Biden’s Mideast Hostage Crisis: Day 20

Yesterday, we pointed out how the Democrat Party has covered for its anti-Semitic, anti-American Hamas Democrat members, including Representatives Rashida Tlaib, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, Ayanna Pressley, Ilhan Omar, Cori Bush, Jamaal Bowman, Andre Carson, Summer Lee and Delia Ramirez.

And these dangerous anti-Semites and anti-Americans also benefit from a sympathetic Leftwing media that regularly excuses and covers for their ties to terrorists and hostile foreign governments.

Now, the same dynamic is playing out with regard to the American hostages held by Hamas terrorists in the Gaza strip.

According to Reuters an estimated 200 people, including 30 teenagers and young children and 20 people over the age of 60, are being held hostage in Gaza. Hamas claims 50 more are held by other armed groups in the enclave. This crime is in addition to their slaughter of approximately 1,400 unarmed Israeli civilians and visitors.

Twenty or more Americans are missing, U.S. national security adviser Jake Sullivan said according to Reuters, adding that he could not say how many of those were being held hostage. Republican Senator Jim Risch told reporters that 10 of the hostages were Americans.

So, no one really knows how many Americans are among the hostages or whether has been the case in the past with Muslim terrorists, the missing were kidnapped, tortured and then killed with their bodies secreted away in a form of psychological torture for their families.

The media and Democrat politicians have been strangely silent on the issue of the American hostages in Gaza, unlike in 1979, when the Iranians took 52 American Embassy personnel hostage in Teheran.

During President Jimmy Carter’s hostage crisis with the Islamic Republic of Iran (the patron and inspiration for the current Hamas hostage-takers) the media conducted a day-by-day count of the hostages’ ordeal with their biographies and interviews with their distraught families a prominent part of the daily news cycle.

But today’s media are strangely silent on the identities and even the number of captives in Joe Biden’s hostage crisis.

Indeed, the media gave more and more sympathetic attention to the captivity of Army deserter Bowe Bergdahl’s nearly five-year captivity by the Taliban-aligned Haqqani network in Afghanistan and Pakistan than it has so far given the Hamas hostages in Gaza.

The same goes for the Hamas Democrats, including Representatives Rashida Tlaib, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, Ayanna Pressley, Ilhan Omar, Cori Bush, Jamaal Bowman, Andre Carson, Summer Lee and Delia Ramirez, who have all remained mum on the fate of the American hostages in Gaza.

Likewise, the Hamas sympathizers among the American Muslin interest groups, who seem to have spent their time and energy organizing assaults on Jewish college students and graffiti campaigns calling for the genocide of Jews, rather than using their good offices to seek the release of their fellow Americans.

Then again, hostage taking is in the Koran as a legitimate tool for “diplomatic” bargaining.

While the establishment media and Democrat politicians have been silent on the fate of the American hostages held by the Hamas terrorists, their only mainstream media recognition seems to have come from the National Basketball League’s LA Clippers, who displayed 10 flags at a recent game to draw attention to their fate.

Our take on the strange silence of the media, Democrat elected officials, and their American Muslim allies, is that they want to keep the fate of the hostages off the front page and out of the lead segment of news broadcasts to make sure Joe Biden doesn’t suffer in 2024 the same political consequences for his ineptitude that befell Jimmy Carter in 1980, when the Iran hostage crisis cast a long shadow over his campaign for reelection.

There's enough of Joe's term left for him to exceed Jimmuh Cahtuh's 444 day record. He might get to 485.

The best part was the hostages being released the day Uncle Ronnie took office! They knew better than to mess with President Reagan.

I well remember the Iranian hostage fiasco. At the time I thought that Jimmeh the Peanut Brain Cahtuh was the most incompetent fool to ever curse the Oval Office with his presence. Regrettably, I've had to retract my opinion of Peanut Brain. Compared to Bite-Me Biden Cahtuh was a model statesman and leader. And God knows that I never thought that I'd see the day when I'd say anything like that.

I would add Robert Bork to that list. He would have been a great Supreme Court Justice. I often still fantasize about a Supreme Court featuring both Bork and Clarence Thomas . . . !
