Sen. Tom Cotton

Time To Take Jeff Flake Off The Senate Judiciary Committee

Come January, Flake is out-of-office and irrelevant, so as we see it, it is time for Mitch McConnell to remove Flake from the Senate Committee on the Judiciary and replace him with a sane member, Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas comes immediately to mind, who will advance the pending conservative judicial nominees to the Senate Floor for confirmation.

Don’t Waste The Lame Duck: Confirm Trump Judges

We urge Senator McConnell to follow through on that commitment and to use whatever tactics are necessary to get those judges confirmed, even if it means sidelining Senator Jeff Flake and putting the heat on any other recalcitrant members of the Senate’s Republican Conference.

Let’s Give Thanks For Leftists Being Themselves

There’s much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving; a world at relative peace, a booming U.S. economy and a President who has worked hard to lift the heavy hand of government from the backs of America’s working families. But let’s not forget to also give thanks for the power of truth, as Democrats, through their own words, slowly disclose who they really are.

A Very Trump Thanksgiving

While few in Washington’s elite salons will offer their thanks for the election of Donald Trump or for his herculean effort during the midterms, we believe among the millions of America’s working families who want nothing more than to be left alone to live their lives as they see fit, and pass on to their children the fruits of their labors, he will be honored this Thanksgiving.

Will No One Rid Us Of This Turbulent Flake?

We urge Senator McConnell to follow through on his commitment to confirm all remaining judicial nominees and to use whatever tactics are necessary to get those judges confirmed, even if it means sidelining Sen. Jeff Flake and putting the heat on any other recalcitrant members of the Senate’s Republican Conference.

Sen. Cotton: Why we wrote the letter to Iran

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR)

The Obama administration has so far completely bypassed Congress in its negotiations with Iran. It appears the deal President Obama is negotiating with Iran will not be a good one. In fact, if reports are correct, it will be a bad one that will ultimately allow Iran to continue its nuclear program and ultimately develop a nuclear weapon. Our constituents elected us to the Senate, in part, to protect them from bad agreements like this and to help ensure their safety and security. And that is what we intend to do.
