After Tainted Prosecution And Trial Roger Stone Gets 40 Months

Serious and credible questions about the government’s motives and conduct of the investigation and prosecution of Roger Stone, including seating a tainted jury, have been raised. We believe a sentence of 40 months in prison is manifstly unfair and urge President Trump to step in and immediately exercise his pardon power to right the wrongs perpetrated against Roger Stone.

President Trump: End The Persecution Of Roger Stone With An Immediate Pardon

Serious and credible questions, including the seating of a tainted jury, have been raised about the government’s motives and conduct of the investigation and prosecution of Roger Stone. The vehemence by which the Mueller prosecutors continue to pursue Stone belies any claims of fairness and due process. President Trump should step in and exercise his pardon power to right the wrongs perpetrated against Roger Stone.

NPR vs. Breitbart

On October 1, 2019, without proof, NPR attacked Hungary for allegedly suppressing free speech. The hypocrisy of this was stunning, as NPR itself appears to be participating in a scheme to shut down an independent voice in the media: Breitbart News.

Don't call it impeachment — Call it a witch hunt

Newt Gingrich, Fox News

No person who has any serious concern about the Constitution should use the word "impeachment" to describe what is closer to a Salem witchcraft trial than an orderly process of seeking justice. An investigation would be fine. The investigation should include looking into when and who changed the rules for whistleblowing — and who were the sources for the whistleblower? How many of them are in fact liberal Democrats buried deep in the federal bureaucracy who hate Trump? Who leaked it to the news media? This whole thing is a political mugging and should not be honored with the term "impeachment." I hope that people would just recognize this as a coup d'etat.

Steve Stockman Case: Deep State Using The Federal Prison System For Political Payback

As Steve Stockman’s appeal is underway and he tells us he has been reading the Bible and taking note of all the saints who'd been imprisoned, we can’t help but note how little things have changed since biblical times when prisoners were incarcerated not because they were a danger to other people, but because they were a danger to the political establishment.

Stockman Convicted Through Government Trickery Says New Brief

A new “friend of the Court” brief asking that the conviction of former Rep. Steve Stockman be thrown-out has been submitted by a group of conseratives led by CHQ Chairman Richard A Viguerie. The brief says "To reach a conviction and this draconian sentence for the outspoken former Congressman Stockman, the government confused the law governing nonprofit fundraising and campaign finance, and presented its case in a manner that confused the jury."

Will Rep. Ilhan Omar Get The Rep. Steve Stockman Treatment?

Limited government constitutional conservative Rep. Steve Stockman was the subject of a four-year investigation by the FBI for the same things Rep. Omar is accused of, however, we doubt Rep. Omar, who checks all the boxes for getting celebrity justice (Muslim, African, liberal, Democrat, woman, etc.) will get the same treatment from the FBI that Rep. Stockman got.

The Persecution Of Congressman Steve Stockman

By Richard A. Viguerie, CHQ Chairman
Steve Stockman is an old friend, a fellow limited government constitutional conservative, and the victim of a corrupt government vendetta. I urge you to go to the Conservative Legal Defense and Education Fund’s Patriot Defense Fund website and make your most generous donation to assist in Steve Stockman’s legal defense.

Manafort's Purge Trial

Roger L. Simon, PJ Media

The trial of Paul Manafort is the first show trial of our own incipient version of covert Stalinism or Stalinisme sans Gulag. The groupthink behind this is extreme. Facts are less important than feelings motivated largely by the need to belong. There is the sense among these people that even if Trump didn't collude with the Russians, he wanted to. And even if he didn't want to, he's still bad and deserves to suffer for this non-existent collusion he didn't do or want.

Political Correctness: The D's New McCarthyism

Patrick Howley, Daily Caller

The DNC’s latest effort to suppress the free speech of conservative outlets based on trumped-up or falsified claims of bigotry (basically their only tactic) focuses on the Daily Caller and Rush Limbaugh who defended the constitutional right for men to be able to look at attractive women in public places.
