  • Rep. Louie Gohmert’s Pence Card Lawsuit

Our friend Rep. Louie Gohmert (TX-1), one of the indispensable people of the conservative movement, has filed a very important lawsuit seeking to clarify who has the power to accept or reject an Electoral College ballot when the ballots are counted before a joint session of Congress on January 6, 2021. Rep. Gohmert, joined by our friends Arizona state GOP Chairman Kelli Ward and Arizona state representative-elect Jake Hoffman and other plaintiffs, including Students for Trump COO Tyler Bowyer, Arizona Republican Party Executive Director Greg Safsten, and Maricopa County Republicans Second Vice Chair Nancy Cottle have filed suit asking the court to declare that the elector dispute resolution provisions in Section 15 of the Electoral Count Act, 3 U.S.C. §§ 5 and 15, are unconstitutional because these provisions violate the Electors Clause and the Twelfth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.” You can read the filing through this link. The Gohmert lawsuit is premised on the fact that the election results in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin are in doubt. The election being in doubt, according to reporting by Stewart Smith of KLTV, Gohmert’s suit objects to the counting of the Arizona slate of electors voting for Biden and to the Biden slates from the remaining Contested States. It states that when Congress convenes on January 6 to count the electoral votes and declare President-Elect Biden as the winner, Gohmert will formally object to the count which, the lawsuit states, is a privilege he is entitled to “under the Twelve Amendment” (sic). Further, Gohmert is also asking Judge Jeremy Kernodle, a President Donald Trump-appointed district judge in Tyler, to find that Pence is authorized to pick pro-Trump electors on January 6. Under current interpretation of the law and Constitution, the vice president’s role in presiding over the meeting is a largely ceremonial one governed by an 1887 federal law known as the Electoral Count Act. The 1887 law sets forth a procedure that would appear to require three individuals to act to set in motion a challenge to an Electoral College ballot: One Representative and one Senator to object and the Vice President to rule the objection in order and refer it to each house for a two-hour debate and vote. If the Gohmert lawsuit were to prevail the sole discretion to accept or reject a given slate of Electors would reside with the Vice President, in this case Mike Pence. Liberals were quick to dismiss the lawsuit’s prospects for success, reported John Kruzell of The Hill. “The idea that the Vice President has sole authority to determine whether or not to count electoral votes submitted by a state, or which of competing submissions to count, is inconsistent with a proper understanding of the Constitution,” said Edward Foley, a law professor at the Ohio State University. Jerry Lambe, a graduate of Georgetown University and New York Law School writing for lawandcrime.com, apparently agrees the vice president’s role is strictly ministerial. The Electoral Count Act, which describes the process for counting Electoral College votes, was specifically enacted to “drain away as much power as possible from the Senate President,” according to DePaul University Law School professor Stephen A. Siegel, who specializes in legal history and constitutional law. “With the opening of the votes, the Senate President has reached the end of his constitutional role in the presidential election process,” Professor Siegel wrote. But can an act of Congress “drain away” the constitutional power of the Vice President? That’s what the Gohmert lawsuit seeks to clarify. Given the steady attempts to render the vice presidency a merely a ceremonial office through Senate majorities setting the Senate Rules and legislation, such as the Electoral Count Act, Rep. Gohmert’s lawsuit is an important demand that we return to the system the Framers of the Constitution set out. Rep. Gohmert’s lawsuit is anything but frivolous and should get its day in court and not be dismissed through judge-made technicalities, such as lack of standing. • Assault on America, Day 727: Liberal rage, not just COVID-19, led to 2020 setback for Trump

Trump’s reelection was never a sure thing, even before the CCP virus ruined 2020 In the aftermath of last month’s election, many a commentator at both ends of the partisan spectrum has said or written that President Donald Trump was defeated in his reelection bid due to the onset of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP, or Wuhan, if you prefer) virus and the ensuing global pandemic and its disastrous effect on the world economy. For sure, the virus is the proverbial “shiny object” that gets people’s attention. It’s hard not to notice, after all, since so much of our lives has been altered -- or flat out ruined -- by the state and local governments’ reaction to the pandemic. Whereas most political issues only tangentially brush our everyday lives, the CCP virus not only touched them, it strangled a lot of them. Drive down the street and notice every restaurant or business trying to attract customers with promises of “social distance” and “safety measures” and you’ll understand. But did the virus alone cause Trump’s defeat (again, assuming the courts and state legislatures won’t be in any better mood to hear his legitimate complaints in the coming days as they have been the past eight weeks)? Was the cakewalk that was supposed to be Trump’s 2020 reelection effort really that set in stone? I don’t recall a host of observers suggesting Trump would win easily this year, even without the unknown plague. In a piece titled, “Are Democrats in Trouble in 2022?”, Powerline’s John Hinderaker concluded, “[I]t is highly probable that by 2022, a great many voters will be disillusioned with the rapidly-failing Joe Biden, assuming that he is still president in two years. There is usually an element of buyer’s remorse in a president’s first midterm election, and by 2022 the remorse could be profound. “So on paper, 2022 shapes up as an excellent year for the GOP. Of course, the reality is that we have little idea what the landscape will look like in two years. No one could have predicted in 2018 the events, foremost among them the much-hyped Wuhan flu, that reversed what looked like an easy re-election for President Trump. Nevertheless, at this stage there is every reason for Republicans to look to the future with confidence, and for Democrats like [the New York Times’] Adam Nagourney to fret.” Hinderaker argues that most factors point to a sizable Republican surge in 2022. He wasn’t solely suggesting that Trump’s reelection road this year was paved with rose petals prior to the end of January, when news services started covering a mysterious virus that emerged in a city called Wuhan in China. It’s safe to say the vast majority of Americans had never heard of Wuhan prior to 2020, but the Chinese metropolis now is forever etched in our consciousness. As a mental exercise, what do you think of when you hear the word “Wuhan”? Bats (the kind that are blind, furry, live in caves and attics, hideously ugly and fly in every which direction)? A highly secretive bioweapons lab where the Communists manufacture microscopic warheads that slowly kill millions while simultaneously sending the globe into a panic? Or how about TV images of Communist Party officials smiling and acting unconcerned about anything? Maybe the end of the world as we know it? All of those things? It’s almost impossible to measure how much damage the virus did to Trump’s prospects. Democrats and their goosestepping establishment media allies grabbed ahold of the health scare and held on like a 1980s child clutching a cabbage patch doll. “Never let a good crisis go to waste” is every liberal’s mantra, knowing full well there will be an identifiable portion of the electorate that mindlessly accepts anything the “scientists” and “experts” say about anything. The virus just happened to appear at a time when Democrats were desperate to find another “failure” to stick to Trump. Their impeachment effort flamed out for everyone to see. The lead-up to the senate trial stole all the drama. When the arguments actually started, no one watched the proceedings. It was boring. And technical. And, for lack of a better word, stupid. Adam Schiff’s and Jerrold Nadler’s theatrics and histrionics couldn’t make their absurd claims any more credible. The most interesting part of the whole thing was watching senators try to stay awake. At the same time, the race for the Democrat presidential nomination was reaching its peak, with longtime frontrunner Joe Biden seemingly losing momentum as the days ticked on and the Iowa caucuses drew closer. The field’s senators were stuck in Washington sitting in judgment of President Trump while a thirty-something gay mayor of a medium-sized midwestern city was making a move -- on the party voters -- and it became increasingly evident that there wasn’t a strong candidate to challenge the incumbent. Yes, it was bleak for liberals. But the Democrats’ ceaseless drumbeat of Trump Derangement Syndrome had succeeded on one front -- Trump’s approval ratings were still mired in the same doldrums they’d been stuck in since he recited the oath of office. On February first of this year, 44.4 percent of voters approved of his job performance, with 51.8 percent disapproving. The economy was roaring along with record low unemployment levels for practically every demographic and racial category, yet it wasn’t paying off in popularity. The CHQ headlines for Monday, February 3rd were: Democratic Elites Take On Bernie At Their Own Peril (Patrick J. Buchanan), The News They Won’t Report (Robert Stacy McCain, about the size and enthusiasm of Trump's rally crowds), Misuse of Whistleblower Law Created Impeachment Farce (Roger L. Simon), In Iowa, Trump dwarfs Democratic competition (Byron York), The Equal Rights Un-Amendment (Editors, National Review) and, Parties must move on from Trump impeachment — or end in mutual destruction (Michael Goodwin). In essence, the news focus reflected the same battles Trump had fought since he entered the political arena. Both McCain’s and York’s pieces stressed Trump’s strength hadn’t been receiving its proper deference from the media, and much of the talkers’ concentration was on impeachment and the Democrat primary race. Bernie Sanders appeared poised for a major takeover of the party and lots of folks speculated that he might present a formidable opponent for Trump. Impeachment wasn’t designed to succeed, just to further weaken Trump’s standing Let’s not forget, Democrats didn’t dream up the impeachment nonsense with the serious intention of removing Trump from office on strict (or almost straight) party lines. They hoped to plant the seed and cultivate the negative impression among voters that Trump was a dirty dealer who was only in it for himself, regularly ignored ethics laws to use the presidency to advance his personal fame and fortune and couldn’t be trusted to conduct foreign policy without bowing to the Russians. The people who never liked Trump weren’t lining up to support him then. The media did everything within its power to make the president look guilty -- of something. The #NeverTrump faction wasn’t seeing the impeachment farce for what it was and abandoning their opposition to Trump. They applauded the spineless political shill Mitt Romney for his “courage” in voting yes on one of the articles of impeachment. Trump’s enemies and detractors eagerly anticipated that Democrats would improve on their 2018 performance (supposedly generated by opposition to Trump) and not only take the presidency, but also grab hold of the senate. All of the Democrat presidential candidates were either ahead of or competitive in head-to-head polling matchups with the Republican incumbent. Plus, the liberal party was finally free of the influence of the Clintons -- so Trump wouldn’t be able to run against and equally unpalatable opponent this time. It's true, none of the Democrat candidates were wowing American voters, but former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg was about to enter the spotlight and participate in party presidential debates after having skipped the first several contests -- a risky strategy for sure, but the guy had tens of billions to spend and pledged to allot whatever it took to win him a spot on the November ballot. Understandably, no one was talking about a virus dominating the balance of the 2020 race, but Democrats lucked out when the pandemic focused the public’s attention on healthcare, an issue big government-loving liberals had demagogued to death for decades. Then the medical experts became front and center. Trump appointed Mike Pence to lead the administration’s efforts to respond to the virus, but the president didn’t yield the spotlight. Trump must’ve figured he was displaying leadership at the same time New York Governor Andrew Cuomo was drawing praise for his coronavirus TV appearances. Joe Biden got pummeled in the first three voting states (Iowa, New Hampshire and Nevada), but then the Democrat establishment (characterized by James Carville) panicked and placed the Delaware pol’s face as the figurehead of the anti-Bernie movement. In other words, it’s a stretch to claim Trump’s reelection was a shoe-in at that point, or even before. A number of factors pointed towards his strong bid, but the Democrats were as determined to beat him as the president’s backers were to give him another four years. Conservatives hoped Trump’s positive attributes would be enough to convince the few “swing” voters that he deserved a second term, even if his personality quirks would never cease. The political battle lines were drawn long ago, perhaps at the moment Trump rode down the Trump Tower escalator in June of 2015. The virus didn’t defeat him by itself. It’s a bit much to believe Trump would’ve won easily this year. Yes, it does look like the GOP’s in good shape heading into 2022 Though I took issue with Hinderaker’s greater point that Trump’s reelection would have been “easy,” I agree with his analysis of the upcoming 2022 election. First-term presidents typically get bludgeoned in their initial off-year election, and the vote two years from now should be no different with Joe Biden in the White House. The GOP appears to be in good shape to pick up five to six House seats in states whose district maps will be redrawn by friendly Republican legislators and governors (primarily Texas and Florida). Grampa Joe Biden will have a heck of a time getting any of his big ticket items passed through Congress, even if Democrats manage to pick up two seats in next week’s Georgia runoff election (odds are they won’t). Gridlock is about the best Biden can expect in not only his first hundred days, but the balance of his tenure in the White House. The public’s mood has drastically switched with Trump’s successful campaign to discredit and defeat the Washington establishment. Trumpism looks to be here to stay. Patrick J. Buchanan wrote at Creators, “If the past is prologue, the Republican Party will make a major comeback in 2022. “Consider. Two years after his smashing victory over Goldwater, LBJ and his party lost 47 House seats. Ronald Reagan, after his landslide in 1980, lost 26 House seats in 1982. After routing Bush I in 1992, Bill Clinton lost 54 House seats and the Senate. Two years after winning the presidency, Barack Obama lost both the House and Senate in 2014. “Is it likely Joe Biden will be celebrating his 80th birthday after making history by leading his party to control of Congress in 2022? For Republicans, the nomination of 2024 is a prize to be sought. However, if one has spent the last four years trashing Trump, it may be as out of reach as it was for [Nelson Rockefeller].” Buchanan was addressing the small gaggle of #NeverTrumpers who probably think we’ve seen the last of Trump and they’ll finally receive an opening to get back into power once January 20 rolls around and the current president moves to his next phase. Not likely. As noted above, the GOP will probably make gains in Congress in two years and there certainly won’t be any hankering for the party to return to its former foreign military adventurism, big business-friendly mass amnesty leanings and a feckless adherence to the Democrats’ latest calls to stomp on the conservative social agenda. No, Trump showed Republicans that the conservative agenda can be defended and still remain popular. Where does it leave the #NeverTrump crowd? In no man’s land, where they belong. A lot of factors would indicate President Trump faced a tough reelection fight this year, and it’s far too simple to blame the CCP virus alone for his setback. Democrats worked for years to find the right magic trick to dent Trump’s electoral armor, and the negative forces converged last month to bring him down. Nevertheless, Trump will keep fighting. And so should we. 2020 Election Mike Pence Kamala Harris Donald Trump Joe Biden COVID-19 media polls Trump parades rallies lockdowns Thanksgiving Democrat primary race

  • Was Nashville A Suicide Bombing Targeting 5G Wireless?

FLASH UPDATE: The FBI has now confirmed that Anthony Quinn Warner, 63, had died in the Christmas explosion and that human remains found at the scene were a DNA match to Warner, who is thought to have acted alone. Priot to the bombing the FBI had received at least two tips about Mr. Warner. Original article posted on 12/27/2020 continues below: Investigators looking into the Christmas morning explosion in Nashville that heavily damaged an AT&T facility and took-out cellphone service in the area now believe the blast was likely the result of a suicide bombing, reported CBS News, citing to two law enforcement sources with direct knowledge of the investigation. Law enforcement sources told CBS News the suspect in the Nashville explosion on Christmas Day may have been killed in the blast. DNA tests are being conducted on the human remains found at the scene. Officials have previously said they have recovered human remains at the scene of the bombing in downtown Nashville and an FBI official on Saturday said agents are not looking for another suspect. Multiple sources confirm that Anthony Quinn Warner, a Nashville area resident, has been identified as a person of interest in this case. Federal agents are currently searching his home. Mr. Warner had a similar make and model RV as the one in photos released to the public. Warner was described as a 63-year-old White male. Agents are also at a home in Antioch, just southeast of Nashville, to conduct "court-authorized activity," FBI spokesman Jason Pack told CNN. According to a law enforcement official, a tip about the vehicle involved in the explosion on Christmas morning led law enforcement to the Antioch home. Neighbors had reported seeing the RV used in the Christmas morning explosion parked outside of Anthony Quinn Warner's Antioch home. Neighbors have described Mr. Warner as an “oddball” as the FBI probes whether he had a paranoia about 5G technology. On social media, one popular theory deals with AT&T’s ties to the NSA. In 2018, the Intercept alleged that NSA electronic spying facilities were located in AT&T buildings in cities across the country. However, the article does not mention Nashville and no social media accounts have been linked to Mr. Warner as of this writing. Even more radical social media posts suggest the apparent bomb was in fact a missile strike aimed at the AT&T building, which the posters allege was a “NSA hardened switching facility ‘spy hub’.” Other citizen journalist video sleuths have done video analysis suggesting the explosion was initiated by a “directed energy weapon” fired at the RV from across the street. FBI Special Agent in Charge Doug Korneski said Saturday there is no indication of additional explosive threats. He said officials had received about 500 tips and are "not working on any assumptions." Police responded to a call of shots fired early Friday near the AT&T building in downtown Nashville. Instead, they found an RV with clothes and blinds covering the windows. Shortly afterward, the warning of an imminent bomb started blaring and an explosion rocked the area at about 6:30 a.m. Shell casings have been found at the scene, but the ammunition related to them is believed to have been set off by the large explosion. The scene is very large, and authorities said they are beginning at the "outermost" perimeter of the blast and working their way in. There is video of the RV in downtown Nashville. Investigators have a Google Maps photo of the address of the person of interest that shows a similar looking camper in the yard. Google Maps says the picture was taken in May 2019. At least three people were wounded and Nashville Metro police chief John Drake said Friday that authorities had found tissue they believe could be connected to human remains near the site of the explosion. They have not indicated whether the remains are from someone connected to the explosion or from an innocent victim. The blast occurred Friday at 6:30 a.m. CT, after a computerized voice emanating from a parked RV loudly urged people to evacuate, warning the vehicle would explode in minutes. The RV's explosion left at least three people injured, set several other vehicles on fire, destroyed a number of buildings on the block and knocked out wireless service in much of the region. Several local residents told CNN they woke to the sound of gunfire early Friday morning. Police said they were called to the location after a report of shots fired around 5:30 a.m. Once on scene, police found a white RV parked in front of an AT&T transmission building at 166 Second Ave. North. The RV was repeatedly broadcasting a message warning of an explosion set to occur in 15 minutes, police said. "This vehicle will explode in 15 minutes," the voice said, according to Betsy Williams, who was staying at an apartment on Second Avenue. After repeating that message for a minute, the voice then said the vehicle will explode in 14 minutes, and continued counting down from there. In a bizarre twist lending credence to the suicide bombing theory, Mr. Warner gave his $160,000 house away for nothing a month before the blast, DailyMail.com reported exclusively. The Daily Mail reported the property is pictured with a white RV similar to the one used in the bombing out front on Google Street View prior to the explosion DailyMail.com revealed that the $160,000 home had been transferred for free to 29-year-old Michelle Swing on November 25 but she claims she was unaware of the exchange. 'In the state of Tennessee you can deed property to someone else without their consent or their signature or anything,' Swing told DailyMail.com 'I didn't even buy the house he just deeded it over to me without my knowledge. So this all very weird to me, that's about all I can say.' However, Warner also transferred another home on Bakertown Road to Swing via a quitclaim deed last year. The $249,000 house had previously belonged to a Charles Warner, his father who passed away in 2011. It was then transferred to his brother Steve before being handed to him in August 2018, a month before his brother's death of cancer. Mr. Warner had only been in possession of it for five months before again giving it to Swing for free in January 2019. She later also used a quitclaim to give the house to another person. Swing declined to say whether she had ever met Warner or whether she had family links to him, adding: 'I've been told to direct everything else to FBI.' Mr. Warner is believed to be unmarried and without any children. His mother Chris is still alive and he also has a sister Teresa. Mr. Warner doesn’t come up as a registered voter in Tennessee records. People on Twitter are widely sharing an old, expired explosives handler identification registration in his name; however, Tennessee state records give a different city for that Anthony Warner, and there are three people with that name in the latter city, none listed as Anthony Quinn Warner, 63. Getting the public to accept an “official” version of the events surrounding the Nashville bombing, including the motivation of the perpetrator or perpetrators, and whether it is ideological, personal or sociopathic, and explanations of some of the video evidence, is going to very difficult because federal law enforcement – the FBI and ATF in particular – have shredded their own credibility through their involvement in the various Deep State anti-Trump conspiracies. Being an “oddball” or having questions about the health effects of long-term exposure to cellular telephone radiation or the security of 5G does not automatically make one a bomber. We urge conservatives to keep an open mind about the evidence, motivation and identity of the perpetrator or perpetrators of the Nashville Christmas bombing. • Assault on America, Day 726: Trump schools GOP congressional leaders on the Art of Winning

It isn’t 2021 yet and already wishy-washy Republicans are worried about politics With the Christmas holiday in the rearview mirror, the nation’s attention -- at least in the political sense -- now shifts to the impending Electoral College vote count in Congress next week. Everyone knows the individual states’ electors gathered two weeks ago in their various capitals and Democrat Joe Biden was elected president, and his trusty sidekick/next-in-line Kamala Harris was selected for vice president. All well and good. President Donald Trump’s election objections continue, with the establishment media predictably asserting the protests are completely off-base, not supported by any evidence and doomed to fail. It’s curious how some biased folks in our day and age ignore hundreds of affidavits, video evidence, testimony from software experts and others intimately familiar with how elections work -- but heck, if they went all-in on the concept of Russian collusion in the 2016 vote, they can talk themselves into believing anything! Even stranger is the reaction of the GOP establishment, which is working furiously to squelch any possibility of a bicameral congressional challenge to the state electors. In their all-politics-all-the-time mindset, everything’s potentially damaging to the worrywarts. Alexander Bolton wrote at The Hill, “Senate Republicans say Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) will reach out to Sen.-elect Tommy Tuberville (Ala.) in an attempt to avoid a messy floor fight next month over finalizing the results of the Electoral College vote. “Senate Republican Whip John Thune (S.D.) said GOP leaders will tell Tuberville that voting to suspend the tally of the Electoral College vote next month will be a futile — and politically damaging — move… “McConnell warned Senate Republican colleagues during a Dec. 15 conference call that objecting to counting certain states’ electoral votes on Jan. 6 would be a political mistake. He said it would be politically damaging to Republican senators up for reelection to cast votes on such a divisive topic, according to senators who participated in the discussion.” It’s funny how some Democrats and the media have nicknamed McConnell “The murder turtle”, because there’s not much intimidating, frightening or scary about the 78-year-old, 5-foot 9-inch soft-spoken Kentucky senator. Sure, McConnell has proven sufficiently adept at performing some of the duties of his office -- such as steering through the confirmations of three liberty-protecting originalist Supreme Court justices and hundreds of conservative lower federal court nominees -- but when it comes to the balance of his responsibilities, the bespectacled Republican leader invariably crawls back into his shell and protects the backside of the ruling elites. Time and again McConnell’s had the opportunity to use his position to fight for various conservative causes and he’s shrunk from the duty, always arguing that the party needed more power and numbers to accomplish the goal. If a losing sports team’s disappointed fans say “Wait ‘til next year,” well, McConnell and crew always swear they’ll get things done when the next Congress arrives. As Majority Leader with a thorough grasp of senate procedure and rules, McConnell understands what he can and can’t do, which essentially amounts to setting the calendar and sitting on or advancing legislation. With a fully uncooperative opponent -- Sen. “Chucky” Schumer and his less-than-merry band of liberal ideologues, opportunists and fame-seekers -- there isn’t much the senate can accomplish without the Leader’s say-so. What could possibly be politically damaging about having a Republican senator join with Alabama Rep. Mo Brooks to contest certain states’ electors? In Tommy Tuberville’s particular instance, he was just elected last month to his seat and hasn’t even taken office yet. I haven’t seen it pointed out in the media -- big shock -- but Tuberville’s seat is the one that Judge Roy Moore would’ve won three years ago if McConnell and the DC ruling elites hadn’t been so pigheaded and obstinate about supporting him. Instead, they sat on their hands and allowed Democrat Doug Jones to steal the seat by a point-and-a-half in ruby red Alabama. Despite insisting that he was “moderate”, Jones has been a reliable liberal vote for Schumer. Alabamians rewarded the lying schlep with a 20.5 percent loss to Tuberville. Trump won the state by 25 points. Clearly there would be little sacrificed by Tuberville if he joins with Brooks to object to the electors. McConnell, Thune and Roy Blunt are worried about nothing, as usual. Moore certainly had his personal bugaboos that were exploited by his enemies -- which is basically everyone who wasn’t a grassroots leader and defender of traditional American culture -- but there’s no question he would’ve joined with other boat rocking conservative senators to advance the cause of limited government. The outsider’s bid was cut down by the snobby establishment because he’d dared to run against their anointed Jeff Sessions successor in the primary -- and won. An interesting side note -- Mo Brooks ran in that 2017 primary as well and was backed by many, many conservatives who appreciated the legislator’s unimpeachable conservative bona fides, but it was thought that Moore would do more to stand out and be a thorn in Democrats’ eyes. The rest is history and it doesn’t accomplish much to rehash about an establishment failure that happened three years ago. Donald Trump has changed the GOP and most Republicans acknowledge it. In case McConnell needs a reminder, the party did remarkably well in this year’s down-ballot races despite the apparent loss at the top of the ticket. “Irregularities” is too kind a word for what took place on the evening of November 3rd and the days after it, where Democrats in the states in question kept counting and counting and counting until their guy won! Having senate Republicans join Brooks and a healthy contingent of House conservatives in objecting to the Electoral College vote is a no-brainer, actually. What would happen? It would suspend the joint session and force each chamber to separately debate and vote on the issue. So, the collective group of politicians on both sides would engage in verbal warfare for a few hours and they’d have to sign on to a neatly prepared document that records their yay or nay preferences. Is that damaging politically? Didn’t these same people do this a year ago when Nancy Pelosi and the Democrat House majority (with only three of their number voting no or “present”) voted to impeach President Trump over a phone call? Didn’t the Democrat members of the senate -- including Doug Jones -- then unite to try and kick Trump out of office? The only Republican weenie in either chamber that went along with them was Mitt Romney. What a loser! How did congressional Republicans suffer politically for voting to save Trump? McConnell himself overwhelmingly won his reelection race against a well-funded Democrat challenger this year. Maine senator Susan Collins voted no on both impeachment articles and still won reelection in perhaps the toughest place in America for a Republican to win. The party did lose a seat (and the Georgia runoff elections are still pending, but will be over by January 6), but both of the incumbents (Colorado and Arizona) who lost weren’t expected to beat well recognized Democrats. Again, what is there to lose? American voters have short memories. The actions Republicans take next week on January 6 will not be remembered by vengeful ballot-casters in November, 2022. They’ll be much more preoccupied with how the new Democrat administration handles the pandemic, the economy and the delicate political balance. Cries of “He voted to challenge the electors” won’t come up at all. This is really about nothing. Let’s all hope Tommy Tuberville takes a page out of Roy Moore’s boat-rocking book and objects to the electors. Let ‘em put themselves on the record. Do something we can be proud of for a change. President Donald Trump teaches Republicans to fight -- will they listen? It goes without saying, but President Trump has been encouraging all Republicans to fight for his presidency. Yet there seem to be so few willing to do so, at least in an official capacity. The media perpetuates the notion that the Trump campaign’s legal challenges have been rejected at every level, but they really haven’t even been heard. Clearly what the establishment wants is for Trump to pipe down, put his proverbial tail between his legs and slunk off into the sunset like a defeated dog who lost a scrap with the pooch next door. So what if the Trump dog was muzzled and they tied his front legs together -- a loss is a loss! Dominance and power is what this is all about. If Trump was taken out by the system -- no matter how illegitimately -- then the party’s ruling authority reverts to Republican congressional leaders and any other members who supposedly retain the reputation and influence to stand out. Trump can Tweet and kvetch all he wants about Biden doing this or that and the lack of urgency by Republican office holders, but come January 20, he can’t do anything but make them look bad. Judging by the sheer number of Trump signs and flags I’m still seeing -- and Fox News’s pathetic ratings -- there is plenty of fight left in the grassroots. Newt Gingrich wrote last week that he wouldn’t accept a Joe Biden presidency, and his sentiments aren’t much different than the average Joe’s (not Joe Biden!). Politically speaking, there’s nothing to lose by extending the process to its legitimate full length. As Trump said to the black community in 2016 -- “What have you got to lose?” The upside is obvious -- conservatives will stay motivated and engaged and might even gain a smidgen more respect for the establishment leadership. The vocal naysayers aren’t exactly popular. No 2024 hopeful would dare come out against Trump on this one. This is about the next round of Republican candidates. The ones who put their names on the line now will receive the enduring appreciation of those who worked, contributed and fought like crazy to get Trump reelected last month. We’re the ones who had the conversations with friends and family who had doubts about the current administration. We attended the rallies, drove in the parades, sent in the checks and felt the loss of something that was important to us. The hurt refuses to go away. With each passing day, it seems, there’s another report of fraud that gets dropped to the media’s cutting room floor like an untried vaccine for a worldwide China virus plague. What has the establishment lost? The ability to blame their incompetence on Trump. With Joe Biden in the White House, the media will search for other scapegoats to target their negative energy. Just like the Democrats, they’ll talk about “unity” and “cooperation” and “bipartisanship” while Nancy Pelosi sticks a knife in our backs and Chucky Schumer labels us heartless and uncaring for opposing blanket amnesty for illegal aliens. That’s assuming the GOP establishment doesn’t capitulate under the political pressure and give the liberals everything they demand. But the wishy-washy set will sure feel great about convincing Republicans to go along with the Electoral College elector slate, won’t they? Thanks to Trump, conservative voters are more anxious than ever to politically fight for their country. If there’s rancor and division, it’s coming from the “progressive” caucus. “Unity” will never exist until one side relents. Let’s make sure it isn’t us who throws in the towel. If they’re mad at Trump, he must be doing something right! With 2020 drawing to a close, one of many fascinating aspects of this horrid year was watching the back-and-forth political barking match between President Trump and various governors (mostly of blue states) over “relief”. Now that another “stimulus” bill seems to be on the way, the whiners and complainers are griping that it ain’t enough for them. Pathetic. Reid Wilson reported at The Hill, “Governors facing the prospect of hundreds of thousands of their constituents losing out on badly needed relief during the coronavirus pandemic grew increasingly frustrated as Congress dragged its feet on a legislative package, and many became downright apoplectic after President Trump this week blew up delicate negotiations by saying he was not happy with a bill in which he previously paid little interest. “In interviews Wednesday and Thursday, top advisers to both Democratic and Republican governors said that anger at the lack of a coordinated federal response to combat the pandemic had reached a boiling point during negotiations over a relief package… “’Congress just continues to destroy any respect it may have been clinging to post-election,’ said a top adviser to another Republican governor. ‘POTUS will be gone in 27 days.’” Boo hoo. Do these people expect Joe Biden to be their deliverance? If they’ve lost tons of tax revenue this year it’s largely due to their disastrous lockdown policies that killed the taxpayers’ livelihoods. If the China virus still rages, then what good did their “safety measures” do? The problem is Congress loaded the bill with hundreds of billions of pork dollars that doesn’t help people at all. If Americans have no faith in Congress, it’s because the elected leaders don’t simply send relief to the people who need it. Who’s to blame? Primarily the establishments of both parties. As a side note, there are a number of liberal Republican governors (Vermont, Massachusetts, etc.) whose people are lumped in with the good ones. Take these quotes with a grain of salt. Winning in politics isn’t really hard if you follow the lead of someone who knows how to do it. So-called congressional Republican “leaders” understand plenty about losing; it’s the winning part that they struggle with. President Donald Trump’s instincts are usually correct, and here’s thinking they’re right on again by continuing to challenge the election results. 2020 Election Mike Pence Kamala Harris Donald Trump Joe Biden COVID-19 media polls Trump parades rallies lockdowns Thanksgiving Christmas

  • Biden, Schumer And Pelosi Have A Big Problem

The Democrats’ down-ballot flop in the 2020 election left them with one of the slimmest majorities in the House either party has faced in the modern era. And the best the Democrats can hope for in the Senate is a 50-50 tie, if they manage to steal the two Georgia Senate seats in the January 5, runoffs. This means that if Joe Biden is sworn-in as President, he, Chuck Schumer, the Democrat leader of the Senate, and Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi have a big problem. Normally, presidents look to Congress to fill many Cabinet positions. Even though many of them are little more than political payoffs to Members of Congress who carry water for the special interests with issues before the Departments, these appointments are assumed to bring expertise developed over years of working on agency issues or serving on congressional committees overseeing the agencies. However, with such slim Democrat numbers on the Hill, if any Member of Congress leaves to join the illegitimate Biden administration the ability of Democrats to pass the Far-Left Biden agenda is imperiled and even Democrat control of the House could be in jeopardy. Cheyenne Haslett and Benjamin Siegel reporting for ABC News observed if Biden were to pick any representatives for his Cabinet or administration, their seat would be left vacant until a special election is held -- meaning even if a seat will surely be filled by another Democrat, the party would be down a vote in the House for weeks until a replacement is elected. According to ABC, Biden has already tapped Rep. Cedric Richmond, a Democrat from Louisiana’s Second District, for a senior position in his White House. Biden has also announced he plans to nominate Rep. Deb Haaland, (NM-01) to be Secretary of the Interior and Democrat Rep. Marsha Fudge (OH-11) as Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development. And the ABC report that Democrats could be down the seats lost to Cabinet appointments for “weeks” is way too optimistic. It varies by state, but the process to fill vacant House seats could take months, while a Republican Governor could actually appoint a Republican to fill any Senate vacancy created by appointing a Senator from a Red State to a Cabinet post. ABC reported that for nearly a century, 30% of seats left open by elected officials who left their positions to join a Cabinet were flipped by the next general election, according to a study of special elections conducted by researchers at Duke University and Michigan State University. “For Democrats to pick up (or retain) the chamber in 2022, they'll need everything to go right, and since they'll be holding the White House, history is against them,” said J. Miles Coleman, associate editor at Sabato's Crystal Ball, in an email reported by ABC, noting that midterm elections are historically unfriendly to presidents in their first term. These narrow margins may very well prompt Democrats to engage in unprecedented anti-constitutional activities to expand or at least preserve their numbers, so look for “count ‘em till we win” campaigns in California and New York and appeals to the Democrat House to overturn Democrat Rita Hart’s close loss in Iowa’s Second Congressional District. • Call Your Senators And Plan To Be In Washington DC On January 5 and 6

President Donald Trump has urged his supporters to flock to Washington, DC, on January 6, 2021 promising them a "wild" rally for the counting of the Electoral College votes and another Million MAGA March. "Statistically impossible to have lost the 2020 Election," Trump tweeted on Saturday. "Big protest in DC on January 6th. Be there, will be wild!" Other smaller rallies and activities in the lead-up to the counting of the Electoral College votes are planned for January 5, 2021. We urge every CHQ reader and friend to go to Washington DC to #StopTheSteal and to show your solidarity with President Trump and the Members of Congress who plan to object to the counting of Electoral College votes cast by delegations tainted by election fraud. The Twitter account of @MilionMagaMarch has lots of information on the march and related activities, but the most important thing MAGA conservatives can do, next to showing up in DC, is to contact their Representatives and Senators and demand they join Republican Rep. Mo Brooks (AL-5) when he stands to object to the counting of Electoral votes submitted by delegations tainted by election fraud. So far, a good number of House Republicans, including some of our great new MAGA conservatives like Marjorie Taylor Green, Madison Cawthorn and Lauren Boebert, have committed to backing Rep. Mo Brooks. And so have a lot of those who have been President Trump’s strong supporters in Congress, including Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida, Rep. Ted Budd, Rep. Lance Gooden, Rep. Andy Biggs, Rep. Jody Hice, Rep. Jed Babin and many others. But we need to keep the pressure on the Senate because no Senator has stated he or she will unequivocally join with Rep. Mo Brooks to object, Senator David Perdue of Georgia, Sen. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, and Senator-elect Tommy Tuberville of Alabama have all indicated the are open to the idea. The notion that Republicans and President Trump plan to playout the constitutional process to the very end has begun to drive Democrats and their Leftwing allies nuts. For example, Far Left lawyer and pundit Laurence Tribe, tweeting from his @tribelaw account, wrote: Nobody should be surprised by Donald Trump’s praise of @TTuberville for the Senator-elect’s plan to attempt a coup when the Senate and House meet on Jan 6 to “count” the Electoral Votes. Though doomed to fail, it’ll boost the dangerous myth that the 2020 election was stolen… With Christmas here and many MAGA conservatives focused on their religious and family obligations there are two things every one of us must find time to do: First, plan to go to DC for January 5 and 6; Second, call or email your Senator to demand they join Rep. Mo Brooks’ objection to the tainted Electors when the Electoral College votes are counted on January 6, 2021. The toll-free Capitol Switchboard (1-866-220-0044). Tell Republican Senators to object to the same slate of Electors that Rep. • Joe Biden and Kamala Harris star in ‘A Campaign Christmas Carol’

Not even the lessons of the past, present and future can help Joe Biden be a good man Narrator: No one ever gave Joe Biden much credit for being smart, but this year he has the opportunity to learn from the past, the present and a glimpse of the future. Can he change his ways? Will the people love him or just pass off the “new” Joe as the same old corrupted dunce he's always been? Regardless, Merry Christmas! To avoid damaging (except to one’s long-term political career in the Democrat Party) charges of plagiarism, I intend to borrow liberally from Charles Dickens’ legendary classic, A Christmas Carol, for this year’s holiday tribute. There’s little doubt Joe Biden’s been a lucky man in 2020. But that doesn’t mean he’s been a good man. While everyone could stand to change something within themselves, the president-elect needs a total personal and ethical transformation to thrive and prosper. Could visits from three campaign spirits help him? We’ll see. Somewhere in Delaware, a man is about to receive unanticipated guests. --The scene is Joe Biden’s bedchamber. The president-elect and wife Dr. Jill had argued late into the night, she complaining about his total lack of interest in the color of the curtains for the White House which they’re set to seize on January 20. Still irked from the pettiness of the altercation, Biden hoped to catch a few winks alone before son Hunter and his latest harem arrived for Christmas dinner the next day. Just as Joe was surrendering to a dreamy slumber, out in the hallway there arose such a clatter. He sprung from his bed to see what was the matter. And to what did his wondering eyes appear, but a wide open front door with an unwanted stranger cursing and planning to smear. Biden looked up and saw the semi-transparent figure of a spirit wrapped in balls and chains as though he were a heavily laden inmate stumbling around a prison yard. Curiously, one of the strands was more like a rope and didn’t contain any weights, instead dragging what appeared to be two dozen empty booze bottles and beer cans -- Jack Daniels, Jim Beam, Vodka, Budweiser, Sweet Vermouth and at the end, a broken green Carlo Rossi wine magnum circa 1970. The ghostly apparition had very thick jowls and a scrub of greasy hair that seemed like the type you’d find on a politician who’d been to many a brothel -- and dwelled in the senate for half a century. The ghoul’s smell was overpowering, like a bedridden otherworldly nut house patient who’d been denied a sponge bath for six months. Joe’s keen nose detected a mixture of blood, a rancid ham sandwich, vomit, yeast-infected urine, feces and body odor occupying every corner of the room. Not immediately recognizing the specter, Joe hesitatingly spoke, “Can you sit down?” “I can” the ghost replied tersely in a well-worn Harvard Bostonian accent. “Who are you?” Joe inquired. “Ask me who I was” answered the visitor. “You’re rather particular for a ghost. Okay, who were you?” Joe did as ordered. “In life I was your senate partner, Teddy Kennedy. I have come back from the grave to warn you, Joe. You must change your ways or you will suffer my fate, to walk through all eternity as a formless nothing, doomed to wander among his fellow humanity as though what we did up on Capitol Hill mattered to anyone. It turns out that the man upstairs didn’t appreciate the way we slandered Robert Bork all those years ago. And the tens of millions of babies who died thanks to the Supreme Court and our feminist lobby’s bought-and-paid-for abortion protection bills? Well, he’s not real wild about those either.” Joe snickered to himself at the way the spirit described the almighty. ‘Wow,’ he thought, ‘Teddy Kennedy in the afterlife. Who would’ve ever guessed? I would’ve wagered he’d be burning in you-know-where for that Mary Jo Kopechne/Chappaquiddick thing. But it was a long time ago, right? A politician has many more lives than a cat even has. I’m living proof of that!’ “What do you want with me?” Joe inquired. “Much!” Kennedy snatched an unmarked bottle from the rope and tried to take a swig, throwing it down in frustration upon his failed attempt. “I can’t even drink anymore -- talk about hades,” the old drunk growled. “Never mind. As I said, I’m here to warn you. You’re gonna be visited by three other ghosts tonight who will provide some perspective on what a rotten human being you are and then try to steer you down the path to redemption. One will be here at the stroke of one, another at two and the third, well, she’s a tad mercurial. She’ll be here when she damn well feels like it.” Noticing that the spirit wasn’t wearing a mask, Joe sought a way out of the hauntings. “Say Teddy, you sure were a good friend, though I’ve been hiding away here for the better part of a year from the China virus, ya know? My staff said no one’s to come see me without a mask on or having first bathed head-to-toe in hand sanitizer. You reek. I’ve got comorbidities up the ying-yang. Tell those spooks not to bother with me -- the Secret Service will never let ‘em in here anyway.” At that note, the notorious Kennedy temper flared and he thundered in rage. “Dang-it man, do you believe in me or not??? I didn’t drag myself here -- literally -- to be lied to. Who do you think you are, Bill Clinton? We need you to change, bud. That’s the deal you’re always asking about. Now get your heinie dressed and ready to go out for a while. No skinny dipping tonight, friend. I’ve been here too long as it is. My last call was two minutes ago. Gotta go try and catch a cab since I’m still three sheets to the wind, even as a ghost. See ya, bud…. “Oh, by the way, make sure and tell Chris Dodd that I said Hi. That waitress sandwich we did was awesome. But I might be seeing him too someday if he keeps goin’ the way he does.” The ghostly Kennedy then nearly tripped over his chains as he yanked open a window and poured himself out onto the snowy lawn below -- a fifteen foot drop -- landing with a loud thud. Joe heard a lot of moaning and groaning outside in the spirit world, a sound Biden was familiar with from having participated in whole caucus conference calls in his senate days. Joe quickly slammed the opening shut. Silence returned to the room and Joe surmised it had merely been a nightmare, perhaps brought on by an undercooked morsel of beef or a fragment of an underdone potato at dinner. ‘Dr. Jill is an awful cook! YUCK!’ he thought. Teddy Kennedy was more gravy than grave. Humbug! Just then, the clock struck one. As Joe laid his head down on his pillow to accept what he considered a well-deserved rest, a flash of light lit up the room and a translucent figure appeared in the center of the space. Biden squinted to detect an identity. A human form for sure, the ghostly being looked a lot like Michael Dukakis, though he had much grayer and thinner hair than Biden remembered the one-time Democrat presidential candidate had, and long gone was the unibrow the Greek card-carrying member of the ACLU once sported so proudly. “That you, Mike? Dang it’s been a long time. Wasn’t it 1988? Feels like a lifetime ago. How’s my homie doing? How’s Kitty? Say, how can you be a phantom, you’re not even dead.” “No,” the spirit responded patiently. “I may look like Dukakis, but I’m the ghost of Campaign Past -- your past. I’m here to take you back to 1987, to your first run for president. Take my arm and we will be transported back in time.” Biden did as commanded and instantly the two found themselves in a strategy meeting for the fledgling Joe Biden for president campaign thirty-three years ago in September, 1987. The candidate was tossing out ideas on what he could possibly do to separate himself from the growing field, after the shocking departure of frontrunner Gary Hart left his possibilities wide open. “We can talk freely. They can neither see nor hear us. If only we could’ve bugged Trump Tower so effectively,” the spirit added nonchalantly. Joe and the Dukakis-like manifestation overheard the conversation of a much younger Biden talking up his prospects for the coming election. “I'm going to win this thing. I really am. I just know it, I can feel it in my fingertips,” the balding 45-year-old candidate boasted. “I just need a better, more compelling life story. I heard this British guy, Neil Kinnock, talking about his background. Man, I’m tellin’ ya, it’s good stuff. I think I’ll steal a page from his book and run with it.” Knowing of Joe’s well documented fondness for plagiarizing ideas without any kind of attribution, his aides counseled against Biden “borrowing” anything. It would look bad. Besides, couldn’t Joe just talk about how “moderate” he was and how his first wife and little daughter were killed by a drunk driver while Christmas shopping (the truck driver wasn’t actually intoxicated, but ever since, Biden’s spread the lie that he was, destroying the man’s reputation)? But nobody ever tells Joe anything, much less those mid-80’s Democrat hirelings. Joe watched himself delivering the fateful plagiarized speech. “My ancestors, who worked in the coal mines in northeast Pennsylvania, who would come up after 12 hours and play football for four hours. It's because they didn't have a platform upon which to stand.” Dukakis stand-in said, “You did have a conscience, once, Joe. Yet you still chose to steal someone else’s words. And you weren’t even a very good plagiarist. What kind of idiot would copy something practically word-for-word that’s been recorded and widely disseminated? You got what you deserved then, and it looks like you haven’t learned from it now. Look at this year’s campaign? Shameful. Repeatedly distorting what Trump said at Charlottesville? Calling him a racist? None of that crap was true, yet out of your mouth it came.” “I almost didn’t do it back then,” Joe replied, referring to the plagiarism. He cringed and shook his head, tears welling up in the corners of his eyes. “I was desperate. I knew people didn’t like me. I’ve always had an inferiority complex. I’m pathetic.” “Almost only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades, not in politics,” the ghost lectured intolerantly. “You should’ve honored the past and started telling the truth from that point forward. But you didn’t. Instead, you lied through your teeth about representing the working man and woman and it only got worse from there. You ran again in 2008, but you should’ve known you would lose. Why? Because you’re a soulless career swamp dweller. You were lucky Barack Obama even gave you the time of day. You’re only here today because voters have short memories and you lasted the longest. Why didn’t you reform yourself, Joe? Why? Why?” The words hung in the air as Joe silently sobbed, feeling deep regret about the opportunity lost. Then, as if out of nowhere, Biden’s notorious blame reflex emerged. “I’ve had enough of you!!!!,” the president-elect shouted. “Get out of my bedroom before somebody sees you and thinks there’s something going on between us. I’ve been known to sniff a few scalps in my day, but I ain’t no guy lover. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. I got the Big O to switch sides on the gay marriage thing, didn’t I? And I’ve swung by a Pride parade a time or two. But I’m gonna be in charge now no matter what happened in 1988 -- or 2008. Geeettttt Ouuutttt!!!” The new president-to-be shrieked in rage, gritting his teeth. “Truth lives. Truth lives. Truth lives!” The spirit said as he sunk through the floor like a refreshing rain shower draining into a sewer. Silence returned to the home. “Get the @%#$^#&%% out of here, Dukakis! I knew you weren’t on the level about who you were. You lost to ‘the wimp factor’ Bush and no one gives a rat’s butt what you think anymore,” Joe bellowed to the stagnant air, breathing heavily as always whenever his blood pressure rises above a minimal level. The clock struck two. Nothing. “Ah, Teddy, old friend, mistaken in death as you were in life.” As soon as his head once again hit the pillow, Joe heard a booming voice from behind his locked bedchamber door, “Joseph Robinette Biden! Come out! Show yourself!” An extremely bright light shown under the door. Whatever’s out there has some serious wattage, Biden thought. Upon cracking the door, Biden noticed a tremendously tall man holding what looked like a torch in his hand. Candelabras were everywhere. Mostly bald and wearing thin wirerimmed glasses, Joe thought the specter looked just like Bernie Sanders. But how could it be? “The Bern” isn’t that tall, and, well, like Dukakis before him, is still among the living. “Who are you?” Joe asked. “Don’t you recognize me?” the spirit asked incredulously while waving his hands in wild circles. His words were wrapped in an exceedingly distinct Brooklyn accent coated with a huge dose of Vermont maple syrup. Joe shook his head no. “I’m not surprised. You never were one to pay much attention to the details, especially this year. I am the ghost of Campaign Present. I have a rather large family -- 45 of my bros and sisses have visited the president-elect before me. I have the unique honor of being the 46th of my kind. Come with me. Time is short and I have much to show you.” “Lead on,” Biden grumbled, by now comprehending that he had little power to resist. “At least this Bernie on stilts won’t be showing me anything from the past,” Joe mumbled to himself, relieved at the thought. ‘And I am the Democrat party today, so he can shove that torch up his tailpipe for all I care. I just need to get through this next hour and the day is mine.’ The spirit led Biden to the White House. “I know this place -- this is where Barry O would tell me to come over and watch the game. Michelle would serve us Fritos and Diet Coke, and the prez would hide his smokes whenever the First Lady entered the room,” Joe said. “But you don’t know what’s inside,” the ghost responded. “You’re not the president yet. You need to know how the rest of the world views you, and it ain’t a pretty picture, pal. As with Campaign Past, we will be invisible and unheard. Come this way.” Upon entering the executive mansion the visitors noticed a medium sized room full of jubilant guests disdaining social distance. Joe pondered, ‘This can’t be a Democrat meeting -- everyone’s happy and optimistic, not weighted down by racism or the existential threat of climate change. What gives? Why did he bring me here? These joy-filled Republicans aren’t pissed off and on the verge of rioting. Why are they laughing? They should be distraught. It’s annoying.’ President Donald Trump and his invited guests were engaged in a game of memes. Trump said he would show them a picture and they had to come up with a catchy line describing it. The winners would earn Trump 2024 campaign gear. “Anyone want to go first?” the president asked, enjoying the festive atmosphere where no one wore a mask and there were no Kens and Karens -- or Dr. Anthony Faucis -- to object to gathering and having a great time. The first was a photo of Biden crawling on the floor of his basement, taken in the early days of the China virus pandemic. “I know,” a woman in the back of the room jumped up. “How about… Where did I put my brain?” The crowd roared with glee at the hilarity -- and truth -- of the insult. “I’ve got one” said a man near the window. “How about, I’ve fallen and I can’t up!” More merriment ensued. “If you vote for me, you ain’t smart.” “Or, I’m on my knees, Kamala, please say yes!” People doubled over trying to suppress the giggles. “Why do you show me this?” Biden barked at the jovial ghost who chuckled along with the party attendees. “These people -- and you -- are having fun at my expense. Have they no respect for the office of the president-elect? What about all my calls to unify the country now that Trump is headed for the retirement storage bin? I can bring everyone together, including these Republican chumps. What a bunch of mean-spirited deplorable people they are. Obama called them ‘bitter clingers’ -- he was right.” “Oh Joe, is that all you see?” the apparition sighed disappointedly. “Every one of their memes rang true if you think about it. Your campaign was full of lies and distortions. You didn’t even adopt the title of Democratic Socialist. You stole from the platforms of others. It was all warmed-over Democrat big government gobbledygook. Then you had the nerve to say you would enforce the law when your staff was contributing to the defense fund of the rioters and looters. If people are making fun of you, you deserve every word.” “Come now, we must go to another place.” In an instant they were transported to the shell of a burned out building in AnyTown, U.S.A. To one side a black business owner was tossing debris into a dumpster and sweeping up glass off the floor. A passerby stopped to ask what he was doing there at this odd hour. “I can’t rest. I’m trying to pick up the pieces of my dream,” the man said. “Those thugs burned my store and I lost my life savings. Now the local leadership says they want to defund the police. People steal stuff. Crimes go unpunished. Me and my family all voted for Trump this year. Democrats don’t care about us.” The passerby nodded in agreement, expressed his sympathies and continued on his walk. “This man is insane!” Joe griped with eyes wide from anger. “Trump caused all this! He won’t even say the words ‘Black Lives Matter’! His racism was the cause of the protests, which were mostly peaceful, weren’t they? White supremacists burned this man’s business! (The Sanders ghost pointed to ‘Black Lives Matter’ and ‘ACAB’ spray painted on one of the remaining standing walls.) Besides, Trump didn’t do anything to stop the spread of the virus! He’s the reason people rioted in the first place! Racist! Racist!” “Pfft!” spit out the specter. “Even when it’s right in front of your face, all you do is complain and distort. Nothing gets through to you. You’re as dull and dense as the bricks in that pile. I must leave you now. Look to the things I have shown you tonight. Be a better man.” Biden said “What? Don’t leave me here in this desolate place! It’s cold and I have no shelter! You mustn’t abandon me! Have compassion! I’m gonna be president! I’ll have you arrested!” The Bernie-like ghost vanished as several gusts of frigid wind tore at Joe’s flimsy sleeping attire. How wretched this is! I don’t even have my smart phone to call my aides! I can’t just flag down a driver, can I? And there are scary looking brown people around here in this racial jungle. What about my safety?” Just then a cloud formed in the distance, barely illuminating the figure of a woman dressed like a pant suited Grim Reaper. From the outlines of its figure Joe could see she was female, but her face was obscured by a hoodie. Looking at her left hand, Biden recognized Kamala Harris’s distinct wedding ring. ‘My running mate and vice-president elect is the ghost of Campaign Future????’ he thought, feeling betrayed that his trusty sidekick would even accept such a role. Traitor! Seditionist! After a minute or so, Joe suppressed his growing rage and spoke. “You must be the ghost of campaigns yet to come, is that right?” The spirit bent at the waste and nodded slowly. “So you’re not gonna speak to me? We haven’t even been inaugurated yet and already you’re giving me the silent treatment? Who do you think you are, my wife?” Joe blurted out, regretting the statement before he’d finished the question. Even though he couldn’t see her face, by her stiff body language and tapping Prada high heel shoes, Joe could tell the Kamala-ghost was enraged at the disrespectful sexist slight. She felt like ripping off the dang hoodie and calling up Tara Reade right then and there, but caution overcame her just in time. ‘If I want to be president soon, I have to continue playing nursemaid to this broken-down old dinosaur for at least a little longer’ she supposed as she steadied herself. At least she didn’t have to allow the renowned pervert to physically touch her arm like the other spirits had. ‘Whew! He gives me the willies.’ So Kamala ghost just stuck a bony finger out of her jacket sleeve and pointed in the correct direction. The two were instantly transported to another setting Joe didn’t quite recognize. It looked like a prison cell and in one corner of the tiny space was son Hunter painting a canvas on an easel. “Son!!!!” the geriatric politician wailed. “Why are you here? You’re the smartest person I know! Everyone grasps you didn’t do anything illegal. No crime could touch you. You’ve been through a lot! I’m gonna get you outta here, don’t you worry! And I’ll have all the hookers and crack delivered right to your room! What’s the address of this place anyway?!” Then Joe took notice of what Hunter was painting, which looked an awful lot like the self-portrait of Vincent Van Gogh from 1889 next to an art book full of classic oils. “What? He plagiarizes too! I knew he was a chip off the ol’ block, but this is ridiculous! Hunter m’ boy, I’m gonna make sure you never have to suffer for anything. This is the future, isn’t it? That means I can fix stuff today and no one will ever know! Right?” The Kamala ghost shook her head in disbelief at the single-minded absurdity of her charge. Will this guy never learn? Rather than listening to Biden blubber some more about how great his son is, she once again pointed her bony finger and the two were taken to another scene in the president-elect’s probable future. Positioned around a cauldron in the House Speaker’s office were Nancy Pelosi and all four current members of “The Squad.” They were laughing, high fiving and dancing on the tables, though it didn’t appear to be any pre-organized celebration. “What the heck is this?” Joe wondered aloud. “Why are they so happy? They have to realize they’re not getting anything done while I’m president. I don’t have the stamina to stay awake through the State of the Union Address, much less push anything through frickin’ Congress. What’s the deal?” The Kamala ghost just kept her bony finger pointed at the room. The women were unceasing in their salutations, talking about some guy who had died that day and speculating on what it would be like to have a liberal woman president. One of them asked if they should suggest burying the corpse face down like the puritans did to suspected witches in the 17th century. Another asked whether there even had to be a funeral at all, since no one would come. There was no mourning emotion whatsoever among the coven participants. “What the heck, Kamala -- I mean Spirit? Who are they referring to? Is it Trump? But if Trump died suddenly, Mike Pence would be president. And he ain’t no woman. The only way a woman would be president is if I died. Is that what happened? Say it isn’t so! Tell me that I can sponge the grins off their slimy witchy faces! I’m not the man I was! I’ll make even more deals! I’ll tell even more lies! I’ll give them the Green New Deal and Medicare for All! “I will live in the past, the present and the future, all in one! I will not forget the lessons you and your buddies taught me tonight! If I give the radicals what they demand, I’ll be popular and I won’t die in office. Thank you, campaign past, present and yet-to-come!” “Heeeeeyyyyyy, Merry Christmas Mister Potter!” Oops, wrong story! At that, even through the hoodie, Biden detected the Kamala ghost beaming with unrestrained delight. She knew no matter what, Joe couldn’t truly change, and the future seemed assured -- for one of them at least. If she wasn’t stuck acting like a spirit, Kamala ghost would’ve been down there partying with Nancy and the gals too. Leftism is on the doorstep of taking over America, and if that ain’t worth getting giddy about for a Democrat, what is? A bolt of lightning struck from nowhere and Joe found himself back in his bedchambers wrestling with his pillow and his genuine Barack Obama bedspread (the former president had given it to him as a gift to commemorate their White House days together, since Joe wanted something aromatic that smelled like Michelle’s coiffure as a souvenir). He glanced out the window and noticed it was morning. The spirits had done it all in one night! Joe got up, threw on his most comfy sweats and light jacket and jogged out the door, his broken ankle having healed in a matter of hours. He flagged down the nearest stranger he could locate and ordered the man to deliver a message to Democrat leaders on Capitol Hill. For the man’s trouble, Biden gave him a million bucks from Hunter’s Chinese bank account and permission to sleep in the Lincoln Bedroom for a week. The message read, “Don’t worry a bit, Chucky and Nancy, I’m a changed man. I’m not even going to claim I’m ‘moderate’ any longer. Whatever you cook up, I’ll sign. Ban fracking! Ding! Ding! 100% taxation on those making over ten grand? Cha-ching! Dissolve the southern border! DONE! The sky’s the limit! I’ll never get in your way again! Now everyone will love me!” Narrator: Joe Biden was as good as his word. He knew how to do campaigns and how to win the Democrat way. Cheat like crazy! Only the future wasn’t as bright as he’d anticipated. Hunter did go to jail on a twenty-year sentence, and Kamala Harris did constantly plot behind his back to bring his downfall. Donald Trump never left the political arena and was overwhelmingly elected in 2024, having won Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia and Nevada with fraud proof margins. The “new” Joe was wrapped up in Special Counsel investigations, and he retired to the poor house without a dime to his name, the least popular president in history. • FreeRoots Launches "Stand With Us!" Campaign

The great Rev. Billy Graham once said, "Courage is contagious. When a brave man takes a stand, the spines of others are often stiffened." We the American people are standing with the President in our fight against election fraud. And what America needs now, more than ever, are courageous people to make a stand, from Main Street, to Capitol Hill, to the White House, others need to see us take a stand and have their spines stiffened. Unfortunately, at this critical moment in our nation's history, many lawmakers and the senior staff of our government seem to be sitting on the fence. Even worse, rumors abound that even some of President Trump’s closest advisors inside the White House are urging him to throw-in the towel and give up the fight to purge illegal votes from the 2020 election. This is wrong and must change - we need every Senator, Representative and senior member of the Trump Administration to take a courageous stand for honest elections! Every day, We the People learn more about election fraud. We know dead people can’t vote – but they did. We know each voter should only vote once – but many didn’t. We know fake ballots shouldn't be trucked in – but they were. And we know machines shouldn’t switch votes from one candidate to another – but they did. We the People know something else, too: it is time for our leaders to stand with us! President Trump has proven his loyalty by fighting for honest elections. Many brave Americans have joined him by exposing election fraud, often at their own peril. And now, we need our representatives and senior staff to stand strong and fight for an honest election. Our friends at FreeRoots – the online community that launched EveryLegalVote – have a new campaign to stiffen the spines of those in government who may be losing heart and appear to be willing to give up the fight for election integrity. Please join us as we urge key lawmakers and senior White House staff to stand with us in our fight against fraud. • A $600 Slap In The Face

Democrat Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (HI-2) is not a movement conservative or even a closet Republican – but she sure sounds like one sometimes, and when she voted NO on the outrageous COVID “stimulus” bill and called-out the congressional leadership she said and did what all MAGA conservatives in Congress should have done. Said Rep. Gabbard: “$600 is a slap in the face to every American struggling due to the pandemic. You deserve better. I voted against the 5,593-page spending bill that gave billions to corporate interests, the military industrial complex & other countries, leaving crumbs for you who need help most.” Senator Rand Paul likewise stepped-up and voted NO, asking, “We are $27 trillion in debt today. How do we expect a child to have the economic opportunity when this crushing debt is their inheritance from Congress?” “We are borrowing and worsening this debt crisis, in part, because too many governors and mayors have imposed heavy handed restrictions that crush business,” he later observed. “The need for help is real. I hear it every day from Kentuckians and across the country. But it’s clear that government has worsened the economic damage and acted as the biggest obstacle to economic recovery,” said Dr. Paul. “The answer is not printing up and distributing ‘free money.’ It’s opening the economy,” he later added. You can watch Dr. Paul’s remarks through this link. In the end senators voted 92-6 in favor of passing the package. In addition to Senator Paul, Senators Mike Lee R-Utah; Sen. Rick Scott, R-Florida: Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tennessee; Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisconsin; and Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas voted NO. The House passed the bill 359 to 53, with 50 Republicans voting NO. Kentucky’s liberty minded Republican Rep. Thomas Massie, who voted NO, and later tweeted: Bless your ❤️ if you think passage of a 5500+ page $trillion+ bill just randomly occurred Christmas week. If I’ve observed one thing during my time in DC, it’s that Congress saves its biggest bill for the week Congressmen are most anxious to go home to their families. We agree with Rep. Massie that government by budget crisis has become standard operating procedure under the Speakerships of Democrat Nancy Pelosi and Republicans Paul Ryan and John Boehner. As the Federalist’s Sean Davis tweeted: The “stimulus” bill is an abomination. Trump should veto it. Congress is stealing $2,700 per American to send $600 to every American, then demanding that you thank them for the privilege of getting robbed. But it is not just the process that was a slap in the face to American taxpayers, workers, and business owners – it was also the outrageous things that the money was being spent on. According to an analysis posted by Turning Point USA’s Ryan Fournier, family members of illegal aliens are now able to get stimulus checks under this new bill. It’s retroactive, so they can also get the previous $1,200 given out. Natalie Winters, writing for the National Pulse, said among the most egregious expenditures in the December 21st stimulus are the foreign aid components: $700,000,000 being directed towards the country of Sudan and $33,000,000 “shall be made available for democracy programs for Venezuela.” “Not less than” $135,000,000 will be sent to Burma, “not less than $85,500,000” will be sent to Cambodia, and “not less than $130,000,000” will be sent to Nepal. The stimulus also stipulates that in Pakistan “not less than $15,000,000 shall be made available for democracy programs and not less than $10,000,000 shall be made available for gender programs.” Ms. Winters also identified funds to social justice-driven causes, including these: Funds to investigate “archaeological sites” related to the 1908 Springfield Race Riot and the creation of two new Smithsonian museums: the National Museum of the American Latino and a “comprehensive women’s history museum.” An additional $1,500,000 will be sent to the House Appropriations Committee’s “Office of Diversity and Inclusion” efforts. Among the domestic pork projects we found in the bill are: $26,400,000 for the Kennedy Center $1,000,000,000 for the Smithsonian $154,000,000 for the National Gallery $167,000,000 for the National Endowments for Art & Humanities $14,000,000 for the Woodrow Wilson Center Rush summed-up the slap in the face to Americans and America this way: It’s a $900 billion COVID relief bill. But that’s not what this is. This is things don’t change. Congress did not pass a massive COVID relief bill. They passed a massive giveaway to questionable socialist nations and sketchy Democrat Party constituencies... Restaurants and bars? Places where people meet and congregate, the hardest hit of our small businesses? I mean, this division of our economy is being wiped out — almost purposefully in blue states. Restaurants got nothing in the $900 billion COVID relief bill… So, $600 for every American would equal a $198 billion bill, yet this bill is more than $900 billion. Do the math. We’ve given away $700 billion to corrupt cronies, corrupt countries that are allies of the Democrat Party. It needs to be vetoed. Trump needs to veto it. I don’t know if he will. I don’t believe he will. But it needs to be vetoed. Rush is right, the bill needs to be vetoed, not just because it was passed via a flawed process, but because the vast sums it spends on things unrelated to helping Americans weather the COVID-19 economy really is a slap in the face to America’s hard-pressed working families and business owners. • Assault on America, Day 721: Sedition? We want a fair count of LEGAL votes. Who doesn't get it?

Barr’s departure from the DOJ doesn’t mean election fraud and Hunter Biden get a pass Why would anyone object to investigating fraud? It’s a question on the minds of many as Attorney General William Barr leaves his post today. It’s old news by now, but Barr resigned his position last week, roughly a month ahead of when he would’ve been forced out by the installation of a new government under the pathetically compromised tutelage of doddering Democrat president-elect Joe Biden. No doubt whatever comes after Barr (not who-ever, what-ever) will be a serious step down in quality and adherence to the law. All of America mourns the certainty. It fits the national mood, even at Christmastime. At any rate, Barr made headlines again this week when he announced that he didn’t believe it was warranted to appoint a Special Counsel to look into sleazy presidential-to-be son Hunter Biden’s dirty dealings. The outgoing AG also poopooed the possibility of appointing a special counsel to get to the bottom of the election fraud mess. As everyone should recognize, there are credible accusations galore about mysterious vote counting irregularities. But no one in authority seems to want to take on the obligation of fleshing them out. Democrats, on the other hand, treat the Attorney General position differently than Republicans. Barack Obama’s first choice for the position, Eric Holder, styled himself as the Big O’s “wingman” and proceeded to vigorously advance the liberal president’s agenda, the law and the facts be damned. Holder’s Fast and Furious operation proved to be a disaster and cost the life of U.S. Border Agent Brian Terry. Nothing like giving guns to Mexican drug smugglers. Smooth move, Eric. Liberals are doing victory laps over the legal system’s utter refusal to examine the fraud evidence in depth. Fox News commentator Juan Williams wasn’t shy about calling names and insinuating that Republicans are destroying the credibility of the country because they’re not going along with the establishment media’s demands to end it peacefully and just love Joe Biden. Charges of sedition shouldn’t be taken lightly. David Catron wrote at The American Spectator, “In the minds of many Democrats … it is seditious to merely question Joe Biden’s victory in the November election. Friday, Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.) went on CNN and delivered herself of this accusation: ‘These senators and members of Congress who have refused to acknowledge that we had a free and fair election in which Joe Biden beat Donald Trump by over 7 million votes, are bordering on sedition and treason.’ If questioning the legitimacy of a presidential election really did constitute ‘sedition and treason,’ many Democrats would have long since been tried, convicted, and incarcerated for claims about Trump’s 2016 victory... “Historically, authoritarian regimes have used fictitious tales of treason as the pretext for crushing their political rivals and cowing their citizens into submission. This is invariably enabled by propaganda organs willing to parrot the regime’s party line while less compliant media are censored. But that could never happen here, right? We’re Americans, right? We wouldn’t sit obediently behind our useless masks enduring a new wave of ineffective lockdowns while it appears that a presidential election is being stolen before our eyes, right? Right?” No one who’s paid attention to politics in recent years thinks the Attorney General position is an easy one. President Donald Trump is a demanding boss under the best of circumstances, and serving under the nation’s most accomplished recent president must have been a challenge at best and an arduous chore at worst. Barr didn’t always make everyone happy, especially in his closing months. Unfortunately, his last-minute decisions leave a stain on his heretofore useful tenure. As a side note, remember earlier this year when Barr testified before a House committee concerning the situation in Portland, Oregon, and was lambasted and endlessly shamed and lectured by the soulless Democrats? Barr ordered the federal courthouse to be protected at all costs and apparently the liberal anarchist sympathizers didn’t take kindly to the notion. Harm the little pinky on some Antifa “protester” scum’s hand and take flak for it from the merciless liberal set. Shameful. But Catron is entirely correct. Looking into this year’s election fraud isn’t sedition; it’s not some wild conspiracy theory and it’s definitely not treason, which is plotting the downfall of the government. Right now, Grampa Joe is only the president-elect and there’s no plan to undermine the government or overthrow it by violent means. Speaking up isn’t sedition or treason either. Liberal wackos like Sen. Shaheen can toss out big scary sounding words all she likes, but she’s not convincing anyone other than the squawking magpies on “The View” and other brainlessly inept commentaries like the Juan Williams piece referred to above. Suggesting that you’re planning to put people on a list or strip them of lawfully gained offices (like in the House of Representatives) is dangerous stuff. Who’s the real threat here? You can take Barr’s decision not to go the next level on Hunter Biden in two ways. He either actually believes that the investigation is indeed being handled responsibly and professionally by the people doing the work, or he’s seen the evidence from the case to this point and it’s so overwhelming and damning that even Grampa Joe himself wouldn’t dare interfere. Too many people know about it. Someone somewhere will get wind of what really happened with the crack smoking, stripper impregnating Hunter. And it ain’t gonna be pretty when the truth hits the surface. Then there’s the matter of election fraud. It’s rather curious that Barr has consistently sidestepped the matter, saying a few weeks ago that he hadn’t seen evidence that would overturn the result. It doesn’t necessarily indicate that Barr’s bailing out before the plane reaches altitude for the jump -- it could just as well be Barr figures the process will play itself out in the courts after Biden takes over. A third possibility is Barr is chickening out and too lazy to get his feet wet. I’d like to think Barr has more character than that. The prospect of overturning the election result so late in the process would’ve had dire consequences for the entire country. Does it make it Barr’s decision right? Absolutely not. But without what the American Spectator’s Melissa Mackenzie called “Blue Dress Proof,” there was no means to convince the public that such a move could effectively be made. Nonetheless, there’s a ton of evidence to pore over. And fraud is difficult to prove. As conservatives, we should have faith in the liberty-loving lawyers conducting the investigations on behalf of Trump and Republicans. It certainly won’t come from the government itself. I (somewhat) know from experience. As a college student at UCLA, I took advantage of an opportunity to do an internship in Washington, D.C. Seeing as I was planning to apply to law school, I felt a legal-type experience would be best to further my qualifications. I was accepted into an internship in the Department of Justice, where I was placed in the Fraud section. One of my chief duties was assisting U.S. attorneys in assessing and determining which cases to pursue. I was asked to contact F.B.I. agents who were the on-the-ground personnel looking into suspicious activity. I quickly learned from them that if the amount of purported fraud was less than $250,000 (and this was in 1990, Lord knows what the figure is today) that I should tell the powers-that-be it wouldn’t be worth delving deeply into the case. This doesn’t mean I, as a lowly unpaid intern, was making decisions on which cases to prosecute, but it did lead to my informing the lead attorneys of what the investigators had advised. Conclusion? As long as you only jilt the government out of a couple hundred thousand bucks, theoretically you will walk as a free man or woman. (As a side note, you won’t get away with it on your taxes if you’re a little guy.) There’s a feeling in this country that the election fraud scenario is different. Too many people saw too many things to have this matter just fade into the sunset. Trump will be on top of every new development and the conservative media will get the word out. Hunter Biden’s face will be plastered all over the news one way or another. Raise your hand if you like being a victim of fraud The Democrats’ reaction to the incidence of political fraud in this year’s election is strange considering all of us, at one time or another, have been “victims” of hucksters and liars. It could’ve been as simple and insignificant as someone coming into your place of work and begging for “five dollars” to take a cab to the airport, or an acquaintance promising to pay you back if you bought an extra donut for him at breaktime. No one likes being lied to. What about those who fell for a complex fraud plot like participating in a consumer buying ploy but never receiving compensation for the purchases? Or investigating in a pyramid scheme. Or buying a plot of land on someone’s say-so and then finding out it was an unusable swamp. Or purchasing a home that was supposedly turnkey ready and discovering it was a roach infested money pit. I know someone who was a victim of fraud in a different way. I don’t know if credit card companies still do this, but they used to send out “checks” that card holders could use as cash to buy things at a store. The “check” would be added to your credit card bill. In the case I heard about, thieves stole envelopes from neighborhood mailboxes that looked to contain these benefits. The fraud purveyors then went to Best Buy and used the checks to buy several thousand dollars’ worth of merchandise in the card holder’s name. And when the innocent party disputed the purchases, the credit card company threatened to report them to the credit bureaus. How does it feel to be helpless victim? The scum that carries out the schemes is guilty as sin and they know it. Yet they’re unlikely to ever be caught and made to pay for their crimes. Is the feeling so different with election fraud? In our all-politics-all-the-time American culture, most people put a tremendous amount of importance on who leads them. Needless to say, whoever wins an election will have an outsized influence on your life, be it through taxation, school policy, environmental policy or military philosophy. If it didn’t matter, ordinary people wouldn’t contribute their money to political candidates and organizations that advocate for this or that issue. It's the reason why Trump supporters feel so violated today, and why tens of millions refuse to give up the fight. Simply put, it just ain’t right that swindlers and sleazebags should game the system to keep a good president from winning his richly deserved reelection. If fraud is personal, which it is, then no one should object when someone is willing to put themselves on the line by swearing via affidavit that something was wrong on Election Night. Take that, Juan Williams. It's entirely legitimate when Republicans lose, but when Democrats fall short, it’s… Assuming the results of the presidential election stay as they currently stand, Joe Biden will nevertheless face a huge challenge to get anything passed in Congress. Not only is there factional bickering among House Democrats, their numbers keep dwindling too. Emily Brooks reported at The Washington Examiner, “House Democrats’ slim majority made even skinnier by President-elect Joe Biden’s plan to tap three members to join his administration creates challenges for Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the Democratic caucus. “It means that small factions of the party such as more centrist Democrats or far-left ‘Squad’ members could band together to wield power and stop legislation that they find objectionable. And it creates the environment where Republicans may be able to use procedural tools to their advantage even more.” In her article, Brooks detailed how the majority may only have a six seat advantage, empowering both the leftists and the centrists within the caucus. Even a small bloc of holdouts can force Nancy Pelosi to accede to their demands, which will then cause consternation within other small groupings of ideologically charged Democrats. These cliques will exercise immense power within the party. An entire legislative agenda could hinge on the support of three or four members. Talk about pressure. Democrats are contesting a couple elections to try and provide a little more wiggle room. Seats in Iowa and New York went to the GOP by ridiculously small margins. Yet the results have been certified. Still, the contests go on. What’s good for the Democrat goose isn’t always germane for the Republican gander. What else would you expect from liberals? President Trump’s fraud investigations will go forward regardless of the opinion of outgoing Attorney General William Barr. And the official look into Hunter Biden’s crimes will continue as well. Fraud is indeed difficult to prove, but it’s not impossible, especially when there are plenty of witnesses. Just another strange and lasting feature of the 2020 election. 2020 Election Mike Pence Kamala Harris Donald Trump Joe Biden COVID-19 media polls Trump parades rallies lockdowns Christmas vote fraud

  • Barr Flakes Out Betrays Trump And MAGA Conservatives

We once had high hopes for Attorney General William Barr. He had the gravitas and brains to face down Democrats on the Hill, he brought the Mueller fraud to a conclusion, and he spoke eloquently and forcefully for religious liberty – but he failed to bring the Swamp in the Department of Justice and the FBI to heel, and in the end, he accomplished very little of substance prior to the 2020 election. And since the election, in the face of evidence of massive election fraud in half-a-dozen Democrat controlled urban areas, the extensive public airing of the Biden family bribery and money laundering claims, the continued assaults and civil unrest sparked by ANTIFA and BLM Barr has done nothing – at least publicly. And then he announced he was quitting. It’s almost as if he decided to stay put after the election to ensure that nothing got done in what the Washington establishment assumes are the waning days of the Trump administration. And a lot of other conservatives warmed to that view yesterday when Barr said he has "no plan" to appoint a special counsel to take over the federal investigation into Hunter Biden’s "tax affairs," or one to probe allegations of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election. "I think to the extent that there's an investigation, I think that it's being handled responsibly and professionally," Barr said Monday about the investigation into Hunter Biden. "To this point I have not seen a reason to appoint a special counsel and I have no plan to do so before I leave." Hunter Biden confirmed earlier this month that he is under federal investigation for his "tax affairs." "Why didn’t Bill Barr reveal the truth to the public, before the Election, about Hunter Biden. Joe was lying on the debate stage that nothing was wrong, or going on - Press confirmed" Trump tweeted last week. "Big disadvantage for Republicans at the polls!" A well-placed government source told Fox News that Hunter Biden has been a subject/target of the grand jury investigation. According to the source, a "target" means that there is a "high probability that person committed a crime," while a "subject" is someone you "don't know for sure" has committed a crime. The source said President-elect Biden is not a subject of any grand jury investigation at this time. The source also told Fox News that this investigation was predicated, in part, by Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) regarding suspicious foreign transactions. Another source familiar with the investigation told Fox News the SARs were regarding funds from "China and other foreign nations." But Barr’s failure to act on the evidence of blatant election fraud is an even more egregious dereliction of duty than his failure to insulate the Hunter Biden investigation from political pressure from a potential Joe Biden administration. Barr on Monday said he is "sure" there was voter fraud in the 2020 presidential race but stopped short of calling for a special counsel investigation. The attorney general said he sees "no basis" for the federal government to seize voting machines and examine them for possible fraud. "Off the top of my head, I'm not going to opine on a constitutional issue as far as the power goes," Barr said Monday. He added, though, that "there are fraud and unfortunately in most elections I think we're too tolerant of it." "I'm sure there was fraud in this election, but I was commenting on the extent to which we had looked at suggestions or allegations of systemic or brace fraud that could affect the outcome of the election, and I already spoke to that, and I stand by that statement," he said. "To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election," Barr told The Associated Press. We are pretty sure that if you don’t look for something you are unlikely to find it – even if mountains of evidence that it exists are dropped on your doorstep. And if there was some vote fraud, but not enough to change the election, shouldn’t those malefactors have been prosecuted regardless? Bill Barr’s decision to appoint John Durham as Special Counsel to continue the investigation into the FBI and intelligence community misconduct that created Trump – Russia probe will not redeem his failure to pursue the other scandals and abuses of power that were right before his eyes and most conservatives will conclude that Barr flaked out just when his steady hand and intellect were needed most. • Club For Growth Action Launches GAVoteFraud.com

In the face of an unprecedented news blackout on the evidence of election fraud in Georgia, Club for Growth Action announced the launch of the website GAVoteFraud.com to help Georgia voters learn about what vote fraud looks like and provide a place to report potential related crimes. Club for Growth Action will monitor submissions and take action when credible reports of vote fraud are received. Two weeks ago, a Georgia Senate Judiciary subcommittee heard new jaw-dropping allegations of alleged election fraud in the state from several people including President Donald Trump's attorney, Rudy Giuliani. Adam Murphy, reporting for Atlanta's cbs46.com, said the video tape evidence alleges proof of ballots being counted without oversight. A subcommittee comprised of both Republicans and Democrats held a hearing at the State Capitol for perhaps the biggest bombshell presented to lawmakers from inside State Farm Arena. The president's legal team, led by Giuliani, presented the surveillance video from the state's largest voting center. The video allegedly shows people taking out at least four boxes of ballots from underneath a table, and then counting them after hours with no election supervisors present. "The same person that stayed behind, the person that cleared the place out under the pretense that we are going to stop counting is the person who put the table there at 8:22 in the morning. I saw four suitcases come out from underneath the table," Attorney Jacki Pick said. CBS46 reported each box contained about 6,000 ballots, making that single instance of alleged fraud enough to swing the election to Joe Biden. For weeks, Georgia’s Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has defended the state’s handling of the presidential election and criticized those who have continued to push “massive amounts of misinformation” about widespread voter fraud, noted the Atlanta Constitution-Journal. And Raffensperger has repeatedly misstated the scope of his efforts to run-down reports of election fraud. Almost a month ago he announced what seemed like a widescale dragnet to run down various claims of election fraud. He said that his office had 23 investigators with more than 250 active investigations from 2020. However, a review by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, however, has found that the claims by Raffensperger about the investigations lacked context and overestimated how many investigations were related to the presidential election by more than 100 cases. The actual number is approximately 130, and the vast majority the AJC reviewed involve procedural matters unrelated to fraud or isolated cases involving single voters. So, despite the mountains of evidence Raffensperger is doing little or nothing to investigate the apparently sound allegations of systemic vote fraud in Georgia. Which makes the Club for Growth Action GAVoteFraud.com all the more crucial to making sure there is no fraud in the January 5, 2021 Georgia Senate runoffs. "It's absolutely vital that Georgia voters are informed about vote fraud and empowered to do something if they see something and we believe GAVoteFraud.com can and will play a role in making the election more secure and trusted," said Club for Growth Action President David McIntosh. In addition to the vote fraud website, Club for Growth Action is: Leading the Save America bus tour and coalition, Running television ads focused on getting out the vote, Knocking 1 million doors, Making 2 million live calls, Sending 3 million texts, Sending 5 million pieces of mail. 2020 Election Joe Biden Hunter Biden media censorship Kamala Harris Election riots vote count lawsuit voter integrity Club for Growth GAVoteFraud.com Georgia Senate races David Perdue Kelly Loeffler Raphael Warnock John Ossoff
