New York Governor Receives Backlash for Sacking a Catholic Charity

A self-professed Catholic, Cuomo said that the state was entitled to $3 billion of Fidelis' earnings since the Catholic non-profit received most of its income from state-sponsored programs, including "Medicaid managed care, Child Health Plus and the Essential Plan, as well as Medicare Advantage and commercial ObamaCare coverage." New York's Catholic bishops were preparing to use the money from the sale for a charitable organization to provide health care for the poor.

Is a Populist Christian Movement Needed to Renew the Faith?

Just as millions of American voters picked up copies of the Constitution and began to ask out of touch elite politicians “where does it say you can do that,” we Christians should pick up our Bibles and ask out of touch elite church leaders, “where does it say same-sex marriage and transgenderism are OK”, and “where does the Bible endorse the heresy that claims God and Allah are the same”?

Failed Catholic Church Leaders Are the Problem
