Hunter Biden Trial Takeaways

Among the many astonishing – or not – revelations made during the first days of the Hunter Biden gun trial, Biden's ex-wife Kathleen Buhle testified that he left his crack pipe in open view of their very young kids. She also found his drugs in the car on multiple occasions. Maisy Biden was 10-years-old and Finnegan Biden was 9-years-old at the time.

“I found a crack pipe ... on an ashtray on the side porch of our home.” she testified.

Mia Cathell, reporting on Townhall wrote, “Witness #2, whose social media handle is "Weed Slut 420," met Hunter Biden while she was performing a private session at a strip club.

Hunter waved when she was asked to ID him in the courtroom.

A picture of Hunter with her wearing a shirt with the Adidas logo turned into a marijuana leaf that says "ADDICTED" below was blown up on the projector screen. "I thought that was funny because he didn’t smoke weed," she said.

She testified that Hunter tried an experimental "indigenous" drug treatment, in which the venom of a frog is administered on the skin to "purge" him.

Hunter Biden’s ex-girlfriend completely destroyed his defense on the stand.  Hunter claims he was no longer using drugs when he filled out the federal form, but she says he was using as late as September of 2018 with her in Malibu. 

Prosecutors revealed to the jury that Hunter Biden didn't just sleep with his late brother Beau's wife Hallie, he also got her hooked on crack.

Hallie is set to testify in this case and mysteriously Joe Biden visited her a few days ago. Most likely trying to buy her silence about their family dealings, observed @BehizyTweets.

However, the most explosive revelation in the Hunter Biden trial was the introduction of Exhibit 16, the Hunter Biden “laptop from Hell.” The same FBI that had the laptop since Dec 2019 and refused to open an investigation authenticated it at the trial.

The FBI also confirmed that Hunter Biden's laptop was never altered or tampered with. They were able to compare the contents of the hard drive with an iCloud backup of the contents obtained via a search warrant served on Apple.

Despite the many revelations of criminal wrongdoing, we’re only here at a trial after David Weiss allowed charges in more serious crimes to expire, withheld evidence from investigators, tried to settle this with a sweetheart deal that a judge blew up as absurd, tipped off defense counsel about pending search warrants, among many other attempts to make sure this never happened.

David Weiss tried very hard to make sure Hunter skated. The IRS whistleblowers made sure he couldn’t, observed Rachel Bovard.

And, as our friend Julie Kelly noted in a post to X, the coverup wasn’t to conceal Hunter Biden’s addictions—it was to conceal Joe Biden’s criminality from the American people right before the election.

The mainstream media overall has been complicit in this coverup leading up to the 2020 election. They knew this was real and even Rudy Giuliani’s apartment was raided by the FBI because of the copy of an “alleged fake” Hunter Biden’s laptop.

Julie Kelly, in another post on X, wrote “No one ever again say the 2020 election wasn’t rigged. Aside from the voting fraud, the coverup of the laptop by everyone from Barr/Wray to the news media and Big Tech was a wide-ranging conspiracy to get Biden elected. Stolen election on every level—just a travesty.”

Julie is right of course, but as Michael Dukakis famously said, “a fish rots from the head first. It starts at the top…” meaning with Joe Biden himself.

How deep does the conspiracy of lies to protect Hunter and Joe Biden go? Straight from Joe Biden to the intelligence agencies, to the FBI and major media.

Wendell Husebø, writing for Breitbart summed up the cover-up in some detail:

Shortly after the New York Post broke the laptop story in 2020, CNN reporter Natasha Bertrand wrote the infamous and now discredited Politico story that used “dozens of former intel officials” to push a false and misleading narrative about the origins of Hunter’s laptop.

It took the establishment media well over a year to admit the story was false. Hunter’s laptop holds “authentic communications that can be verified,” the Washington Post admitted in March 2022 — after not pursuing the story for 532 days.

CNN also finally admitted Hunter’s “laptop from hell” was authentic more than 500 days after the initial story broke on October 24, 2020 — notably calling it “Russian disinformation” and “made up” at the time.

After nearly two years, the New York Times admitted the emails from Hunter’s laptop were his, Breitbart News reported.

Fifteen media personalities claimed Hunter’s laptop emails were likely Russian propaganda. Perhaps most famously, CBS News reporter Lesley Stahl falsely told President Donald Trump in 2020 that Hunter’s “laptop from hell” could not be verified.

 Mark Levin summed the takeaways from the first days of the Hunter Biden trial well, writing the laptop is real, as we always knew. Therefore, Biden and Blinken should be indicted under the New York precedent if, God willing, Trump becomes president, as they planted the Intel letter to prevent the emails from being used to link Joe to Hunter’s corrupt business activities in violation of federal campaign laws. In fact, Biden referred to the bogus letter in the last presidential debate.

Hunter Biden may or may not be convicted by a jury from his hometown that was selected to include Biden family social acquaintances, but whatever the outcome for Hunter, as Breitbart’s Wendell Husebø implied, the outcome for the establishment media, the FBI and the intelligence agencies is “guilty of political bias and corruption” as charged.
