LTG Jerry Boykin: Toilette* Terrorists Claim Their First Victim

Obama’s campaign to normalize the abnormal by forcing the “acceptance” of men entering women’s restrooms, locker rooms and showers has claimed its first high profile victim in Lieutenant General William "Jerry" Boykin, USA, Ret.

General Boykin, the former commander of the Army’s elite Delta Force, is Executive Vice President of the Family Research Council, and also taught at Hampden-Sydney College – one of America’s last two all-male colleges. Boykin has now been fired by the college in retaliation for comments he made regarding the effect of

General Jerry BoykinObama’s edict that “gender fluid” men must be allowed – without question – to use the facilities of their choice.

"...the first man who goes in the restroom with my daughter will not have to worry about surgery

Comments similar to what General Boykin said have been posted on Facebook and sent via Twitter thousands of times, but chastising these normal, but otherwise anonymous Americans wouldn’t have the same chilling effect on freedom of speech and thought as bringing down a real American hero for advocating what millions of American parents think, hence the campaign to discredit General Boykin and terminate his employment with the private liberal arts college.

Through tweets, emails and phone calls some 150 radical gender fluidity activists bombarded the college mischaracterizing Boykin’s remarks as a call for violence against homosexuals and “transgendered” people and demanding that General Boykin be fired.

And like Target, Starbucks, and other supporters of Obama’s bathroom edict, Hampton-Sydney College caved-in to political correctness and complied with the radicals' demands – even though they were based on a gross mischaracterization of Boykin’s remarks.

But General Boykin is hardly a helpless “victim.”

He was sanguine about the situation saying that Hampden-Sydney is “a fine school with some very good young men who give me hope for the future” and that on the faculty are a few friends who stood by him during the run-up to his firing, and says Boykin he plans to continue the fight against normalizing the abnormal:

The bottom line is that I oppose these so called "Bathroom" bills that let men go into women's locker rooms, showers, and toilets and I have been very public about it. When I said in Orlando that "...the first man who goes in the restroom with my daughter will not have to worry about surgery", the LGBT community once again came after me, claiming that I was calling for violence against transgender people.

Well, that is simply not the case and I have never called for violence against anyone. I was referring to perverts who will use these policies to get into locker rooms with girls and women, and I object to that. My statement was meant to be humor and not a call for violence, which everyone in my audience understood as humor.

Nonetheless, I gave the LGBT community just what they needed to pressure the college leadership to terminate me and they did.

General Boykin went on to say, “My personal view is that PC speech is smothering free speech, a constitutional right in America. Too many years in the Army talking to soldiers still impedes my ability and willingness to say things that are not permissible under the PC rules and it has cost me a job. But I have not and will not change my position on men in women's showers and locker rooms.”

Attempting to intimidate Jerry Boykin is obviously a fool’s errand. With a distinguished career in the military and public service behind him – in addition to commanding the Army’s elite Delta Force he also served as United States Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence – he long ago proved he is immune to intimidation.

But General Jerry Boykin isn’t the actual target of the far-Left’s intimidation tactics – their target is you

What they want to do is intimidate Moms and Dads out in Real America; they want you to be afraid to oppose allowing men into the women’s restroom, locker room and shower and to sit down, shut up and accept their remaking of American society and culture because you’re afraid of losing your job.

And this battle is not and never has been about those few individuals in our society that have “transitioned” from one sex to another. Courts and society have determined that people have the civil right to control their own bodies and appearance, thus changing one’s sexual appearance is allowed, if not universally embraced or recognized as a choice a mentally healthy person would make.

This battle is about the dangerous predators that will use this mandate to accept gender fluidity to enter any place where a woman has the right to expect privacy and security.

This is not about what happened to General Jerry Boykin at one small college in Virginia. The real issue is stopping the insanity that endangers the women and girls that we care about in our lives and standing up to the attempts to normalize the abnormal through the vicious imposition of political correctness in speech and thought.

We hope that all who read this will fight this attempt to intimidate cultural conservatives and take a stand to protect our wives, mothers, and daughters/granddaughters.

The Family Research Council has a petition to fight back at President Obama and his executive overreach with the Department of Justice and Department of Education are doing. We urge our friends and CHQ readers to sign the petition and stand with General Jerry Boykin to fight back against Obama’s bathroom edict.

Stand up for our traditional values against far-Left political correctness and for the safety of the women and young girls who would be put at risk. TAKE ACTION TODAY!  Use this link to contact Dennis Stevens, the interim President of Hampden-Sydney, to tell him what you think of his decision to fire General Boykin.

*We use the broader French "toilette" because Obama's rules aren't limited to sharing the toilet in the restroom. They extend to any place one might engage in personal hygiene or the process of washing oneself, dressing, and attending to one's appearance; the shower, the locker room, restroom, etc.

Bathroom

Last week I went shopping with my wife (at Target). A 6'4" inch young man dressed in Pjs (little kid type). Was joking with his friend about using the ladies room. They kept staring at my 60 year old wife.

She didn't have to pee and they both got to live another day. Target is out 2 customers.

Please assure his majesty that I will follow his wife into the lady's room if that is where she elects to go. Oh and the kids, I know how delighted they will be to share with me. I am the friendliest 6'1/205 lbs regular guy they will ever meet. Unfortunately, I will be confused when I meet them.

Good luck to all the temporary trans folks; at least BHO fits into mom jeans without the operation!

NC HB-2 conundrum

What does a Mother with a baby boy in need of a diaper change to do....???
She cannot take him into the Ladies Rest Room to change his diaper because the baby is male....
conversely....
She cannot enter the Men's Rest Room to use the diaper changing table because she is female....
????????

Not on my watch

If I'm in public and see a man walking into a women's restroom, I will proceed to publicly humiliate him in more ways than one. A beating will be the first course of action. The chances of him being a repeat offender I can assure you will be very slim.

A beating will be the first course of action.

AND.... when you get out of jail after being convicted of Felony Assault...???

Jury Nullification

We are not encouraging or condoning violence against anyone, but I'm guessing a conviction would be hard to obtain in most jurisdictions outside liberal enclaves like DC, San Francisco, etc.

Hampden not Hampton

The college name is Hampden-Sydney College in the first sentence, not Hampton. Please correct! So sorry to hear about Gen. Boykin. Liberals change reality to fit their behavior but should change their behavior to fit reality (—Frank Turek).

As Donald Trump would say to our proofreader...

You're Fired!

Bathroom Statement

What is the different between his Statement then what OBAMA said about the Pedidor Drone when OBAMA was going to let his Daughter start dating ? ?

Use of bathrooms based on gender Identity

What is not being discussed is how women may feel when a person who is obviously a male enters the bathroom, or men may feel when a person who is obviously a female enters the bathroom. Why do these progressives believe the only feelings that should be considered are those of the transgender community which by the way is very small.
*
The slippery slope is when high school kids begin to enter the bathrooms under the guise of gender identity for the sole purpose of having sex with their girlfriends.
*
About a month ago just before this became a big story I was at a Sears store and I went into the men's rest room, as I was leaving a man entered with his 6 or 7 year old daughter and the daughter said "daddy why are we going into the men's room, he replied because your mother is not here, fortunately for him there was no other men in the restroom when I left but when a 6 or 7 year old little girl was nervous in the men's room even while accompanied by her father how would she feel if a man entered the ladies rest room?
*
senator obama promised to transform America and as President he is doing everything he can to fulfill that campaign promise.
*
He should have been impeached years ago.

Potty training

Only 2 days ago, I was mentioning the a shower or locker room is no different than a bathroom and now it is obvious that the goal of all this potty nonsense is more - much more. The goal is to blur the lines between males and females until there is little practical distinction and no legal distinction. People who are hypersensitive to distinctions shouldn't attend college (an obvious attempt to distinguish themselves from others as "better"). But maybe all people who never attended college or the subcategory of a "name" college would be thrilled to ban the question "What is your education?" from all job interviews.
If taller men sell cars better or more attractive women sell homes better, so it will ever be that people with different physical characteristics will be hired, wooed, chosen, preferred, or more successful at certain human activities. Think the NBA should be forced to hire shorter players if the govt declares height as a physical handicap?
The LGTB community only makes themselves a scourge and pariah in society by forcing upon people something that should just be a matter of common sense.
I'm sure that 95-97% of elected Democrats cringed when they heard of this ridiculous Obama edict about toilet use.
And this society is join to come down hard on Democrats in the voting booth this fall.
