Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution provides that the United States shall protect each state against invasion and domestic violence. With 369,000 illegal aliens arrested along the Texas – Mexico border last year and over 189,000 crimnal aliens arrested in Texas during the past decade Gov. Abbott has a textbook case for a request for assistance to repell the invaison and violence.

The worst parts of this bill are those elements that undermine the case for the declaration of an emergency at the border. That is the only way the Wall is going to get built, because it is clear that President Trump is not going to get any help from Capitol Hill’s Republican “leadership” and if the Wall is going to be built it will be done only through executive action.

Political campaigns are always fascinating to watch as they evolve from beginning to close. Candidates must move with the flow as new revelations and events occur to change the narrative the media presents. For Democrats in 2020, that process starts now -- and it won’t end… ever.

It is clear that Capitol Hill’s establishment Republicans have once again let down President Trump and the GOP’s conservative – populist base. The President is now weighing "alternative options" for building a border wall. It would be great if the Capitol Hill GOP would fight for the Wall, but if they won't President Trump should build it without them.

A 14-day continuing resolution would allow the House to go on their scheduled district work period and return to D.C. with a full week to work through amendments that will be needed by the Senate and White House to get the bill passed and signed into law.

Short on options, it’s said Trump will sign the bad deal sent him by his party leaders on Capitol Hill. If the president hopes to get a barrier constructed, he’ll need to do so by other means. It just goes to show, once again, the GOP leadership simply can’t be trusted. Don’t go there anymore.

President Trump may be on to the Republicans’ lack of fire in the belly for the Wall when he panned the deal yesterday during a cabinet meeting and said, “I’m adding things to it.” It is clear to us where the problem lies in getting the Wall funded and built – with Capitol Hill Republicans where it has always been.

Four prominent Democrats, Virginia Governor Ralph Northam, Virginia Lt. The establishment news media’s worked overtime to portray Trump in every possible negative light and now they’re trashing his schedule because it contains too little priority for meetings and other official functions. Where journalists are concerned, if it weren’t for bad news there’d be no news at all.

We already know that the Obama administration abused the existing FISA protections and undertook surveillance of Sharyl Attkisson and many of President Trump’s political associates, and maybe even then-candidate Donald Trump as well. How long will it take before the Democrats’ surveillance regime moves beyond the border zone to encompass the entire country?
It Turns Out Nancy Pelosi Is In The Censorship Business After All
A forced and insincere apology from Rep. Ilhan Omar is hardly enough and does not address the real problem here; having an open anti-Semite in the confidential decision-making hierarchy of our government. We think that RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel had it right when she tweeted: Nancy Pelosi was wrong to elevate her to the Foreign Affairs Committee. Now Pelosi should remove her.

Politics doesn’t need to be as complicated as today’s Republicans and Democrats make it out to be. The representative republic our constitution lays out should function to do the will of the people. President Trump is trying to do his part… will Democrat leaders stop the obstruction?
