Trump Begins To Confront The Danger Of Iran

Much has been said in the establishment media, most of it negative, about President Trump’s decision to end Obama’s dangerous nuclear weapons deal with the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Trump on Iran DealWe think President Trump did the right thing, as we have urged on many occasions in our articles, Get Us Out Of The Obamabomb Deal With Iran, Even UN Says Iran Not Complying With Obama Nuclear Weapons DealConservative National Security Experts Urge President Trump to Withdraw From Obama's Nuclear Deal With IranPresident Trump’s UN Speech vs. Action On Iran And North Korea and If North Korea Has Miniature Nukes, So Does Iran,  the inevitable result of continuing to falsely certify that Iran is in compliance with the nuclear weapons deal, the so-called Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, (JCPA) and allowing their continued nuclear weapons and missile development cooperation, is an anti-American world dominated by two nuclear-armed rogue states; North Korea and Iran.

President Trump has boldly taken steps to neutralize the threat from North Korea, and his decision to take the United States out of the Obamabomb deal shows equal foresight and boldness.

Long before he was appointed national security advisor to President Trump Ambassador John Bolton pointed out:

The ayatollahs have neither the desire nor the incentive to renegotiate even a comma of the agreement. Why should they, when it is entirely to their advantage? Both Resolution 2231 and the statement, for example, “call upon” Iran to forgo activity regarding “ballistic missiles designed to be capable of delivering nuclear weapons.” The U.N. secretary-general recently reported that Iran is violating this provision and implicitly lying about it. But the deal’s language allows Iran to claim solemnly that its missiles are not “designed” to carry nuclear warheads, an assertion whose verification would require polygraphs and psychologists, not weapons inspectors. This is one of many textual loopholes.

Fearing that President Trump would keep his promise to take the United States out the JCPA, the deal’s apologists have actively obscured the central issue, which is American national security, by arguing that it is too arduous and too complex to withdraw cleanly.

In yesterday’s decision Trump cut that Gordian Knot cleanly and without the negative leaking and undercutting that characterized previous major national security decisions under poisonous national security advisor H.R. McMaster and the ineffectual Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.

The President’s decision memorandum clearly states what Obama never understood or treasonously ignored: The national security of the United States demands that Iran be denied nuclear weapons and intercontinental ballistic missiles.

Moreover, President Trump announced that it is the policy of the United States that Iran's network and campaign of regional aggression be neutralized; to disrupt, degrade, or deny the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps and its surrogates access to the resources that sustain their destabilizing activities; and to counter Iran's aggressive development of missiles and other asymmetric and conventional weapons capabilities.  The United States will continue to pursue these aims and the objectives contained in the Iran strategy that the President announced on October 13, 2017, adjusting the ways and means to achieve them as required.

Directing the Secretary of State in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury and the Secretary of Energy to take all appropriate steps to cease the participation of the United States in the Iran nuclear weapons deal is a great start, but to achieve the goal of winning the war Iran declared on America and the West much more needs to be done, starting right here at home.

Because Iran continues operate terrorist cells and conduct information warfare right here in America.

As our friend Ken Timmerman, President & CEO, Foundation for Democracy in Iran, noted in a recent email and article for FrontPage magazine, the FBI has long warned of Iranian-government operational cells in the United States. Some of them operate under cover at the two Iranian “diplomatic” facilities in New York and Washington, DC. Others may use the regime’s network of schools and mosques around the country for logistical support.

On May 1 Iranian dissident Mansoor Osanloo, the exiled former head of the bus driver’s union in Tehran, was savagely attacked while traveling on a PATH train into New York City, and left for dead.

Multiple assailants sprayed him with a corrosive chemical, then clubbed him in the back of the neck with what appears to have been a tire iron. He lay in a coma for several days and required 17 stitches in his neck.

Timmerman spoke with Osanloo not long after he awoke from a coma.

“I don’t remember anything,” he said. “But you can see from the pictures that I was sprayed with some kind of a chemical weapon and smashed in the head. This was a terrorist attack.”

Photographs taken at the hospital show a horribly-disfigured Osanloo. The burns to his skin are reminiscent of mustard gas attacks.

Osanloo has been instrumental in planning mass protests across Iran in recent months, and is the most prominent Iranian labor leader, in Iran or in exile. He was traveling to the New York studio of Iran International Television for an interview at the invitation of broadcaster Askar Ramazanzadi.

It remains unclear who funds the new “exile” TV based in London says Timmerman. But it has attracted many former broadcasters from Voice of America, such as Mohammad Manzapour, who were forced to resign from VOA because of alleged ties to the Islamic State of Iran authorities.

“They knew what time I was supposed to go to their studio,” Osanloo told Timmerman. “They knew what route I had to take. And then their studio published lies about what happened, claiming it was a car accident.”

President Trump has made the right decision to reimpose sanctions on Iran and to assemble a broad coalition to deny Iran all paths to a nuclear weapon and to counter the totality of the regime’s malign activities. However, those “malign activities” are not things that only occur overseas in the Middle East.

We urge the President to also confront the Iranian threat right here in America by directing the FBI and other counter intelligence agencies to break-up Iranian intelligence fronts, such as the National Iranian American Council, and terrorist cells, such as those responsible for the attack on Iranian dissident Mansoor Osanloo.

Begin to Confront the Real Saudi Salafi Danger!

Mr. Rasley posits as the reason to go back on our negotiated word.

Even, if the other allegations made about Iran before this key were all true (which they are not); if the standard is the degree and quantity of terrorist cells (make that "madrassahs") and information warfare (Clinton Foundation and presidential "sword dance") then the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia far exceeds any other nation in those areas.

The hijackers in the September 11 attacks were 19 men affiliated with al-Qaeda. Fifteen (15) of the 19 were citizens of Saudi Arabia, and the others were from the United Arab Emirates (2), Egypt, and Lebanon.[1] {Wikipedia]
ALL were Salafi Sunnis (the most extreme and literalist sect of Islam).

NONE were Iranian. NONE were Shi’ites.

US-Saudi Arabia seal weapons deal worth nearly $110 billion as Trump begins visit with a "sword dance".
