Which One Of The Spygate Rats Will Flip First?

Fired FBI Director James Comey, former CIA Director John Brennan, former FBI General Counsel James Baker and several others are already in the crosshairs. Given U.S. attorney John Durham’s reputation for uncovering and prosecuting FBI corruption in the Bolger case, which one of the Spygate rats is going to flip first?

Comey Is Ultimately Screwed

Our friend former U.S. Attorney Joe diGenova had a pithy assessment of where Attorney General Bill Barr’s investigation into whether the Obama-inspired spying on President Trump and his campaign were properly predicated: "Comey is ultimately screwed,” said DiGenova.

The Fabrications That Almost Succeeded In Overthrowing President Trump

Andrew McCabe would have us all believe that HE believed the Steele “dirty dossier” and other purported contacts between the Trump campaign and various Russians or Russian-affiliated persons, even though he knew almost all those contacts were set-ups orchestrated by the Hillary Clinton campaign, the FBI and various other organs of the Obama administration.

The Democrats’ Real Motivation For Opposing The Wall

We already know that the Obama administration abused the existing FISA protections and undertook surveillance of Sharyl Attkisson and many of President Trump’s political associates, and maybe even then-candidate Donald Trump as well. How long will it take before the Democrats’ surveillance regime moves beyond the border zone to encompass the entire country?

Sharyl Attkisson: The Government Has Rigged The Rules To Avoid Accountability

After years without turning over a single document in response to dozens of Sharyl Attkisson’s subpoenas, the government now argues that her case should be dismissed, in part, because she hasn’t learned the names of the “John Doe” federal agents to insert in the lawsuit; names which only the government knows and has refused to divulge.

New Poll: Most Americans Believe the Government Spies on Journalists, Like Sharyl Attkisson

A new poll from Rasmussen Reports confirms the damage done by the Obama-era abuses by the FBI and other intelligence agencies and gives further evidence that Americans are on the side of investigative journalist Sharyl Attkisson and others who are trying to rip the veil of secrecy off Obama’s domestic spying operations.

Spawn Of The Fake Steele Dossier

What research on the Steele dossier has slowly revealed is the scope and logistics of the information operation designed to sabotage an American election. Players include the press, political operatives from both parties, and law enforcement and intelligence officials.

The Crime OF Being Trump

The prosecutorial harassment of Donald Trump, those related to Donald Trump or in Donald Trump’s “circle” is an outrageous perversion of justice. What's more, the opprobrium heaped on the Trump family by the establishment media and popular culture has also claimed entirely innocent victims, such as Josh Trump of Delaware.

Comey Pleads The Hillary Memory Loss Defense

It seems that James Comey and Hillary Clinton are infected with the same memory loss virus that affects so many of the elite university graduates who make up DC’s political class, leading one to conclude it is not memories, but ethics and integrity that they are missing.

The Mike Flynn Travesty Comes To An End

General Mike Flynn has been destroyed, not for lying to the FBI, but for telling the truth about the failures of Obama and Hillary Clinton. I have contributed to the Michael T. Flynn Legal Defense Fund, I hope you will too.

What Happens If Rod Rosenstein Is Out At The Department Of Justice?

We agree with the President that there is a “lingering stench” at the Justice Department and FBI, however, it is unclear whether Rod Rosenstein will resign, be fired or stay in his position. The question is, is firing Rosenstein a set-up as Sean Hannity suggests, or something that needs to happen right away, as Judge Jeanne Piro and Laura Ingraham have urged.

Judicial Watch Busts FISA Court Corruption

In response to a Judicial Watch lawsuit it has been revealed the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court held no hearings on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) spy warrant applications targeting Carter Page, a former volunteer advisor to the Trump campaign.

Feinstein, Strzok, and the Sinister Russia Probe

Roger L. Simon, PJ Media

After decades of failure safely hidden by codes of bureaucratic silence, a new administration arrives -- or threatens to arrive -- with a wild card president. That immediately spells trouble for these intelligence bureaucracies. Indeed, it clearly spelled trouble before he arrived. They tried to head it off at the pass. How better then to distract from being investigated than to launch an investigation of the person (or persons) that would normally be investigating you.

Strzok Out, Ohr In

George Neumayr, The American Spectator

It is hilarious to see Hillary still whining about the alleged disadvantages she suffered in 2016, given that the entire Obama administration — from John Brennan at CIA to Sally Yates, Bruce Ohr, and Loretta Lynch, among others, at the Justice Department to Peter Strzok and Lisa Page at the FBI — had weaponized its most sensitive powers against her opponent. Yet she still couldn’t win. It can’t be repeated enough that one government did in fact collude with a U.S. campaign — ours, under an Obama administration that had stuck its Ohr in the water for Hillary.

The Self-Licking Ice Cream Cone

Senator Rand Paul was right, President Trump should revoke the security clearances of former CIA Director John Brennan and anyone else involved in the unmasking of Trump associates, the phony FISA warrant applications and the spying on the Trump team.

Why Should Trump Pick A Fight With Putin Over The Failures Of Obama, Clapper, Strzok and Brennan?

Never in the annals of Washington DC’s history have three bureaucrats been so anxious to shout their failures from every rooftop. But that’s exactly what Strzok, Clapper, and especially Brennan have been doing by blasting Trump for not picking a fight with Putin over their failure to stop Russian interference in the 2016 election.

Obama Cybersecurity Failures Are The Real 2016 Election Story

It is time for Congress and the media to stop chasing the phony charges that Trump “colluded with the Russians” and start asking what changed during the Obama years that allowed this extensive cyberattack on America to go unchallenged, and with such ease, and why were our cybersecurity operators told to “stand down.”

Peter Strzok's Smirk Said He Was Lying

Roger L. Simon, PJ Media

What the hell was this guy smirking about? Even in the remote possibility (oh, how remote) that his bias had no direct political and investigatory consequence, he had shamed himself, his family, and the FBI and its personnel tremendously, damaging the organization materially for years to come. And yet he was smirking. In fact, he wasn't just smirking.  He was fighting back as if he were the wounded party. One "useful idiot" on the Democratic side even said he deserved the Purple Heart.

Congressman Steve Cohen's Wasted Freedom

Charles Hurt, Washington Times

In the throes of a partisan temper tantrum last week, Steve Cohen casually denigrated all of our bravest warriors who have been sent into wars by politicians in Washington and gotten wounded. Or killed. Peering from his lofty perch in a congressional hearing room, the disheveled pol told disgraced FBI tool Peter Strzok: “If I could give you a Purple Heart, I would.” It is a pathetic state of politics in America today that a sitting congressman — who has the sole power to send our troops to die in battle — could be capable of such blithe disrespect for the awesome sacrifices others have made for his wasted freedom.

Peter Strzok’s arrogance is the product of a corrupt FBI

Michael Goodwin, New York Post

Strzok appears to be a chip off the Comey/McCabe block. Like them, he insists he is committed to the FBI’s high standards, but his reprehensible conduct makes a mockery of his claims. His stated contempt for Trump and his promise to stop him from becoming president render Strzok unfit to be a dogcatcher. But, aping his mentors, he nonetheless demands his denials of wrongdoing be accepted as if his integrity is self-evident. All three believe they are entitled to trust and respect, without having to earn or return either.
