- The Right Resistance: Final Halloween in Joe n’ Jill Biden’s world of delusions, tricks and fabrications
Halloween Night at the White House, senile Joe Biden sits by the fire in the library struggling to stay awake so as to enjoy another meal and ice cream served by those gentle but firm people in formal attire who always patronize him without being prompted. Dr. Jill enters and cheerfully inquires, “Say, Joe, why don’t you take a break from your latest nap or perusal of classified documents and turn on the White House outdoor lights, throw open the front door and host trick-or-treaters for our last Halloween as masters of the big executive mansion,” Dr. Jill said, trying to sound upbeat and enthusiastic while wiping a tear from her eye and cursing as her makeup begins running from the incessant trail of bile from her gut. For a long time – or at least since mid-July – the Bidens had dreaded the coming of fall. Not only would it be the final time the clan could deck out the White House in whatever scary Democrat party adornment they chose, Halloween comes just a few days before the dreaded Election Day, this time without the cantankerous old fart’s name appearing prominently on the nation’s ballots. “No joke, those dang Founding Fathers purposely planned Election Day to fall right by Halloween,” Joe mumbled to no one in particular. “That way, Democrats could dress up like real human beings and campaign as though they planned to help people rather than win elections by branding their opponents as Hitler, spending lots of big donor money and going around telling whoppers about how they’ll ‘follow the law’ when asked if they want to pay for transgender surgeries for illegal aliens in prisons,” the mind-challenged old coot said. “Halloween is the one day a year where you can pretend to be something you’re not and Americans will not only celebrate you, they’ll vote for you! Instead of handing out candy, we can distribute already filled-in ballots for revelers who knock at the door. Call up Hunter and tell him to get over here right away. He’s not in jail yet, is he? It wouldn’t be Halloween without ‘im,” Joe added hopefully. The First pair mounted the grand staircase and slowly (because of Joe) made their way up to the main level expecting to find a mostly empty corridor staffed by a couple Secret Service sentries standing guard, protecting against any MAGA would-be assassins lurking to cut short his final few months at the House. But conservatives wouldn’t even think of political violence, so no guard was necessary. Instead, Dr. Jill and senile Joe spotted cackling Kamala Harris and hubby Doug Emhoff peering around a doorway right at the Bidens, who didn’t appear to notice them at first. The unwelcome Democrat interlopers were poorly hidden behind a bust of one of the historic figures in the house they’d employed to conceal their presence. But try as she might, Kamala couldn’t stifle a loud giggle, exposing their presence to the landlords. “Dang, Dougie! I told you not to tickle me when I’m not expecting it!” Kamala complained, still smiling maniacally under Halloween makeup. “Besides, I thought I picked out the perfect costumes/disguises for us. I’m dressed as an illegal alien sex trafficking victim and you, well, you blend in perfectly as a transgender freak with fake boobies. And instead of saying ‘Trick or Treat,’ I would ask for amnesty and a driver’s license, and you would, well, take your top off.” Doug looked irritated, like he was going to strike the woman, which has been known to happen when the misogynistic playboy was irritated. “Dammit, Kamala,” the possible future second husband paused to readjust his fake rack. “We both agreed that the only way we were ever going to enter the White House was to sneak in to it and avoid detection. Now we’re screwed,” Doug followed up with a frown. Then, noticing Dr. Jill standing near the door, Dougie impulsively leaned over and planted a lengthy kiss on her lipstick-less lips, startling the woman who wasn’t anticipating the warmth at that moment. This wasn’t the State of the Union address, after all. “Oops, I’m sorry lady,” Emhoff whimpered. In this low light, you looked exactly like our former nanny from my previous marriage. She and I had to run around and kiss whenever the coast was clear, and for a second there, I thought it was.” Dougie could scarcely contain his raging hormones but did so upon receiving the dirtiest of looks from his Democrat nominee wife, who added a sharp elbow to his solar plexus to emphasize the point – and inflict great pain. ‘That’ll teach him’, Kamala thought. ‘That’s the move I intend to use when he cheats on me.’ Realizing that it would be rude for him to expel the possible future rulers of the country on this Halloween night, senile Joe growled and uttered, “As long as you’re here, you might as well stay. You can help hand out treats to the visitors. You’ve got to be good for something, Kamala. You’ve embarrassed us all recently with your pathetic word salad answers and inability to lie convincingly about what you/I did during our time here at the helm. “I thought it was Trump supporters who are the ‘garbage’ ones. Stop acting like trash, man.“Bend down in your best submissive pose and keep that trap of yours shut and let Jill and I do the hard work, like you’ve been doing since Inauguration Day,” Joe instructed. “Dougie, put your slobbery tongue back in your mouth and step to the side and try to blend in.” Emhoff dutifully did as he was ordered, used to taking commands from brainless Democrat politicians with oversized egos. Diiinnngggg-Dooonnnnggg went the doorbell. “Let’s go to work,” Joe yapped at Dr. Jill. She grimaced at the edict. Opening the door, the first couple saw what looked like a white red neck dressed up in hunting gear. Or was it a football coach’s ensemble? The oddly outfitted man also sported a patch paying homage to Chairman Mao and Xi Jinping. To complete the set, he carried an expensive foreign manufactured shotgun that he was trying hard to load, but failed. “Ah, Tim Walz! Thanks so much for stopping by!” senile Joe shouted in his usual voice, unable to account for his hearing loss. “Love the costume, Tampon Tim. I notice you’ve got a couple tampons tucked into a pocket for extra identification purposes! Don’t worry. We’re ready in case a transgender female shows up and needs to use the restroom!” Walz grinned as he threw up his hands in the air and clapped as though he were just entering the space to deliver a speech at a rally, barking like a trained sea lion at an aqua show. “Very funny, Tampon Tim,” Biden howled. “But this year, we’re not having a party. Just give him his take of checks from the Democrat war chest over there and send him on his way. Since you guys kicked me out of my reelection effort, I’ve declared that there shouldn’t be any more merriment or happiness. Now grab the loot and go,” senile Joe stated and looked around for the nearest exit where no one would notice they were hosting trick-or-treaters. Just as Biden was about to sit down to save what was left of his energy, the doorbell rang again. Cracking the door this time, the octogenarian Delawarean noticed the figure of a witch, her gnarled fingers held up to disguise her nose that had a large wart on it. “Say, cute little girl. Come closer so I can give you a hug, sniff your hair and rub your shoulders a little bit, will ya? I love kids. Some people say I love ‘em too much, but I used to help my daughter in the shower,” Biden said matter-of-factly. Then, finally recognizing the old crone, “Nancy Pelosi, what are you doing here?” senile Joe and Dr. Jill said in unison, both members of the withering power couple disgusted that the traitor who’d engineered the coup that drove them out of power would have the gall to show her face at The White House. “I thought I made it clear that I was never going to speak to you again, Nance. You ruined my legacy. You tanked our party. That cackling idiot over there (gesturing to Kamala Harris) is gonna lose to Trump by double digits. What are we gonna do then?” Joe wondered to the empty space. “Beyond that, you’re not even wearing a costume and this is Halloween! No Democrat money for you! I hope you get struck by the same kook who took out Paul at your house in the gay bay!”, the embittered old soul raged, not able to suppress his legendary temper at the unforgivable slights. Realizing she wasn’t among friends there, without a word, Pelosi did as she was told, turned around and exited. Just out of view, she mounted her broom and took off, her silhouette temporarily visible against the full moon. A black cat hissed, frogs sounded off and somewhere nearby, a werewolf was heard, howling. It was spooky. Pelosi did her best sinister laugh, which caused cackling Kamala to add her own witchy impression, honed through many years of practice. Noting that it was getting late – at least for him – senile Joe was about to kick Kamala and Emhoff out with a warning to not return when just then, Barack Obama and wife Michelle appeared at the opening. The Obamas had always particularly enjoyed Halloween, glorifying in the one night a year where they could purposely obscure their identities – and then scare children and adults without political repercussions. Besides, Barack figured, if he could get a rise out of Biden, he might feel better about the way his old chum was summarily booted out of the Democrat nomination at his insistence. But getting a reaction from Biden was easier said than done these days, the bitter career politician still livid and delusional at being denied his chance to challenge Donald Trump again – and beat him to preserve his lifelong perfect election win record. “Trick or frickin’ treat, Joe,” the tall graying man said in greeting. Me n’ Michelle were trying to figure out what to do tonight and we thought you might appreciate a visit on your final Halloween in this drafty old haunted house. Where are the cobwebs? Sheesh, we used to not have to decorate much it was so rundown when we were stuck living here.” Then, Michelle interjected. “Barack, what’s the deal? Why are ghosts always depicted as white? That’s racist. Didn’t you see (the movie) ‘Ghost’? There were lots o’ ghostly brothers and sisters in that flick, and I’m not even talkin’ about Whoopie Goldberg. We need to diversify spook-dom a little bit. Or a lot. We need transgender ghouls, Asian zombies and banshees that have pigment, too. Or how about ‘Queers for Palestine’? “What did Bibi Netanyahu say? That’s about the same as having something like ‘Chickens for KFC?’ Michelle concluded serenely. Barack looked irritated when his wife spoke out of turn, like she always does in their retirement. “KFC? That actually sounds yummy, honey. Let’s blow this popcorn stand and make like a tree… and get outta here.” Barack Obama is so “woke” he could even make nerd language sound cool. Senile Joe just stood there with his mouth open and the others present couldn’t tell if he was just making his usual catatonic stare or his brain had finally locked and it was time to remove him to the care facility a few months ahead of his initial check-in date, which is January 20, 2025. Just as Dr. Jill moved to slam the door shut, they discerned what appeared to be a vagrant woman struggling towards the mansion. “Quick! Hurry up! We don’t want any, okay?” Senile Joe leaped from his stupor, not wishing to extend the evening any longer to help another destitute victim of Biden-omics. The hooded woman approached undeterred, threw off her covering and revealed what appeared to be a grotesque Kamala Harris mask complete with spoiled word salad remnants and a grin so twisted the face seemed like it was in its electoral death throes. In a voice vaguely familiar to them, Hillary Clinton continued “Trick or treat! I’m Kamala Harris! She’s gonna lose the election, just as I did, and it was too tempting to keep away tonight. What government goodies do you got for me? A $25,000 check for a house? A voucher for a taxpayer funded abortion? A bag of loot to pay for a transgender surgery for an illegal alien prisoner?” Kamala and Dougie chafed at the old woman’s insinuation that dressing up as Kamala Harris implied that you were a loser. How nervy of the 2016 Democrat nominee! Just because she’d been campaigning for the Harris ticket doesn’t mean they’re all friendly now. Far from it. “If you wanted to be a winner,” senile Joe expounded, “You shouldda wore a Trump mask. That’s all the treat you’d ever need, Crooked Hill. We’ll find out what it feels like to have Donald Trump retake this house in a little less than a week. “For now, it’s past my bedtime. Hillary, Kamala and Dougie, you gotta vacate the premises, or we’ll sick the Biden dog on you. Or Hunter. Either way, you’re gonna end up with bite marks on your rear end. No joke. We’ll see you all for the Election Night non-celebration. - What Democrats Really Mean
CHQ Chairman Richard A. Viguerie has a new post up on his gorightgobig Substack and among the points and pointers about how to market conservative ideas and candidates was that when Democrats talk about an issue they never say what they really mean. And the only way for Republicans and conservatives to win is to expose what Democrats really intend to do if they obtain power. Here are a few examples: When Democrats talk about “reproductive rights” it’s really . . . Abortion Anytime and for any Reason (including the wrong gender) - Democrats want no restrictions on killing babies, even up until the moment of birth – and in some cases, even after, making America the most extreme nation on abortion. When Democrats talk about “fixing immigration” it’s really . . . A Free Pass for Illegals – A non-stop invasion of illegals who will give the Democrats a permanent election advantage to keep the White House and a ruling majority in Congress, state legislatures, and city/county governments. When Democrats talk about “protecting Democracy” it’s really . . . The Government is a Weapon – Continuing and expanding the use of the IRS, FBI, CIA, and DOJ to punish you for your political beliefs with possible imprisonment, bankruptcy from endless lawsuits, even loss of employment, including loss of your law license if you are a lawyer challenging election results for GOP candidates. When Democrats talk about “free and fair elections” it’s really . . . Elections “R” for Us – Democrats will outlaw voter ID laws, push for 16-year-olds and felons to vote, and keep universal mail-in voting, making our elections less safe and secure and ripe for fraud. When Democrats talk about “free speech” it’s really . . . You Oppose, We Censor – Democrats will continue to use Big Media/Big Tech to shut down opposing political viewpoints and silence conservatives, and possible financial punishment and cancellation. Hillary Clinton said the quiet part out loud, “social media companies must moderate content or else “we lose total control.” When Democrats talk about “clean energy” it’s really . . . Fossil Fuels Have to Go – Democrats want a full-scale ban on fracking and domestic oil drilling that will lead to sky high gas prices and make America energy dependent on countries that want to destroy us like Venezuela and Iran. Their goal is to eliminate your gas-powered car, truck, stove, even your lawnmower. When Democrats talk about “law and order” it’s really . . . NO Gun for You – Democrats will waste no time enacting a mandatory (buyback) program and ammo restrictions that will leave law-abiding citizens and families defenseless against violent criminals, foreign gangs, and mobs. When Democrats talk about “religious liberty” it’s really . . . Man First, God Not at All - Ongoing use of the FBI to target Catholics attending Latin Mass and being labeled as “domestic terrorists” simply for practicing their faith. When Democrats talk about “fair share of taxes” it’s really . . . No Money for You - Allowing the 2017 Trump tax cuts to expire that will raise everyone’s taxes next year, more student loan forgiveness, $25 K to buy a house program, and other vote-buying “give-away” programs that will have the government taking more from paychecks and leaving less for families and small businesses to invest, save or spend, ultimately destroying economic growth and job creation. When Democrats talk about “education” it’s really . . . No Say Regarding Your Children’s Education – The Democrats want to outlaw parental review and oversight leaving government bureaucrats and radical teachers’ unions to decide what to teach kids such as allowing sexually explicit drag queen story hours and including pornographic books and videos for 6- and 7-year-olds. Conservatives never win national elections unless the election is nationalized around conservative issues. Among the most important actions you can take between now and Election Day, November 5, is to tell your friends, family, neighbors and others what Democrats really mean and why their vote is a crucial element of stopping them. Conservatives, we are in a battle for the survival of a free America established and created under God’s laws. None should stay on the sidelines in this election. - The Right Resistance: Improbable Elon Musk wins most valuable participant in Trump’s 2024 campaign
Sports fans recognize that in almost every successful, championship winning season, it’s almost impossible to forecast on Opening Day who will stand out and make the biggest contribution to the team when the rubber hits the road and it matters the most. There’s a reason why there’s only one most valuable player designation, and/or a single winner of the Super Bowl’s MVP. G.O.A.T. Tom Brady won both titles many times. He was about as close to a sure thing as they get in sports. Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes may be the next in line for the designation. But American politics is a different animal. Donald Trump made a splash in 2016, and largely through the force of personality and a winning populist Make America Great Again platform, won the political equivalent of most valuable player – and World Series MVP in November, 2016. This year, nominations are still open for awards. My nominee is someone who few figured would play such a prominent role in the most critical of consequential elections. In an article titled, “Musk estimates $2 trillion of waste could be eliminated from federal budget”, Kerry Pickett reported on the man who I think should win all the accolades at The Washington Times the other day : “Billionaire executive Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, said he thinks that $2 trillion could be eliminated from the federal budget after being introduced at former President Donald Trump’s Madison Square Garden rally. “Howard Lutnick, the chairman-CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald and chairman of the Trump 2024 Transition Team, introduced Mr. Musk as the soon-to-be-head of the new Department of Government Efficiency. Mr. Lutnick, before he exited the stage, asked Mr. Musk how much could be ‘ripped out of this wasted $6.5 trillion House-Biden budget?’ “Mr. Musk responded, ‘I think nearly $2 trillion. All that double spending is taxation, whether it’s direct taxation or indirect taxation, your money is being wasted,’ he said. ‘And the Department of Government Efficiency is going to fix that. … ‘We’re going to get the government out of your back pocket and pocketbook. America is just not done. It is going to be great,’ he said. ‘America is going to reach heights that it has never seen before.’” Yes, it will. What honest, objective person doubts that Musk would do what he said he would do? Will the DGE (Department of Government Efficiency) be a new cabinet-level post? Would it need senate confirmation? Would “Chucky” Schumer and Patty Murray and Elizabeth Warren – and all the other Democrat senator kooks – go along with it? Beyond the point, Elon Musk is the most valuable not-Trump member of the 2024 race. In the biggest of many improbable things concerning the Trump 2024 campaign effort is the emergence of Musk as a superstar, not only of the American culture wars, but also a major force in American politics. Longtime observers of the South African knew he had potential to be a mover and shaker on the political scene, but it took someone as eccentric and unique as Donald Trump to bring the intangibles of Musk to the forefront. Musk and Trump are markedly different in the manner they’ve done business, how they see the world and how they conduct themselves in public, but the qualities they share are far more significant in the overall scheme of things. Both Musk and Trump have fed off their public personas to vastly expand the size of their business empires. Both have virtually limitless popularity within their own spheres, and both take an inherently practical view towards American politics. You may recall Trump didn’t even officially become a Republican until sometime last decade (I don’t remember exactly when) and only signed up as a GOPer because he needed party machinery to run for president. Fans of American history know there’ve been a lot of ambitious wanna bes who aspired to take the top job of POTUS, but wouldn’t commit to being either a Democrat or Republican and thus conceded defeat before they even tossed their proverbial hat into the ring. And that’s how we eventually got a wholly mediocre man like senile Joe Biden as president, and you could probably add George W. Bush to the list of mid-level talents (at best) who somehow got themselves elected to the White House. But Americans love success stories, and it doesn’t matter what the figure is like as a man or a person as long as they’ve got an asterisk by their names in lists of remarkable people. Trump took his experience as a builder, tabloid celebrity and reality TV star, in a career that spanned decades, to acquire the notoriety and name recognition to have Americans pay attention to what he had to say when he did decide to dip his toe into the pool of politics. Not all people love him, of course, but even the biggest Trump hater would have to admit that everyone knows him. Whereas in most elections there’s probably some hermit in a cabin with no electricity somewhere who’s never heard of either presidential aspirant (certainly true of Kamala Harris this year), but I’d challenge you to find an American who doesn’t know who Donald Trump is now. The same is becoming true of Elon Musk, who’s gained fame as a new-age entrepreneur and businessman who’s attained, like Trump, a reputation that is outside of his products. Everyone who knows Musk associates him with Paypal, electric cars (Tesla) and space exploration – and “X”, the former Twitter – but Elon, through the course of contemporary politics, has developed a new identity, that of systemic outsider. Democrat Senator John Fetterman (who is observant and wiser than I ever thought he would be) pointed out that Must would make a big difference in this race , but who could’ve figured it would be THIS big? Musk has become larger than life mostly due to his newfound friendship with Trump. I can’t say if it was a calculated move, but Elon’s decision to not only take sides but actively campaign for Trump has assured himself of long-lasting staying power in American politics. Musk’s accent reminds this observer a little bit of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s, an Austrian who climbed the fame ladder through acting. But Elon, like Arnold, is precluded from ever thinking about running for president because of the Constitution’s birthright citizenship provision. So right from the get-go, we know Musk will never be president. But that can still work to his advantage. Instead, Musk can arguably have just as much influence in the real world by being himself and championing principles and causes like Elon has done with the Constitution and Free Speech. Think about it. Through his purchase of “X” – formerly Twitter -- Musk has had a much larger impact on the 2024 election than he could have done just by being famous and influential. And whereas liberal celebrities like LeBron James and Taylor Swift have social media followings in the tens of millions, they don’t sway public opinion. Or at least not that much. But when Musk comes on stage like he did the other night at Madison Square Garden and boasts of being able to isolate $2 trillion from the federal budget to cut and eliminate due to pure waste, people pay attention. I can’t say for sure, but Elon, in that one moment, probably secured Trump many, many wavering voters who can’t stand Trump but will vote for him now because they reason Musk will be delving into government waste if Trump wins. That’s an endorsement made of pure gold. Or electoral gold. All along, Trump and Musk had enjoyed a kind of symbiotic relationship that’s benefited them both. Musk’s businesses now receive the advantage of being associated with the MAGA movement, and Trump’s MAGA earns Musk’s star power and credibility for votes for his campaign. Sure, Musk takes a minimal business risk for being so public, which he first did after the initial assassination try on Trump’s life, but even people who hold his politics against him will still buy Musk’s innovative products. It’s a win-win situation. And Elon earns a bonus because he will guarantee America’s sacred principle of free speech. At the same time, having Musk – possibly – placed in charge of governmental efficiency assures that the perpetual problem of waste, fraud and abuse will receive long needed attention by someone outside the government who has a vested interest in trying to rein in the beast. Many, many, conservative politicians have complained about the size of government, that it spends too much, is uncontrollable, unaccountable and irresponsible, but Musk gives the movement much desired “street cred”. When Musk talks, people listen. Musk may not realize it, but he was Tea Party before there was such a thing as the Tea Party. How popular is Musk? Well, statistics from Donald Trump’s appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast last week have come out, with the 2024 Republican candidate drawing nearly 35 million views thus far on YouTube, which is certainly impressive. But when Musk came to the show at Rogan’s invitation, he drew nearly 70 million views , achieving Rogan’s number one of all time. Told you Musk was the MVP. When this is all over – if it (meaning the campaign) actually concludes – Donald Trump will have a lot of people to thank. Some people helped out because they wanted something from him. Others chipped in their money because they simply hoped his MAGA agenda would make America a better place, and having a government with credibility is vital to them. With an assist to supporters like Musk, Trump may very well get the chance to Make America Great Again. Who would’ve ever thought? Honorable mention for MVP goes to Tucker Carlson, who summed up Trump’s candidacy about as well as anyone has this year on Sunday night at Madison Square Garden. “ Liberation is the freedom to say what is obviously true as a free man and not a slave . - Our Firsthand Experience With Kamala Harris
Longtime readers of CHQ may recall that back in September of 2015 we ran a series of articles detailing our battle with then-Attorney General of California Kamala Harris over her unconstitutional and illegal demands any organization soliciting funds in California submit an unredacted copy of their IRS form 990 to her – thus publicly disclosing their donors’ names and addresses. Federal regulations forbid states from requiring nonprofits to reveal their donors, however, if nonprofits didn’t comply with Harris’s demands, they could lose their license to solicit in California. There is already a federal process in place for the state to obtain the donor list of nonprofits they are investigating for wrongdoing, by-the-way. As our colleague attorney Mark Fitzgibbons explained in a 2016 column for the Washington Examiner: The federal tax information privacy statute was written after abuses by Richard Nixon’s staffers, who targeted political enemies by obtaining their tax return information and having the IRS institute audits. The post-Watergate law is designed to prohibit snooping by government officials by defining unlawful “disclosure” of confidential tax information broadly as “making [it] known to any person in any manner whatever,” unless expressly authorized in the statute. Unlawful disclosure includes state officials obtaining confidential tax information outside the express authorizations of the federal statute. Besides violating the federal privacy statute, Harris’s demands violate an essential notion of nongovernmental democracy that is at the core of American values: The right of private association. The fear was that if these donors are revealed, the government could target them as was done in the Lois Lerner IRS scandal, where conservative groups were systematically discriminated against by the agency. But that didn’t stop Harris from threatening the organizations with blacklisting and crippling fines if they didn’t comply with her demands. We were among the leaders who organized dozens of organizations, including charities and major conservative nonprofits, nationally recognized attorneys specializing in nonprofit law and more than 1,400 citizens to file comments with Ms. Harris in response to a proposed rulemaking about how those donor names will be kept “confidential” from public disclosure. In a 2015 column titled “ You Wonder Why Americans Are Pissed Off ” (unfortunately taken offline when we switched web hosts) we explained that the constitutional threat to the First Amendment and the rights of free speech and association were just part of the problem with Kamala Harris’s demands. The other part, which didn’t get as much attention, perhaps because it is hard to put in legal terms, is the institutionalization of law breaking by the ruling elite that was behind Kamala Harris’s actions as California Attorney General. In a society where the law was still respected and applied without political bias or intent Kamala Harris wouldn’t even thought of undertaking that blatant attempt to intimidate conservatives. And if she did, based on the plain meaning of the applicable federal law, a court would stop her. But in the years preceding 2015 when Obama was President, and certainly over the years Kamala Harris has been Vice President, we Americans learned we no longer live in a society where the law is applied equally and without political bias or intent – we now live in a strange oligarchy in which a self-appointed elite, starting with the President and going right down to a state Attorney General and even local zoning officials, decides which laws apply to them and which laws they will follow. “You’ve got an attorney general breaking federal law, and you’ve got judges upholding her breaking the law and you wonder why Americans are pissed off,” Fitzgibbons told Casey Harper of the Daily Caller News Foundation. If Harris so cavalierly abused her power as Attorney General of California imagine what she would do as President. Establishment media looking to explain a host of today’s political and cultural phenomena – like the rise of Donald Trump as the leading contender for President – need look no further than Mark Fitzgibbons’ comment, “You wonder why Americans are pissed off,” about Kamala Harris’s attempt to institutionalize government intimidation of her political opponents for their answer. - It’s now down to THEM or US
We are rapidly approaching a point of no return. It is now or never, and this battle has but two sides – any other choices are chimeras to draw one away from the combat zone. We are in a war over freedom versus slavery or death. No middle ground. I think the Southern Poverty Law Center says it for THEM best: To listen to such groups , Agenda 21 will lead to a “new Dark Ages of pain and misery yet unknown to mankind.” It is “a comprehensive plan of utopian environmentalism, social engineering, and global political control,” the “most dangerous threat to America’s sovereignty” yet. It will “make our nation a vassal” of the UN, result (sic) in “the destruction of our lives,” force rural areas’ “population [to be] decimated,” and lead to having “90% of the population murdered.” The end, these critics all agree, will be the imposition of “a collectivist world government.” Exactly – per statements from their own mouths/books/videos. Eradicate sovereign nations/ Threat to America’s sovereignty “To achieve world government, it is necessary to remove from the mind of men, their individualism, loyalty to family traditions, national patriotism and religious dogmas,” Chisholm, former Director of the World Health Organization “Regionalism must precede globalism. We foresee a seamless system of governance from local communities, individual states, regional unions, and up through to the United Nations itself.” UN Commission on Global Governance “The only hope for the world is to make sure there is not another United States We can’t let other countries have the same number of cars, the amount of industrialization we have in the US. We have to stop these Third World countries right where they are.” Michael Oppenheimer, Professor at Princeton University Reduce population “The earth has cancer, and the cancer is man”. Paul Ehrlich, professor, Stanford University. “Human beings, as a species, have no more value than slugs.” John Davis, editor Earth First! We must shift our efforts from the treatment of the symptoms to the cutting out of the cancer.” Paul Ehrlich “The extinction of the human species may not only be inevitable but a good thing.” Christopher Manes, Earth First! Social Engineering “A massive campaign must be launched to restore a high-quality environment in North America and to de-develop th United States … De-development means bringing our economic system (especially patterns of consumption) into line with the realities of ecology and the global resource situation … Redistribution of wealth both within and among nations is absolutely essential if a decent life is to be provided for every human being.” John Holdren “The only way to prevent global ecological collapse and thus ensure the survival of humanity is to rid the world of industrial Civilization. . . Unloading essentially means the removal of an existing burden: for instance, removing grazing domesticated animals, razing cities to the ground, blowing up dams, and switching off the greenhouse gas emissions machines”. Keith Farnish, writer “We, in the Green movement, aspire to a cultural model in which killing a forest will be considered more contemptible and more criminal than the sale of 6-year-old children to Asian brothels.” Christian Anton Mayer (aka Carl Amery), writer/environmentalist End Private Property Rights “The answer to global warming is in the abolition of private property and production for human need. A socialist world would place an enormous priority on alternative energy sources. This is what ecologically-minded socialists have been exploring for quite some time now.” Louis Proyect, Columbia University Global political control/collectivist world government “The concept of national sovereignty has been immutable, indeed a sacred principle of international relations. It is a principle which will yield only slowly and reluctantly to the new imperatives of global environmental cooperation.” UN Commission on Global Governance “In my view, after fifty years of service in the United National system, I perceive the utmost urgency and absolute necessity for proper Earth government. There is no shadow of a doubt that the present political and economic systems are no longer appropriate and will lead to the end-of-life evolution on this planet. We must, therefore, absolutely and urgently look for new ways.” Robert Muller, former UN Assistant Secretary General From the Vancouver Declaration on Human Settlements, 1976, sixteen years before the globalist planners tried to slip the Rio Summit Declaration on Environmentalism and Settlements in 1992 through the U.S. Senate: Now to the US. Fourth Amendment The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Fifth Amendment No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. We just want to be left alone to live our lives as WE choose, not as others demand for us. But … But the globalists/Deep State/One-World Order fanatics are using the UN and Sustainable Development as a front to build their domination of the entire world. Or, to put it simply as Rosa Koire said: UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development is the action plan implemented worldwide to inventory and control all land, all water, all minerals, all plants, all animals, all construction, all means of production, all energy, all education, all information, and all human beings in the world. We don’t accept slavery. Our nation’s Founding Fathers designed the nation to protect natural rights rather than dictate what our rights may be. The Founders also advocated private property rights as the most important right held by individuals that must be protected at all costs. As our Founding Fathers understood, in a government of the people, by the people, for the people, the people must stand up for those rights. We the people must defend our rights now, before we have none left to stand on. Today’s world theater is positioned as a stand-off between Them and Us. - The Right Resistance: Too late for Dems to take Kamala Harris back; history will judge them harshly
Doubt. Second guessing. Hindsight is 20/20. The morning after. Regret. Monday Morning Quarterbacking. Backseat driving. Waking up and realizing that Kamala Harris is your presidential nominee… and “Tampon Tim” Walz was her veep choice when Pennsylvania governor Josh Shapiro’s name was still on your fantasy politician draft board. No doubt, there are lots of times when we wish we could take something back. Nobody’s perfect. No matter how hard you try, there will be regrets. Depending on your golf group’s game rules, there very well may be do-overs during a match, but it’s not true in life and certainly not in politics. Earlier this summer Democrats – or should I say, Democrat elites – decided they needed to replace their presidential nominee. Ancient and senile president Joe Biden had caused a stir when he completely bombed his presidential debate with Donald Trump. The Republican is only a few years younger, but Biden’s shaky performance and subsequent precipitous drop in opinion polls sent liberals into a panic. They reacted in haste, figuring even if Biden were “convinced” to leave the race voluntarily that they’d need enough time to find a substitute to mount a credible campaign. Vice president cackling Kamala Harris was senile Joe’s convenient replacement of choice, so she had a leg-up on any potential fill-ins. Long after the primaries had concluded but before the party convention, the affirmative action hire suddenly made the most sense. So Democrats seemingly forgot everything they’d learned about cackling Kamala in the past four years and tried cleaning her up and dressing her so as to appear to be the best thing since sliced bread. The ruse worked, for a while, but now with Harris’s prospects for winning the election apparently in the doldrums, some observers are speaking up, suggesting that maybe senile Joe Biden would have been the best alternative after all. Regret is a bad thing in politics. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth. In an opinion column titled “What if Joe Biden was the better candidate all along?”, author Harlan Ullman wrote at The Hill last week : “Trump is only three years younger than Biden. He is certainly not immune to the vagaries of health, as his vice presidential nominee, Sen. JD Vance (R-Ohio) understands. But Biden is not running. And with the death of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, Biden now has an opportunity to help conclude a peace agreement in the Middle East. That would be Biden’s legacy. One hopes he will pursue that opportunity. “As I have previously written, Americans may not know the winner right away, given the likelihood of contested districts and recounts. Yet, when the 47th president is decided, at some stage, people may wonder whether the best choice was not Harris or Trump. “In retrospect, perhaps America would have been better served if the 46th president Joe Biden won a second term.” Not to get too far off point, but if there is a peace agreement forged in the Middle East, it will not have come from the guidance and wisdom of senile Joe Biden. Israel’s killing of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar was consummated through the brilliance and perseverance of its leader, Bibi Netanyahu, not because broken down senile Joe or feckless cackling Kamala had much to do with it. If anything, the Democrats have been trying to pump the brakes on the Israelis to no avail, a circumstance that has Muslim Democrats actively running towards the Green Party’s Jill Stein – or Trump himself. Democrats bought themselves a truckload of trouble by turning their backs on their Jewish supporters and friends. You can’t appease everyone, something Democrats are learning in a very hard (for them) way. And while Ullman’s should-have-kept-Biden point is well-taken, it’s extremely hard to fathom how Democrats would’ve been better off keeping senile Joe as their nominee. Yes, he’d earned their votes during this year’s party primary race, but his mental and cognitive shortcomings were plain for all to see then – and now. Senile Joe’s enjoyed a smidgen of a popularity resurgence of late but it’s mostly due to the fact he’s no longer in view and fickle Democrats who are wary of cackling Kamala are yearning for the old days when Biden’s purported electoral prowess was still in evidence. Senile Joe was, at best, everyone’s second choice throughout his career. He only got the Democrat nomination in 2020 because Bernie Sanders was such a kook, and Barack Obama was term-limited out of eligibility. Obama wife Michelle didn’t want the responsibility of being president, so she opted out in order to free herself to vacation without hindrance. Plus, Democrats realized far too late that it was impossible to hide cackling Kamala’s considerable shortcomings, starting with the fact she appears unable to even put two coherent sentences together without someone shouting “word salad, pass the dressing!” in her presence. When they initially tapped Harris to fill-in for senile Joe, she looked like a potential winner. Over two decades younger, better looking (when all made up) and sporting a phony but pleasant smile, cackling Kamala was the logical choice. She was a woman! The party’s fervent single female, abortion-loving base would go nuts over her. So would everyone else, right? But it didn’t work out that way. Part of the problem, as I see it, is cackling Kamala regularly tells people she’s “been clear” on her positions, or that “the choice has never been clearer” on the history of certain matters, basically upending and insulting each voter’s sense of perception and common sense. Kind of like, if it’s obvious to every good Democrat, why are you so obtuse and don’t get it? Don’t you see how clear it is? Donald Trump never says such a thing. He’d much rather restate his own position no matter how many times he’s already said it. That’s the way to clarify your views. Harris has been insulting her own voters since she became the nominee a few months ago, and her boss, senile Joe Biden, has berated Americans for not seeing things the way he does, too. It’s not just Trump supporters, either, as if a regular citizen doesn’t get onboard with the way Democrats see the immigration crisis, they’re either not paying attention – or uninformed. Watch an episode of “The View” and you’ll see what I mean. Each of the crows sitting around their table with the cameras rolling basically spouts opinions non-stop while ignoring the opposite point-of-view and belittling their adversaries for being stupid. Even the partisan conservative media, perhaps best embodied by Fox News’s evening advocacy show line-up, backs up their points-of-view with video clips. Democrats just expect people to go along with them, and when they don’t, they start insulting the viewers. It was like that with their Harris-for-Biden switcheroo, too. Granted, Democrats were in a rush to find an alternative to Biden and they didn’t have excess time to waste. They didn’t consider that Biden may have made a comeback to his performance in the second debate and it may have marked the return of the Joe Biden who could lie effectively and flash anger whenever it was needed. Or they might have just figured Trump would implode at some point. Democrat prosecutors were after him, and the ranks of the Never Trump Republicans hadn’t exactly shrunk. It had happened before (at least according to them). To Democrats, Biden nearly became a great president. It was Congress that prevented him from accomplishing what he’d set out to do. Democrats were giddy when the 2022 Republican “wave” election didn’t materialize – and there were many, many chuckles and guffaws as the new House majority party took forever to vote in a new Speaker, but the success of the GOP in that election, and Trump’s connection to it, spelled doom for the balance of senile Joe Biden’s and cackling Kamala’s administration at the congressional level. Recall how Democrats had taken generous advantage of having Speaker Nancy Pelosi steering the House ship those first two years, with liberals proposing and passing massive spending legislation (hat tip Mitch McConnell on some of the biggest bills that squeaked through) and fell just barely short of cramming through “voting rights” proposals that would’ve cemented a permanent Democrat majority and presidencies as far as the eye could see. It was fate – not votes – that stalled senile Joe Biden’s agenda. Didn’t Pelosi herself brag about what a consequential president he’d been and that Joe’s chiseled jaw belonged etched into Mt. Rushmore because of all he’d done (to) for the United States ? For her part, Kamala’s campaign events with Liz Cheney have featured “Country Over Party” signs, which is supposedly what Biden did by taking himself out of contention in 2024 and allowing Harris to go on and wage a “New way forward” campaign. Or “turn the page” or whatever slogan Democrat spinmeisters invent to make it seem like Kamala isn’t anything like Biden. Those who look back and now wonder whether they removed Biden too early, they have to remember just how bad senile Joe was as a candidate. Democrats have tried to hide Kamala from the media, and when they finally turned her lose, she’s done something embarrassing at every turn. Harris has tried everything – to be the “joyful” presidential runner, reinventing her record and positions on issues, injecting race into the equation, to make the contest all about Trump and more recently, to emerge aggressive and angry, just like her boss. Unfortunately, Democrats haven’t found a formula that truly works for them. It’s hard to pinpoint the exact moment Democrats realized they’d made a mistake in replacing Joe Biden with the truly awful Kamala Harris. But it’s far too late to go back, and they’re stuck with what they’ve got. Biden is senile and Harris is pathetic. Sounds like a good summation of the Democrat party itself. - Kamala Suffers Two Devastating Blows - Suddenly The Smart Money Is On Trump
The world turned upside down last week when two of the central pillars of the Democratic Party’s media support complex, the Washington Post and the Los Angeles Times , refused to endorse Kamala Harris for President. For decades the Democratic Party has benefited from the media elite credentialling their Leftwing candidates, even manifestly unqualified ones like Jimmy Carter, in opposition to the candidates of the Republican Party. So, does this mean that the resolutely liberal Washington Post and Los Angeles Times have become or are becoming more conservative? The WaPo and the LA Times are separate publications with entirely different billionaire owners, so before we answer that question let’s dig into what is known about the decisions not to endorse Harris. Let’s start by acknowledging it is accepted as fact that editorial page writers at both papers had drafted and were waiting for the go-ahead to publish endorsements of the blundering Vice President. According to reporting by the New York Post a high-ranking former editor at the Washington Post is claiming that the paper’s billionaire owner, Jeff Bezos, entered into a quid-pro-quo agreement with former President Donald Trump to kill the newspaper’s planned endorsement of Vice President Kamala Harris. Longtime Post editor-at-large Robert Kagan, who quit after the non-endorsement on Friday, told The Daily Beast that Trump met with executives at Blue Origin – the space company owned and operated by Bezos – after the Post’s announcement, suggesting Bezos entered a deal with the possible next president. “Trump waited to make sure that Bezos did what he said he was going to do, and then met with the Blue Origin people,” he reportedly said. “Which tells us that there was an actual deal made, meaning that Bezos communicated, or through his people, communicated directly with Trump, and they set up this quid pro quo.” Kagan, one of the most relentless media critics of Donald Trump and his policies, offered no proof of the deal, even though he further claimed it had been in the works for some time. Amid fierce backlash that Bezos was responsible for the controversial decision, Lewis, the outlets publisher, denied those claims in a statement, stressing that he himself pulled the plug on the endorsement due to his opposition of presidential endorsements. “He was not sent, did not read and did not opine on any draft. As Publisher, I do not believe in presidential endorsements. We are an independent newspaper and should support our readers’ ability to make up their own minds,” Lewis said in a statement, according to The Daily Beast . The decision of the Los Angeles Times to withhold its endorsement from Kamala Harris was also accompanied by editorial desk drama. A draft of a proposed editorial giving Harris the nod was reportedly written by editorial page editor Mariel Garza before it was called off. Then the LA Times’ billionaire owner, Soon-Shiong, told the newspaper’s editorial board through the outlet’s executive editor Terry Tang that the LA Times would not endorse Harris or former President Donald Trump, which was first reported by Semafor . According to reporting by Semafor, “It wouldn’t be the first time since he bought the paper in 2018 that owner Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong had overruled the wishes of the paper’s editorial board. In 2020, the paper met with Democratic candidates for president for interviews with the intention of making a pick in the race. But after deciding to endorse Elizabeth Warren in the Democratic presidential primary, at the last minute Soon-Shiong overruled its leadership and said there would be no endorsement in the primary race (the paper endorsed Joe Biden in the general election).” But then again, the LA Times had passed over Kamala Harris before – it didn’t endorse her for Attorney General in 2010, so maybe those who know her best like her least. However, Far Left employees of the paper may have thought they had free rein due to the alleged influence of Soon-Shiong’s daughter Nika, whose progressive politics on racial justice and the war in Gaza have at some points heartened and emboldened the social justice warriors on staff. However, according to Semafor, the paper told Politico that there was no involvement from Nika Soon-Shiong in the endorsements of Far Left candidates in the past couple of election cycles. So, back to our question: Does this mean that the resolutely liberal Washington Post and Los Angeles Times have become or are becoming more conservative? The short answer is “NO,” the decision by the owners of the Washington Post and Los Angeles Times to withhold their endorsements from Kamala Harris does not mean the papers are becoming more conservative. Their editorial desks and newsrooms will continue to be staffed by relentlessly liberal products of the Far Left “journalism” schools, such as Columbia and Northwestern. But it does tell us one very important thing about the 2024 election, and that is this: That the billionaire owners of the Washington Post and the Los Angeles Times are a lot smarter than the average journalism school graduate, and with the election now just a week away the smart money is on Donald Trump to win. - The Trump Ad You’ve Got To See
If you didn’t watch yesterday’s Philadelphia Eagles/Cincinnati Bengals game on CBS Sports, you missed one of the best campaign ads in recent memory. The ad titled " Never Quit " highlights President Trump's promise to voters that he will "fight for you with every breath" and "never let you down." It features UFC CEO Dana White saying, "President Trump is literally putting his life on the line and he's willing to risk it all because he loves this country." At two minutes long the ad is long for a network TV spot, but it hits hard. Here’s the transcript: President Trump: When I first came into office, I cut taxes more than any other President. We have created 7 million new jobs...and it led to a growth like we've never seen before. We created the greatest economy in history by far. When I left office, it changed. Inflation destroyed the lives of so many people. Interest rates went from 2% to 10%. And millions of illegal immigrants and traffickers and drugs coming into our country. Our country has gone to hell. So, I made a decision to run. We're going to make America great again. Greater than ever before. I will fight for you with every breath, and I will never let you down. Dana White: President Trump is literally putting his life on the line and he's willing to risk it all because he loves this country. Lara Trump: He is strong. He is fearless. And he is what this country needs right now. Eric Trump: Our cities will be safe. Our streets will be clean. And our border will be secure. Tulsi Gabbard: We can't allow our country to be destroyed by politicians who will put their own power ahead of the interest of the American people...our freedom and our future. Amber Rose: The left told me to hate Trump. When you cut through the lies you realize the truth. American families were better when Donald Trump was President. We were safer, wealthier and stronger. Donald Trump Jr.: So, if you love this country. If you want to stand up and fight for the future of our nation, you must re-elect Donald J. Trump. President Trump: I'm Donald J. Trump and I approve this message. According to reporting by penncapitol-star.com Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign also has a TV ad running during the Eagles game, titled “ Philly vs. Trump ,” which includes footage of Trump saying “Bad things happen in Philadelphia” during a 2020 debate. “They don’t like us, we don’t care,” the voiceover states, “And when you fight us, we fight back. From 1776 to 4th and 26, so go ahead, talk whatever s–t you want Donald. We’re voting soon. And when it comes to freedom, Philly is undefeated.” A second Harris campaign ad will run during Monday night’s Pittsburgh Steelers game, titled “ Yinzer, ” with a man named Chris who describes himself as a diehard Steelers fan. “Donald Trump does not care about the working man whatsoever. He’s a little rich kid too, he ain’t me,” Chris says. “Little silver spoon boy Donald Trump. How is he relatable to me whatsoever? The guy literally lives in a country club. Do I look like a country club kind of guy?” However, we don’t think Kamala’s counter programing attempts to remake her image as “I grew up in a middle-class family” will work, mostly because she keeps stepping on her own message. On a visit to the border Harris was sporting a $62,000 Tiffany's necklace as she wore dark sunglasses, a brown jacket over a black top, and dark-colored pants. Earlier Harris took a hit for wearing some not-so-middle-class $800 Tiffany earrings for the debate. - The Right Resistance: Public Relations genius Trump excels at the ‘fun factor’ in the 2024 race
Even Donald Trump’s enemies should concede that he’s a master at recovering from setbacks – and looks like he’s having a grand time in the doing so. With campaign 2024 winding down to the end and Election Day just a little over a week away, Trump seems as fresh and confident as he was before the campaign officially launched. Further, as the “big day” nears, Trump appears to have caught not only his second wind, but his third, fourth and forty-seventh rejuvenating breath as well. Recent Trump public appearances have given him confidence that he can pull off what would amount to the political comeback of all time. Meanwhile, Trump’s instincts and talented campaign advisory staff have consistently put him in position to never seem out of place. Now more than ever, Trump’s “every man” relatability is paying dividends in poll trends that would carry him back to the White House with a mandate much larger than the one he had in his first go ‘round. Trump makes it look like he’s having fun, while poor cackling Kamala Harris is getting louder and shriller in her desperate attempt to regain a semblance of relevance. Looks can be deceiving – but they also can be revealing. In a well-reasoned piece titled “The ‘Fun Rule’ Would Suggest Kamala Is Toast”, the always on-point Scott McKay wrote at The American Spectator last week : “What makes politics fun is belief. The people who come out to rallies, who do the grunt work of a campaign, whether that might be phone banking, putting up yard signs, grinding out fundraising calls, and all the rest, had better believe that either their candidate is a great guy or gal worth having in office or else that their party will bring policies they earnestly want to see made into reality. Or preferably both. “If neither are present, it isn’t going to be fun. And attempts to make it fun are going to come off as petty or pathetic, or probably both. “Believers have more fun. And believers generally win. And candidates who can do things to make the grunt work of politics enjoyable for their believers, particularly when those things can generate a palpable difference in enjoyment vis-a-vis the other side, will win every time if all other things are equal. Sometimes they can win even when all the other things aren’t equal. There has never been an underdog who won an election without a huge difference in fun.” Sounds like a simple concept, doesn’t it? In his piece, McKay reasoned that Trump won in 2016 because he out-funned Hillary Clinton, while came up short in 2020 because COVID sapped all the enjoyment out of his first reelection effort. Looking back on those years, the American Spectator writer has offered up a good point. And while it hasn’t seemed like “fun” at all times this year, judging by his recent behavior – and brilliant public relations moves of late – Trump’s mojo has most definitely returned. Trump is trouncing the faux “joyful” candidate as the end nears – for her – and there’s no stopping him now. The “fun” race is most definitely over. Will McKay’s theory prove salient again? There was a time – not too long ago, actually – that it appeared like campaigning wasn’t any fun any longer for the Republican nominee. For example, right around the (first) time Trump was targeted for assassination, the drudgery of the trail seemed like it was getting to Trump. Sure, his rally crowds were huge and enthusiastic, but putting his best spin and performance to each gathering was becoming monotonous, even for Trump. Then would-be assassin number one showed up in Butler, Pennsylvania, trudged around the grounds uninhibited by the Secret Service, mounted a close by rooftop and fired however many rounds at Trump, one of which buzzed his right ear because he just happened to turn his head and look to his right at the critical moment, a motion that almost certainly saved his life. Trump includes the immigration graphic that was on a big screen at that moment in every one of his presentations, now, and refers to it as though it were his best friend. The fact that the wound was so slight – by gunshot standards – and he was able to continue with his campaign, select J.D. Vance for his running mate and then preside over a vastly successful Republican convention seemingly brought new energy to Trump’s 2024 effort. But then came senile Joe and cackling Kamala – and the rest of the gleeful, gloating Democrats – to dampen the energy, once again. Those who regularly followed politics, myself included, were astonished that simply pushing Biden’s decrepit body to the side injected such a new burst of pride to Democrats, allowing them to anoint an absolute mental empty-brain like Kamala Harris as their nominee – and turn the polls around on a dime. Democrats went from dejection to delirium within the span of hours, or so it appeared. Not only that, but formerly downtrodden Democrats took the lead in the race for “fun”, too, as Harris’ cackling laugh was heard just about everywhere – or at least in the canned establishment media reports that couldn’t wait to feature some snippet of her “service” in the Biden administration as filler for news reports. Even at the beginning, Democrats recognized they could only portray Kamala as “joyful” and full of… vibe… by hiding her from snooping reporters wondering what she really believed and how much it contrasted from her past advocacy and rare statements as vice president. All of this allowed Democrats to present the appearance that the psychological burden had been lifted – and everyone concerned was having a great time, where just a few weeks prior, they were waiting in line at the pharmacy to refill their Prozac prescriptions. For the Trump side, not even the addition of Vance to the campaign or the unstated feeling of relief that Democrats were dumb enough to elevate Kamala Harris to be their nominee – and the subsequent addition of the truly hideous, nails-on-a-chalkboard-irritating Tim Walz – could restore the post-assassination sense of optimism for Trump’s backers. But, as I’ve often argued, Democrats always go overboard with their reactions, and their ever-present and misguided belief that they’re always right disguised what was really happening just below the surface. They may have looked content and satisfied, but they weren’t having any fun. Persistent questions about Kamala’s lack of media availability were instilling doubt in a lot of people’s minds. You mean American voters weren’t just going to determine a winner based on how much they hate Trump alone? The September 10 fact-checking ABC debate moderators temporarily soothed Democrats, again. Harris showed that locking herself away in a hotel room studying binders full of Democrat “facts” and a generous amount of tutelage from the best debate preppers produced 90 minutes of material for the woman to spout. Plus, she received pointers from people who knew how to get Trump distracted. The 45th president didn’t have a lot of fun that night. But since early September, momentum has shifted back to Trump. Democrats expected that Kamala’s “performance” would’ve equated to the killer blow to Trump’s campaign, simply because the normally upbeat and forward-looking Trump wasn’t on his game that night. The candidate who customarily brings a truckload of levity to each public appearance wasn’t himself at the debate. The polls didn’t go Kamala’s way, however. And a few weeks later at the vice presidential debate, the very steady and confident J.D. Vance ran circles around hapless dunce Tim Walz, who was even forced to admit he lied about his background, specifically in reference to his experiences in communist Red China. This was perhaps the first moment Democrats’ belief began to erode. For his part, Trump had remained confident, figuring he’d seen it a couple times before and lived through late-breaking scandals that would’ve brought low a less talented political performer. Not even Hillary Clinton’s array of sleaze kept Trump from pulling off an unanticipated win in 2016. There was no reason to think that the American public wouldn’t eventually get wise to how big of an imbecile that cackling Kamala Harris is. Beyond the nuts and bolts of the current race, does McKay’s “fun” theory hold up? It could easily be alleged that both of Barack Obama’s national campaigns featured a winner who was having markedly more fun than his opponent. John McCain faced considerable economic headwinds in his battle against Obama, but the crotchety old establishmentarian seemingly enjoyed acting like a killjoy. Add the fact McCain poopooed bringing in America-hater Jeremiah Wright to the campaign, and there was a virtual guarantee that Obama’s “Hope and Change” party atmosphere would carry the day in 2008. Similarly, there was nothing about plastic and boring Mitt Romney that screamed “fun” in 2012. What was his message, anyway? If Trump promotes “Make America Great Again,” what was Mitt’s – vote for me and the 47 percent will start paying taxes? Romney’s campaign was where fun went to die. No wonder he chose Paul Ryan to be his running mate. Trump instinctively understands likability and the role relatability plays in appealing to American voters. Based on his un-favorable numbers, there’s no question that Trump’s “act” doesn’t appeal to everyone. Liberals don’t like fun – or they want it to be of the phony variety, like men pretending to enjoy being at a baby shower – or the looks on Democrats’ faces during Trump’s roast at the Al Smith dinner . Displeasure shows. No one’s that good of an actor. The 2024 election won’t be determined solely by which candidate is having the most fun, but it’s clear that Kamala Harris isn’t appreciating what she’s doing these days. With only a week to go until the country votes, it won’t be easy to change the impression that Democrats are terrified of losing. Try not to enjoy it too much, conservatives. - Kamala Harris The Word Salad Candidate
If Kamala's CNN "town hall" was meant to rehabilitate her image with the friendliest possible host on the friendliest possible network, it failed miserably. Indeed, even CNN anchor Jake Tapper was forced to observe that Kamala failed to answer any questions and directed everything towards hating Trump. And anchor Dana Bash admitted Kamala’s performance did not “close the deal.” As one social media commentator put it, “Kamala bombed that CNN Townhall. My opinion, but ouch. She’s doing herself 0 favors. Her word salad answers are nauseating. Seems her only policy is, ‘Trump bad’.” Based on my campaign communications experience (I quit counting at 300 campaigns) having a positive catchphrase or slogan associated with your campaign brand is crucial – Reagan’s “Are you better off…,” Woodrow Wilson’s “He kept us out of war,” and Trump’s “Make America Great Again” were all winners. “Word salad,” not so much. Yet that has become the Harris campaign catchphrase, even among Democrat loyalists. * Democrat strategist and Senior Advisor to President Obama David Axelrod: She is word salad city. * Obama advisor and liberal media personality Van Jones: The word salad stuff gets on my nerves. Here are a few of the questions and nonanswers we gleaned from Harris’s disastrous CNN appearance, do they get on your nerves the same way they got on Van Jones’s nerves? Kamala suggested she'd pack the U.S. Supreme Court with far-left, activist judges: "I do believe that there should be some kind of reform The American increasingly are losing confidence in the Supreme Court." Kamala (again) failed to differentiate herself from Joe Biden: "I represent a new generation." Kamala couldn't answer why she hasn't done what she's proposing after four years in the White House: "I'm pointing out things that need to be done that haven't been done that need to be done." Kamala was unapologetic about decimating President Trump's successful border security upon taking office: "We did the right thing." Kamala joked about securing the border: "Let's talk about Donald Trump and that border wall. Ha ha ha ha!" Kamala denied being soft-on-crime — despite her support for Defund the Police, releasing violent criminals, ending cash bail, and decriminalizing illegal border crossings: "Misinformation." Kamala confirmed taxpayers will still be on the hook for illegal immigrants' benefits: "Part of what we need to do is always prioritize what we need to do." Kamala said her plan to address sky-high grocery prices is a Venezuelan-style price fixing scheme: "Part of my plan is to create a new approach." Kamala delivered a gigantic word salad to describe her sham "housing" plan: "A new approach that I bring to the issue of affordable housing, including, for example, rent, and again, I bring to it my experience, knowing what has been happening." Kamala defended her proposal for the largest tax increase in American history: "It's a complicated situation." Kamala couldn't say how her "plan" for grocery prices would actually lower the sky-high price of groceries: "I was attorney general of California..." Kamala — increasingly desperate — admitted she thinks President Trump is a "fascist": "Yes, I do." The New York Post reports that after Harris’s CNN debacle national Democrats have said that they’re concerned about Harris’s standing less than two weeks ahead of Election Day on Nov. 5 — as former President Donald Trump leads in polling averages of all seven major battleground states, demonstrating that clueless Kamala’s Word Salad campaign isn’t selling. 2024 Election 2024 Election Kamala Harris campaign Military Readiness Cultural Marxism Hispanic male voters Male African-American voters Democrat contributions price gouging price controls first-time home buyers 25th Amendment public housing ActBlue donations Donald Trump campaign Kamala Harris campaign Kamala Harris senate record
- Time To Stop Ignoring The Türkiye Threat
Türkiye (formerly known as Turkey) is a threat. Not only is Türkiye a threat to Christian Europe and the U.S., but it is also a threat to neighboring Islamic countries. President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has transformed Türkiye from a secular government into an Islamist one. His goal is to resurrect the Ottoman Empire's caliphate and claim worldwide leadership of the Muslim community. Since beginning his reign in 2002, Erdogan has purged secularists from the government and military, built thousands of mosques throughout the world, and inserted Islamic doctrine into the education system. Erdogan became prime minister after serving as mayor of Istanbul. During his mayoral tenure, he was thrown in jail for four months for reciting an Islamic poem that incited racial hatred: The mosques are our barracks The domes our helmets The minarets our bayonets And the faithful our soldiers Between 2006 and 2009, 9,000 mosques were built in addition to the 75,000 existing mosques for a nation of 80 million; this translates to one mosque per 1000 citizens. Most of the new mosques were designed in the style of the 16th-century Ottoman Empire when the empire was at its peak. The Ottoman Empire ended after World War I when Türkiye was on the losing German side. The victors, France and Great Britain, dismantled the Ottoman Empire and established the nation-states of Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq. During this period, millions of Armenians, Greeks, and Assyrians were killed by the Turkish military in the first genocide of the 20th century. Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, a Turkish field marshal and political leader, became president in 1923 after leading the resistance against Allied efforts to partition Türkiye. He abolished the Islamic caliphate and began secularizing society from Islamic rule. Ataturk was President until he died in 1938; he modernized Türkiye into a secular, industrial, nationalistic nation with women achieving equality and making primary education free, secular, and compulsory. Erdogan, on the other hand, wants education to forge a “ pious generation” that will work for the construction of a new Islamic civilization. His speeches have emphasized Türkiye’s Ottoman history and domestic achievements over Western ideas. The government is rapidly expanding religious education throughout the country and spends twice the amount of money per student in religious schools versus mainstream schools. Western Europe is increasingly concerned about Erdogan’s progressively autocratic rule. He survived a 2016 coup against his rule, which was perhaps one of the worst-planned coups in history. It has been suggested that Erdogan himself planned the coup so enemies could be identified and eliminated (similar to China’s “ Hundred Flowers Campaign , where Chairman Mao allowed criticism of communist rule. Once the critics surfaced and were identified, they were jailed, killed, or ostracized.) Following Mao’s example, Erdogan has jailed thousands of journalists, soldiers, and regime opponents. Türkiye has jailed more journalists than any other country in the world. U.S., NATO and the European Union (EU) relations with Türkiye are complicated: 1. Türkiye has over one million Syrian refugees, which Erdogan has threatened to “open the gates” for them to enter Europe and swamp social networks. Muslim immigrants do not integrate into Christian societies as witnessed by “no go” Muslim ghettos.” 2. Türkiye held up Sweden’s entry into NATO over Sweden’s stance on freedom for Kurdish refugees and Quran protests. 3. Türkiye threatened fellow NATO member Greece over Greek-controlled islands near the Turkish coast. Türkiye’s military seized and now controls one-third of the island of Cyprus. 4. Türkiye welcomes Hamas and other Islamic terror groups. Relations with Israel have deteriorated, with both countries recalling their ambassadors. 5. Türkiye is calling for a two-state solution to the Palestinian problem yet is silent on establishing a Kurdish state. 6. Türkiye employs state-funded Muslim imams in foreign mosques to influence Turkish residents in foreign countries. 7. Türkiye is accused of bribery against Mayor Adams of New York City to gain influence in political matters. 8. Türkiye is improving relations with Iran and North Korea at the expense of the West. Sanctions imposed on Iran are being bypassed through Türkiye. 9. Türkiye downplays ISIS-K threats, endangering European and American security. 10. Türkiye bought Russian missile systems despite being a member of NATO. Summary Erdogan is an Islamist and ideologically opposed to Christian Western democracy. The central tenet of Islam is world domination. His rise through Turkish politics now has him as the autocratic ruler of Türkiye marching toward the Islamic caliphate. He famously said, “Democracy is like a tram . You ride it until you arrive at your destination, then you step off.” Erdogan stepped off, and the tram fell into a ravine. The Ottoman Empire that Erdogan wants to resurrect once controlled most of the Middle East and North Africa. In Europe, modern-day Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, and parts of Russia and the Balkans were under the Empire’s rule. In 1683, the Turks were repulsed from the gates of Vienna, Austria, by combined forces of the Holy Roman Empire, Hungary, and Poland. This marked the beginning of Turkish decline as Western nations grew militarily and economically. Ironically, the West grew because of the Ottoman conquest of Constantinople in 1453. Land trade routes to the East via the Silk Road were choked off by the Ottomans. West European countries were forced to find new trade routes to the East via the ocean. Hence, Portuguese, Dutch, and Spanish ships sailed the world, bringing wealth and the discovery of the Americas. Action Reciprocity should be the foundation of American foreign policy. And the philosophy of the “enemy of my enemy is my friend” should be followed. ● Ban the building of foreign mosques in the U.S. ● Support Israel and Ukraine against totalitarian enemies. ● Recognize the West is at war with Marxism and Islamism. ● Increase the U.S. defense budget and support industrial complexes. ● We win, they lose!
