For those who were following politics in the 1990s, you may remember James Carville who famously said over and over to Democrats in the 1992 presidential campaign – IT’S THE ECONOMY, STUPID. Carville wanted to make sure Democrats made the 1992 election between George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton about the weak Bush economy.
