Bernie’s Abortion Comment Destroys A Campaign Finance Law Fallacy

The moral -- even if political -- response of pro-life voters to Bernie Sanders’ statement on his leftwing political imperative about abortion is compelled by conscience. But to spend money publishing these moral sentiments to defeat Sanders and other Democrats requires reporting ourselves to the government in public records, which is not only a burden on free speech, but opens us to doxing by radicals, and in today’s political environment, harassment or even violence by extremists.

Bad News: Lindsey Graham Wants Election Year Immigration Bill

The idea that giving amnesty to illegal aliens, no matter how tear-jerkingly their case is presented, will net the President more votes than he loses to those who oppose special treatment for any class of illegal aliens, shows just how out of touch Senator Lindsey Graham and the pro-amnesty crowd in the White House are with Trump’s base voters.

Joe Biden Is No ‘Moderate’ On Immigration And Amnesty For Illegal Aliens

If Joe Biden’s radical stance on immigration is what passes for “moderate” in the Democratic Party, then they really have gone off the progressive cliff. In essence, his proposals would create an "amnesty in place," gut worksite enforcement, create a magnet for millions to enter the United States illegally and prove a boon to human traffickers and fraudulent-document vendors.

The Myth Of Joe Biden The Moderate

The Democrats’ problem in appealing to moderates is pretty simple – try as they might to disguise their real views, none of the Democrat candidates, especially Joe Biden, are moderates. Setting aside Biden’s rapidly increasing propensity to have brain freezes and bizarre episodes of confusion out on the campaign trail, the former VP has revealed himself to be no “moderate” on issue after issue.

Democrats Trying To Consolidate Race Into Biden vs. Bernie

Klobuchar and Buttigieg are endorsing former Vice President Joe Biden in an effort to pump up his faltering campaign, and as the Democrat establishment tries to consolidate behind Biden, the Far Left has begun a social media campaign to push Senator Elizabeth Warren to drop out of the race and endorse Socialist Senator Bernie Sanders.

Biden Wins SC, Bernie Wins Cash And Polls Heading To Super Tuesday

Joe Biden goes into the Democrats' Super Tuesday primaries almost broke and with no time to turn his South Carolina win into campaign cash. Sleepy Joe may have picked up a little bounce from his South Carolina win, and Michael Bloomberg may have dumped half-a-billion dollars on TV, but it is the Far Left "woke" progressives that are driving the Democratic primaries in most states, and they are solidly in Bernie Sanders’ corner.

Why Were The Democrats All Beating Up On Bernie?

Former Mayors Pete Buttigieg and Michael Bloomberg may have a point about Socialist Senator Bernie Sanders' lack of appeal to suburban middle-income voters. But here’s the problem – all the Democratic candidates are with Bernie or even to the Left of him on issue after issue.

Bernie Sanders Nomination: Let’s Be Careful What We Wish For

Many conservatives have been chortling with glee at the prospect of Socialist Senator Bernie Sanders getting the Democratic Party’s nomination for President. The assumption seems to be that a Bernie nomination will make the 2020 campaign a pushover for Donald Trump’s reelection. Our take is that in the aftermath of Bernie’s victory in the Nevada Caucuses, we conservatives should be careful what we wish for.

Democrat Platform: Make you do things you don’t want to do

We have been listening very attentively to what the Democrats have been saying during their debates and campaign appearances, and all their statements and speeches always seem to boil down to one thing: They plan to make you do things you don’t want to do.

The Dumpster Fire In Vegas

Last night's Democratic Party primary debate was a real dumpster fire, and it was a dumpster full of Michael Bloomberg’s money that went up in flames. But the dumpster fire isn't out yet. Democrats still have to navigate a caucus system that was set up to stuff Bernie Sanders, but with Bloomberg's implosion they have no viable alternative to the socialist curmudgeon from Vermont.

Sorry, Pete Buttigieg, but South Bend hasn't prepared you to be president

Editors, Washington Examiner

The role that Buttigieg served in South Bend was a good one, which anyone should be proud to fill, but it is simply fantasy to suggest that the skill set he learned there prepared him for the White House. Sen. Amy Klobuchar had a point when she said that no woman with qualifications as thin as Buttigieg's would be standing on the presidential debate stage. The amazing thing, however, is that even a man with such thin qualifications would be suffered to stand there. America has elected inexperienced presidents before. When the former mayor claims that his service in South Bend has prepared him for the presidency, one can only wonder whether he's been spending too much time at the Linebacker.

Michael Bloomberg: Like Penny Loafers At A Rodeo

The entertainment of value of Bloomberg’s phoniness aside, the former New York City Mayor’s real problem is that the authentic Bloomberg would get buried in both the Democratic Party’s primary and the general election, because, judging by what the real Michael Bloomberg says in unscripted moments, he’s an even nastier elitist than Hillary Clinton.

The Myth Of The Moderate Democrat

Our friend Deroy Murdock recently posted an analysis of the legislative scorecards for the Senators still in the race for the Democratic Party's nomination for President. It turns out that so-called moderates Amy Klobuchar and Joe Biden have often posted scores to the Left of Socialist Bernie Sanders. What's more, former Mayors Bloomberg and Buttigieg are every bit as Far Left as Sanders, Klobuchar, Biden and Warren.

Could Mayor Pete Secretly Be More Radical Than Bernie?

Roger L. Simon, The Epoch Times

Could Pete actually be as radical as Sanders or even further left? Bernie, even if he wins the nomination, would be too easily rejected with his fusty Eugene V. Debs style by the larger electorate, possibly disastrously. The Democrats know this, as most of us do, and so are preparing to select a leader of the moderate lane. As of now that’s between Bloomberg, Klobuchar and Mayor Pete, Biden having faded quickly. But no one seems to be asking seriously whether Buttigieg—who wrote an essay in praise of Sanders when Pete was still in high school— is indeed moderate, let alone whether he is a Gramscian like his dad. Someone ought to do it now to avoid some highly unpleasant surprises later.

Billionaires Buying Or Bribing Their Way To Democrat Nomination?

Bloomberg has already tripled Trump’s 2016 spending, with no end in sight. Bloomberg has said he’s open to spending $1 billion dollars of his own money in his bid to become president, but whether he and Tom Steyer can use their billions to buy or use legal forms of bribery to build a loyal and effective campaign organization remains to be seen.

Amy Klobuchar Wins the Democrats’ Vice Presidential Nomination

Amy Klobuchar had minimal national name recognition before this presidential race.  The odds of her defeating Biden, Sanders, and Warren seemed overwhelmingly against her.  Yet she persisted.  And now she has enough of a demonstrated following to make her the logical vice presidential choice of either Sanders or Bloomberg.

Biden Slinks Out Of New Hampshire Before Results Are Announced

In a move reminiscent of Hillary Clinton’s 2016 Election Night disappearing act, the former vice president canceled his New Hampshire "victory party" as his campaign scrambles to keep his base of African-American support in South Carolina from crumbling under the weight of a fourth-place finish in Iowa’s chaotic caucuses and his humiliating fifth place finish in New Hampshire’s first in the nation primary.

We’re All Dog-Faced Pony Soldiers Now

Madison Moore’s question was a perfectly legitimate reality-based question, which Biden deflected with an insult rather than answering. While the form of Biden’s insulting deflection was something unique that only weird old Joe could ever come up with, deflecting legitimate reality-based questions is par for the course among this year’s field of Democratic presidential contenders.

Pete Buttigieg Is No ‘Moderate’ On Abortion

By holding his platform "close to his chest," Buttigieg and his handlers hope he can fake out enough people who don’t support radical ideas, such unlimited abortion up to and past the moment of birth, to get elected and proceed to implement the ideas he supposedly wasn’t for.

Mayor Pete's 'Promise'

Terence P. Jeffrey, CNS News

Mayor Pete Buttigieg wants to facilitate "choice" when it comes to killing an unborn child but not when it comes to educating a born one. Buttigieg opposes using federal funds to give parents vouchers. His campaign has published a policy paper that states his position on this. "And because public dollars should fund public schools, Pete will continue to oppose the implementation of any federal school voucher program," it says. In Buttigieg's America, parents who want to teach their children that marriage is between a man and woman, and that a men's room is for men, better have enough money to send their children to a private school that shares their values. Buttigieg clearly does not.
