Sarah Palin

It appears that 50 people participating in this poll still do not quite understand that America does not need another politician, or a Harvard graduate, or a Libertarian, or any unproven candidate to run against Hillary in 2016, no matter how honorable they may appear.

America needs Sarah Palin, a gal who has already demonstrated her gutsy, character with her straight talking, common sense ideas and adherence to traditional family values in her own family.

I can just see her putting a lot of perky items for sale on e-bay when she becomes president -- and she'd be first to restore Churchill's bust sculpture back to a place of prominence in the White House. Everything Sarah says reflects the true spirit of our "Greatest Generation." Wake-up, people!

Governor Palin

Governor Palin is so popular here because, quite simply, she is just about always right. She was right about death panels,QE1,2,+3,Benghazi, Romney,Obama from the very beginning, Syria, and now she's right about bombing O'care. She is loved in the heartland and if she runs will likely become our next president. She has been my president for 5 years now. Her election will be the miracle of salvation this nation has needed for so long. Mention it to Laura I. the next time you're on. You'll ruin her day. LOL.

Why Sarah Palin?

I vote for Sarah Palin in the CHQ Straw Poll because she inspires trust, she inspires confidence that there is no hidden agenda with her, and one feels confident that she will always do what is right for America.

In my opinion, Sarah Palin is more like Ronald Reagan than any of the other possible candidates.

Furthermore, those ineligible candidates who are not "natural born citizens" as required by the Constitution (Ted Cruz, Rick Santorum, Marco Rubio, Nikki Haley, and Bobby Jindal) are diminished by their failure to come out publicly and acknowledge their constitutional infirmity. Their inclusion in the polling and in the national debate over a conservative candidate renders a disservice to the American people and distorts the political process.

Richard Viguerie - shame on you for including these ineligible candidates in the CHQ straw poll.

I love my Senator, Ted Cruz, but I understand and agree that he and Marco Rubio do not meet the test of natural born citizen according to the meaning held at the time the Constitution was written. Please give the citizenship disqualifiers for Santorum, Haley and Jindal.

You, sir, are exactly right about this. Good post.

Sarah Palin

Now is the time for all good traditionalists to come to the aid of their country by drafting now the only really trustworthy candidate, an all-American, to grind Hillary into the ground in the 2016 presidential election. Sarah is that all-American girl. I am not an advocate of feminists, but I like Sarah because she thinks like a real man. Trust me!
