” used against them. Well, too bad, liberals. “Joe Biden’s America” would be a scary place, primarily because he, Kamala, Michelle, Nancy and “Chucky” Schumer would be in charge of it.

Expect to hear “Joe Biden’s America” a lot in the coming months. Turnabout is fair play, isn’t it?

Now that the 2020 presidential campaign is officially on, Democrats aren’t waiting to try and spin the outcome as illegitimate and “stolen” by Republicans and President Donald Trump. Liberals like Hillary Clinton act irresponsibly when they instruct Americans to reject the results, no matter how dramatically the victory might be for the incumbent.
