I Get A Nice Mention On Rush

Richard A Viguerie, CHQ Chairman

Yesterday, Rush Limbaugh gave me a nice mention on his program. Rush’s point was that the targeting of voters based on such markers as their consumer habits and other behavior has been around politics for a long time, but with all due respect to Rush, what’s he mean by “was”?

Conservatives Should Embrace the Creative Disruption in Today's Politics - Part 2 of 2

By Richard A. Viguerie, CHQ Chairman
Today’s political and communications environment is a once-in-a-century moment of creative disruption in American politics. Conservative principles—our products, if you will—are timeless, but some of our brands and marketing have gotten stale. Conservatives can look back or we can become more customer-focused, and grow, evolve, and adapt to this new environment of instant communication to lead America out of the smoking ruins of the old political and communications order.

The Disruption of Fortune 500 Companies Has Moved to Politics - Part 1 of 2

By Richard A. Viguerie, CHQ Chairman
By using the new and alternative media as a key means of communication with core supporters, neither Trump nor Reagan ceded the ability to set the terms of the campaign to the self-appointed gatekeepers of the establishment media. This was a key element, perhaps the key element, that distinguished their winning campaigns from the also-rans in the primary.

Obama’s Big Government and Big Business vs. We the People

The battle between Barack Obama’s Big Government and limited government constitutional conservatives began when he was sworn in and has grown fiercer by the day. Big Business Wants A Divided GOP – You Can Stop Them

Big Business keeps the Republican establishment alive with its tons of money, even though everyone can see that what’s happening in Washington – the spending and the growth of government – is unsustainable. The limited government conservative grassroots must take a stand against it.

Conservatives Are Winning the Shutdown Fight

The failure to actually fight for their platform or campaign on conservative principles is why millions of core GOP voters stayed home in 2012. Re-energizing those disaffected conservative voters is the first step in the long road conservatives must take to win the next two election cycles and govern  America in 2017 and from that perspective we are winning.

Will Obamacare Be The New Panama Canal for Conservatives?

Conservatives must continue to think strategically and look beyond today’s news cycle at what is really at stake in the Obamacare battle. The Panama Canal Treaty battle grew the New Right movement in the 1970s and the fight over defunding Obamacare is growing the limited government, constitutional conservative movement today.

This is a Conservative?

The establishment media has two typical "conservatives" it presents to its audience. One is an extremist or "wing nut" and the other is a more or less Republican-oriented individual whose views, when presented to the public, move the definition of “conservative” significantly to the left.

CNN and NBC Call Priebus' Bluff on Hillary Shows, Now What?

Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus on Monday gave CNN and NBC less than two weeks to pull major projects on the life of Hillary Clinton. We think Priebus is bluffing and is merely throwing a little red meat to grassroots conservatives during the lull in the political news brought on every year when Congress leaves Washington for its August recess. Please tell us what you think by voting in today's Daily Debate poll.
