Pelosi Said The 2020 Election All Comes Down To Wisconsin

"It’s all riding on Wisconsin,” Pelosi told more than 100 Democrats during a virtual meeting tied to the final day of the Democratic National Convention. After the shooting of Jabob Blake Democrat-controlled Wisconsin descended into chaos and revolution. It remains to be seen how this revolution will affect November’s election, but one thing is clear – Democrats have chosen the side of riot and revolution in Wisconsin, instead of the side of law and order.

The Propaganda of the Deed – How America’s Marxist Revolution is Spreading and Growing Bolder

“The propaganda of the deed” does not equate to a single act of terror – it is not an event, it is part of a process of narrative construction, reinforcement and confirmation through deeds. In the vast continuum of potential examples of “propaganda of the deed” BLM and ANTIFA are still on the low end, compared to say al Qaeda’s attack of September 11, 2001 or the IRA’s bombing campaigns in Northern Ireland, but they are learning, and until the deeds have consequences they will continue to increase in boldness and in violence.

‘No Justice! No Peace!’—On Russiagate, the Right May Have to Steal From the Left

Roger L. Simon, The Epoch Times

No justice for whom? What about the tens of millions who voted for Trump? How about people who don’t want American presidential elections turned into a frame-up and then their elected president hounded constantly from well before he takes office until he’s pushed out the door? Maybe we should steal a march from the left and for once throw away our scruples and politesse and do what they do—take to the streets and hold up society, force it to turn our way, with violence if necessary. Well, scratch the violence—that’s their way. We should chant “No Justice! No Peace!”

Forget About Seeing Any Justice For Obamagate

Kurt Schlichter, Townhall

Prepare yourself. No one of any significance is going to jail for this. Stop focusing on putting a few putzes in the pokey. That ain’t happening – by the time we have the power to actually do justice the statute of limitations will have long expired. Instead, focus on the real goal. We need to keep and grow our power by taking the House, keeping the Senate, re-electing the President and helping the Murder Turtle pack the courts with patriots. Join me in a modified serenity prayer: “Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to own the libs, and the wisdom to know the difference.”

Burn Down the DOJ and Start Over

Kurt Schlichter, Townhall

Let Barr do his thing. Let Durham do his. I’m not going to Lucy and the football myself into believing that either one is definitely going to serve up the justice upon the Deep State derps that is the minimal requirement for beginning to rebuild the trust in federal law enforcement these hacks flushed away, but who knows? They might do something. In the meantime, we simply need to treat federal law enforcement as what it is: deeply corrupt and utterly untrustworthy. The other thing is that the president needs to pardon Roger Stone, Mike Flynn, and the others caught up in the scummy attempt to criminalize dissent. And he should commute Paul Manafort’s sentence to time served.

How the Justice Department Avoids Becoming the ‘Injustice Department’

Roger Kimball, American Greatness

It would be nice to restore some faith in that lofty-sounding ideal chiseled into the pediment of the Supreme Court. I do believe that William Barr is endeavoring to recover the impartiality without which any Justice Department mutates into an injustice department. It was good news, for example, that the Justice Department announced Friday that it had engaged an outside prosecutor to review the government’s case against former National Security Advisor General Michael Flynn. Flynn recently withdrew his guilty plea. It is anyone’s guess what Jeff Jensen, the U.S. attorney assigned with looking into Flynn’s case, will discover. I hope that he is exonerated and lavishly compensated.

Maybe Now Congress Will Rein In The Tech Lords

It's good and long overdue that the GOP leadership finally figured out that you don’t feed your enemies – but the advertising money they are withholding from Twitter is a rounding error to these giant tech companies. What is really needed is serious, sustained and vigorously executed litigation and enforcement of anti-trust laws and Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.

Free Steve Stockman

Patti Stockman, American Thinker

My husband, former Congressman Steve Stockman now sits in jail after being prosecuted by the U.S. Department of Justice. It was heartbreaking to watch as my husband shed his suit jacket, tie and belt, was shackled hand-and-foot, and led out of the U.S. District Court in Houston on April 12 last year. The government’s response to Stockman’s appeal is due to be filed in the circuit court of appeals this summer.  It is hard to imagine how they can twist the law or facts to refute the clearly presented arguments for conviction reversal. However, the wheels of federal justice turn ever so slowly. Steve Stockman may spend nearly another year deprived of his own liberties as he awaits an appeals court decision.

Scams, Big and Small

George Neumayr, The American Spectator

A responsible media would call former intelligence officials out for trafficking in such thin claims, not hire them as pundits. But at a time when reporters pride themselves on rejecting “neutrality,” the Clappers, Brennans, and McCabes can count on an uncritical audience. The media has always been overwhelmingly liberal, but as Lara Logan of CBS points out it is now completely free of any journalistic restraints to mitigate that bias even slightly.

A Citizen Suing the Department of Justice Needs More than Just a Winning Legal Argument

Sharyl Attkisson, American Thinker

I’m grateful to the constitutional, privacy, civil rights and whistleblower advocates who discovered a few months ago that there were no groups assisting Attkisson v. DOJ and FBI, and started the Attkisson Fourth Amendment Litigation Fund to assist with the lawsuit and fight government overreach. If you wish to contribute to this fund, the GoFundMe page is here. I’m told it could be months before the appeals court makes its decision. Now, we wait.

Problems at the Justice Department and FBI Are Serious

Andrew C. McCarthy, National Review

As in the Justice Department’s stonewalling of the congressional committees pressing for answers about investigative tactics in the Russia probe, if the president does not take remedial action and demand transparency, the disreputable behavior will continue, and public faith will continue to plummet. For their part, if the Justice Department and FBI wish to maintain their standing as rule-of-law pillars in a free society, they need to stop whining about their critics — many of whom love these institutions. They need to start looking within.

We Need More Conservative Warriors Like Jordan, Meadows, Gaetz And DeSantis

Far from being merely partisan apologists for President Trump, Reps Jim Jordan, Mark Meadows, Matt Gaetz and Ron DeSantis are reflecting what their constituents think about the Mueller investigation and the Russia collusion probe.

Only You Can Get The Red Chinese Out Of America’s Colleges And Universities

Confucius Institutes are Chinese government-sponsored influence operations located at more than 100 American colleges and universities. Now our friends at the National Association of Scholars have made the job of fighting Red Chinese influence operations at America’s colleges and universities even easier by assembling an online “toolkit” that you can access through CHQ.

Mueller’s Investigation Flouts Justice Department Standards

Andrew C. McCarthy, National Review

With Rosenstein’s passive approval, Mueller is shredding Justice Department charging policy by alleging earth-shattering crimes, then cutting a sweetheart deal that shields the defendant from liability for those crimes and from the penalties prescribed by Congress. The special counsel, moreover, has become a legislature unto himself, promulgating the new, grandiose crime of “conspiracy against the United States” by distorting the concept of “fraud.”

Red Chinese Penetrating American Colleges And Universities

The Red Chinese are working hard to penetrate America's colleges and universities. Here's how you can fight back if one of your state’s colleges or universities hosts a Confucius institute or if you are an alumnus of such a college or university, or the university or college where your children are studying hosts a Confucius Institute.

The Special Counsel Is Looking At The Wrong Administration

The point of counterintelligence and cybersecurity is not point fingers after the enemy has executed an intelligence operation – in this case an act of information warfare – it is to prevent it from happening. However, as far as we can tell, not only did Team Obama do nothing to stop the Russians, they helped them by undermining the peaceful transfer of power to President Trump.

Scandal, Corruption, Lawbreaking — And So What?

Victor Davis Hanson, National Review

Attorney General Sessions must find muscular, ambitious, and combative prosecutors (preferably from outside Washington, D.C., and preferably existing federal attorneys), direct them to call a Grand Jury, and begin collating information from congressional investigations to get to the bottom of what is likely one of gravest scandals in post-war American history: the effort to use the federal government to thwart the candidacy of an unpopular presidential candidate and then to smear and ruin his early tenure as president.

Jeff Sessions, plug the FBI leaks

Editors, Washington Examiner

We don’t call for Sessions to step down, but he and Rosenstein must get their employees to obey the law and stop their illegal leaking. If the leaks are true, and Rosenstein knows if they are, he, Sessions, and Wray must take decisive action to investigate who is responsible and punish the perpetrators. If they are false, the perpetrators should likewise be punished, though not for leaking but for spreading malicious falsehoods.

Restoration Of The Rule Of Law: Sessions Ends Obama-Era Backdoor Law Making

Attorney General Jeff Sessions has ended the lawless policy of the Obama administration when Attorneys General Eric Holder and Lorretta Lynch issued “guidance” almost at will to circumvent Congress and the checks and balances built into our Constitution.

We Need an Investigation of the Entire Justice Department Now

Roger L. Simon, PJ Media

The time has come for a thorough airing to renew the trust of the citizenry. That means a special investigator, but one with a wide berth to look into the entire DOJ and FBI, its patterns and practices, and, let's be honest, our intelligence agencies as well. We're living in a bureaucratic nightmare.
