The Sabbath Massacre attack on Israel by the Muslim terrorists of Hamas will inspire the most significant terror threat to the United States since the rise of ISIS nearly a decade ago, FBI Director Christopher Wray said according to the Reuters report of his testimony at a congressional hearing on Tuesday.
Wray said that since the start of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in Gaza earlier this month, multiple foreign terrorist organizations have called for attacks against Americans and the West, raising the threat posed by what Wray termed “homegrown U.S. violent extremists.”
"The actions of Hamas and its allies will serve as an inspiration the likes of which we haven't seen since ISIS launched its so-called caliphate several years ago," Wray said.
However, when asked by Florida’s Senator Rick Scott if he could say that there were not individual terrorists or terror cells operating in the United States Wray said, “we’re not tracking that.”
The “Threats to the Homeland Hearing” hearing also featured Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and National Counterterrorism Center Director Christine Abizaid and exposed how derelict in their duty and thoroughly compromised by Islamists the Biden administration is.
Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) took Mayorkas to task for having employed a former spokeswoman for the Palestine Liberation Organization at his agency, who shared images of Hamas terrorists using paragliders and called for the “downfall” of Israel in personal social media posts.
“This is an asylum and immigration officer who is posting these, frankly, pro-genocidal slogans and images on the day that Israelis are being slaughtered in their beds,” Hawley told Mayorkas, referring to Nejwa Ali, an officer with the US Citizenship and Immigration Services.
“This person works for the Department of Homeland Security. Have you fired her?” Hawley asked, according to reporting by Josh Christenson of the New York Post.
“To suggest that that is emblematic of the men and women of the Department of Homeland Security is despicable,” Mayorkas began to respond before being cut off.
“When Israel has been invaded and Jewish students are barricaded in libraries in this country and cannot be escorted out because they are threatened for their lives,” Hawley shot back, “you have employees who are celebrating genocide. And you are saying it’s despicable for me to ask the question. Has she been fired?”
“That individual has been placed on administrative leave,” Mayorkas replied, trading glares with Hawley. “The individual was hired in 2019. … I cannot speak to an ongoing personnel matter.”
“This isn’t sufficient to fire her?” Hawley asked. “That’s what you’re telling me.”
“That is not what I’m saying,” Mayorkas interjected.
“She’s still on your payroll as we sit here today,” Hawley said. “Did she adjudicate any cases involving Israelis seeking asylum in this country?”
Mayorkas declined to answer further, according to Mr. Christenson’s report.
Just to make it crystal clear who Mayorkas hired to work at the Department of Homeland Security, Nejwa Ali worked for the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), which is a designated terrorist organization, not some humanitarian organization or the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce.
And it is indicative of the larger problem with Joe Biden, and the Democrats in general, that they simply refuse to recognize that all of these Islamist organizations fit together and are motivated by the same underlying ideology – the destruction of Western Judeo-Christian civilization – starting with Israel and then the United States to ultimately achieve the establishment of the Ummah, the worldwide reign of Islam.
The government of the United States has known for decades that Hamas and other Muslim terror organizations are operating in the US – and the Holy Land Foundation trial exposed how deeply connected to international terrorist organizations the leaders of many American Muslim organization are.
As Lorenzo Vidino wrote in The Hamas Network in America: A Short History (George Washington University, Program on Extremism, October, 2023):
Individuals and networks providing various forms of support for Hamas have been active in America for decades. Small numbers of Palestinians who belonged to Muslim Brotherhood networks in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, in fact, arrived in the US since the 1960s to study at American universities or as immigrants/refugees (Hamas, as its charter states, is “one of the wings of the Muslim Brotherhood in Palestine”).
Yet here we are, 15 years later, hiring the spokeswoman of one of the oldest Muslim terrorist organizations – the Palestine Liberation Organization – to work at the Department of Homeland Security at the same time the Director of the FBI is telling Congress that the Bureau isn’t tracking Muslim terrorists in the United States – even though there is a heightened threat environment due to the Hamas attack on Israel.
The Capitol Switchboard is (202-224-3121), call today and tell your Senators (and Representative) that Congress must continue to conduct strict oversight of the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI to ensure that Joe Biden’s “see something, do nothing” attitude toward the threat of Muslim terrorism in America does not lead to another tragedy.

Are you serious, Mr. V.? Nobody in their right state of mind should expect Biden to track any of these would-be terrorists.
It's a matter of priorities. There are only so many FBI agents to go around. How can you expect them to pay attention to Hamas and other terrorists when they are already busy arresting Trump supporters, anti-abortion activists, and parents attending school board meetings? Get real!
