Trump Must Nix HHS Mandate

The majority of Catholics voted for Donald Trump, and many did so because he identified himself as pro-life and ran against a candidate who justified partial-birth abortion. He also said he would rescind the HHS mandate that makes Catholic non-profits complicit in providing for abortion-inducing drugs, sterilization, and contraception in their healthcare plans. Now his Justice Department is balking on this issue.

If confirmed, Tom Price will be the best qualified HHS secretary in a generation. His nomination has been received enthusiastically by the health care industry. Moreover, unlike Kathleen Sebelius and Sylvia Burwell, he spent twenty years actually treating patients. He knows the system and why Obamacare isn’t working. If the Democrats successfully Bork him, it means that they can’t be trusted with even a modicum of power.

We May Never Know If Obamacare Site Hacked

Shortly before the launch of HealthCare.gov, HHS had the choice of compelling the federal gov't to disclose any security threats to the site. They declined, so there's no way to know whether the site has been attacked.

ObamaCare is Working Perfectly

Next year, President Obama’s own Department of Health and Human Services projects that 80 million employer-based health insurance plans will be cancelled. That’s in addition to HHS projecting 14 million individual policy cancellations — for a total of 93 million health insurance policy cancellations. This is exactly what Obama wants.
