Duck Dynasty’s ‘In Jesus’ Name’ Removed To Not Offend Muslims

Michael W. Chapman, CNS News

Duck Dynasty's Phil Robertson said that when the Duck Dynasty show began on A&E, the LA video editors would often take out “in Jesus’ name” from the family prayer scene because they thought the name “Jesus” might “offend some of the Muslims or something.”

Networks Mad at A&E for Not Forcing Phil Robertson to Apologize

Hollie McKay, Fox News

"Several high-ranking executives have expressed upset over the way this all played out. The network execs think that in allowing Phil to come back so quickly and seamlessly, without apology, sets a bad standard.”

'Duck Dynasty' Culture War Far From Over

A&E did not commit to stop censoring Christian teachings from its programs, and has in fact doubled-down on its support of the radical homosexual agenda by launching a multi-million dollar advertising campaign to promote forced “acceptance” of homosexuality in direct opposition to Biblical teachings.

Phil Robertson Controversy Reveals The Left’s Kill Switch on Dissent

We think that there’s a pattern developing here – and the implementation of a “cultural kill switch” through which any opinion outside those of the secular liberal elite is automatically deleted from the supposedly free and unfiltered internet. You can fight back, and win, by joining us in supporting Phil Robertson. Click here to sign and share our petition.

Shooting at the Wrong Ducks

Duck Dynasty is, or was, the hottest entertainment show on cable TV. If the Robertson family walks out on the show it is bound to hurt the profits, and the stock price, of the A&E Network's two parents: The Walt Disney Company and the Hearst Corporation. We hope you will click here to sign and share our petition and let them know you stand with Phil Robertson, and it would not just be the right thing to do, but a good business decision as well, to stop discriminating against Christians.

Duck Dynasty Cast Quitting W/Out Phil?

Todd Starnes, Fox News

The Robertson family states, "Phil would never incite or encourage hate. We are disappointed that Phil has been placed on hiatus for expressing his faith, which is his constitutionally protected right. We cannot imagine the show going forward without our patriarch at the helm."

Duck Dynasty Sponsors Stand W/ Phil

Right Scoop Staff

Two of Duck Dynasty's biggest sponsors, including Under Armor, stated that they will continue to support the pro-gun, pro-Christian show. Kudos to them for not bowing to liberal pressure.

What A&E Doesn’t Get About Phil Robertson And Duck Dynasty’s Success

Hollywood can make it tougher to get the message out, but they can no longer impose their values on the rest of America by censoring Christians like Phil Robertson. Someone, somewhere, sometime soon will fill the hole in the marketplace A&E has just abandoned, either by moving “Duck Dynasty” to a more Christian-friendly cable channel or by following Glenn Beck’s lead and going online.

Palin Defends Duck Dynasty Star

Tal Kopan, Politico

Sarah Palin says the suspension of Phil Robertson of the show “Duck Dynasty” over recent anti-gay comments he made is an attack on free speech. “Free speech is an endangered species. Those ‘intolerants’ hatin’ and taking on the "Duck Dynasty" patriarch for voicing his personal opinion are taking on all of us,” Palin wrote.

Fired for Being Christian – Join Us In Demanding A&E Bring Back Phil Robertson

Those who are inclined to take a live and let live attitude toward the same-sex marriage debate must understand that Phil Robertson is only the latest victim of a totalitarian movement in which any dissent, including that based upon Biblical teachings, is driven from the public discourse regarding homosexuality and same-sex marriage. Please sign our petition to A&E demanding that Phil Robertson be reinstated to his role in "Duck Dynasty."
