Red Chinese Attack Kills 100,000 Americans

Regular readers of ConservativeHQ will recall our articles explaining how Red China conducts “all domain” warfare against its enemies, particularly the United States. Sports, education, science, and space exploration are just a few of the domains where Communist

China is conducting warfare against America.

But in no domains have the Red Chinese attacks been more successful and deadly than in the domains of chemical and biological warfare.

The COVID-19 pandemic was a successful proof of concept biological weapons attack on the United States and its allies, but the chemical weapons attack using Fentanyl and other synthetic opioids is unarguably more effective, more targeted, and more deadly than the COVID-19 attack.

As former Drug Enforcement Agency Special Operations Director Derek Maltz Sr. explained in the testimony before the House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Crime, chaired by our friend Rep. Andy Biggs of Arizona (clipped above) this isn’t drug distribution according to the old models of the 1970s and 1980s, this is an attack by transnational terrorist organizations more organized and more deadly than ISIS, Hezbollah, or al Qaeda.

And Red China is the key player in a financing, precursor chemical distribution and money laundering operation that spans the globe, facilitated by an alliance between Communist Chinese political operatives tasked to subvert the United States and Mexican drug cartels.

“The sad part is I’ve been tracking this for over 10 years as China and their chemical lab operators had been providing synthetic powerful chemicals to our citizens directly at first, and then they decided to divert the chemical, you know, exports into Mexico,” Mr. Maltz said in his testimony. “The cartels are operating with impunity; they are destroying our country.”

“We’ve never had in the history of this country, a terrorist organization that’s killing this many Americans,” he continued. “So yes, we have a very serious crisis now.”

“But here’s the deal right now, not only the cartels facilitating the distribution of the poison by providing the chemicals, what they’re doing is they have the young Chinese students here in America that are meeting with cartels around the country picking up suitcases of cash,” he asserted. “The cash is getting turned over to Chinese businessmen in America. They’re gambling with this money. But most importantly, they’re buying real estate… all over our country.”

Chinese land purchases near sensitive national security installations have attracted scrutiny in recent months as tensions mount between Beijing and Washington over myriad issues such as Taiwan and alleged TikTok surveillance.

“So, it’s the Chinese students that are here that are actually engaging in this activity,” Maltz went on. “And they may not know exactly what they’re doing, but they’re picking up millions of dollars. And then the Chinese are laundering the money, getting the money back to the cartels very efficiently and effectively and timely.”

“So that’s enabling the cartels to do more business. Chemicals are coming in, money’s flowing, kids are dying. That’s a perfect strategic plan for China,” he concluded, according to reporting by Ben Whedon of Just the News.

In his testimony Mr. Maltz explained the classic “round tripping” of the distribution of illegal drugs, through money laundering operations and into the purchase of assets that are, at least on their face, legitimate.

The difference is that in the case of Fentanyl a large percentage of the profits go to funding Communist Chinese espionage and influence operations against the United States. (Muslim terrorist organizations used cigarette smuggling on a vastly smaller scale in a similar way.)

Since 2000, more than a million people in the United States have died of drug overdoses, the majority of which were due to opioids. Estimates vary, but the most recent CDC numbers indicate over 100,000 Fentanyl-related deaths occurred in the United States during the 12-month period August 2021 to August 2022.

That is the same casualty level sustained in the Russian attack on Ukraine during a similar period, and it is American kids being killed, yet successive American presidents have failed to acknowledge what it is – a planned and purposeful Red Chinese terrorist operation against the United States.

So far this year, in the 118th Congress, a lengthy list of Fentanyl-related bills has been introduced, but none have yet made it to the Floor for a vote in either the House or the Senate. Two bills we think are worthy of prompt consideration and passage are H.Res.39, Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that illicit fentanyl-related substances are a weapon of mass destruction and should be classified as such, sponsored by Rep. Neal Dunn (FL-2) and H.R.1171, the Stop CCP Fentanyl Act, sponsored by Rep. Jim Banks (IN-3).
