  • Of Demons, Democrats and Dictators

Baudelaire, that old flower of evil, was right: ‘The Devil’s cleverest wile is to make men believe that he does not exist.’ Whittaker Chambers, “The Devil,” February 2, 1948, LIFE magazine. In his 1948 essay “The Devil” the great Whittaker Chambers, who as a former Communist knew Marxism and all its devilish promises well, observed that for thousands and thousands of years of tempting stubborn saints and seducing all too willing mortals, Hell had tried to destroy man by seducing him to evil. The Devil’s revolutionary strategy for the modern age, concluded Mr. Chambers, was to destroy man by seducing him through good. And so, we see the great “isms” of the modern age; communism, Nazism, fascism, anarchism, atheism all cloaked in the claim that they represent “progress” and through them mankind will reach a state of perfection through his own efforts without relying upon God for salvation. Of course, the “smart people” who are the opinion leaders in politics, culture, academia and modern theology are contemptuous of those of us who have yet to succumb to the Devil’s cleverest wile, and who are prepared to consider that these isms are demonic in origin and that the validity of our conclusion is demonstrable through the words and actions of their present adherents, through observation, and through the testimony of witnesses. An English guest at a pre-war Nazi Party rally in Berlin recalled in his memoirs that he had observed what appeared to be flashes of blue lightening escaping from Hitler’s body, and concluded that at certain moments Hitler was actually possessed of the Devil.[i] The Nazism of Adolph Hitler specifically rejected Christianity and sought to exterminate the Jewish race and with them the one God of the Jews. As a replacement for the Cross and Christianity the Nazis created the German Faith Movement under the banner of the Sonnenrad, or sun wheel, one of the same symbols used by Satanists today, and that we see in evidence at many of the violent “protests” that claim to be for social justice. Professor Paul Kengor, in his recently released book The Devil and Karl Marx documented the numerous instances in which the author of The Communist Manifesto was referred to by friends and family members as being “governed by demons” (his father), “monster of ten thousand devils” (co-author and financial patron Friedrich Engels) and possessing eyes “like a wet goblin” (friend Karl Heinzen). Marx himself embraced the Devil, writing in an 1837 poem (yes, Marx also wrote “poetry”), “Thus Heaven I’ve forfeited, I know full well… My soul, once so true to God, is chosen for Hell.” In another poem, quoted by Dr. Kengor, Marx wrote, “The hellish vapors rise and fill the brain, Till I go mad and my heart is utterly changed. See the sword – the Prince of Darkness sold it to me.” And Friedrich Engels, Marx’s co-author and long-time financial patron found himself inexplicably drawn to Marx. Before he met Karl Marx Engels wrote[ii] about a “black” ominous force in his future: Who chases after his tracks [Engels’s tracks] with reckless rage. A black man from Trier [Marx’s hometown], a remarkable monster, He neither walks nor hops, but springs upon his heels And stretches high his arms into the air in anger As though his wrath would seize at once The mighty canopy of Heaven and tear it to the Earth, With clenched and threatening fist he rages without rest, As though ten thousand devils had seized him by the hair. Prof. Kengor explained, at the time Engels was struggling with his Christian faith. Karl Marx had the power to draw Engels, and later millions, to him; when Engels needed a man of Christ, he was strangely drawn to an Anti-Christ. Contemporary with Marx and Engels was the best-known proponent of another of the Devilish “isms.” Michail Bakunin, the most well-known articulator of anarchism – under which banner the murderous arsonists of today’s ANTIFA movement march, burn and kill. We would say Bakunin was the “founder” of anarchism, but it is difficult to ascribe foundational leadership to a movement devoid of structure and dedicated to the destruction of all of society’s hierarchy and institutions. Bakunin was perhaps the first to publish evidence of what Whittaker Chambers described as Satan’s change in tactics. In his work God and the State Bakunin describes Satan, as “the eternal rebel, the first freethinker and the emancipator of worlds. He makes man ashamed of his bestial ignorance and obedience; he emancipates him, stamps upon his brow the seal of liberty and humanity, in urging him to disobey and eat of the fruit of knowledge.” And later: “God admitted that Satan was right; he recognized that the devil did not deceive Adam and Eve in promising them knowledge and liberty as a reward for the act of disobedience which he bad induced them to commit; for, immediately they had eaten of the forbidden fruit, God himself said (see Bible): “Behold, man is become as of the Gods, knowing both good and evil; prevent him, therefore, from eating of the fruit of eternal life, lest he become immortal like Ourselves.” In what was his most important, but perhaps least known work, The Revolutionary Catechism, Bakunin declared churches “exist merely to negate morality and liberty and to profit from the lucrative practice of witchcraft.” The Black Light Catechism, a group of individualist based Anarcho-Satanists in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, and Massachusetts, who follow the tenets of Michail Bakunin, stated Bakunin’s view of Satan this way: Satan is the embodiment of those forces which lead to progress and human ascent by upsetting the static order. Thus we see the rationale for Bakunin's championing of Satan, for he is the proto-Anarchist. That is perhaps the clearest statement demonstrating the truth of Whittaker Chambers’ observation that Satan has changed tactics and instead of seducing humankind away from God through evil he is converting them through “good” or claims that rejecting God leads to “progress and human ascent.” Through this link you can see a manifestation of this change in tactics on the Anarcho-Satanist Facebook page, and please note the connection to BLM and ANTIFA – the shock troops of today’s new Democratic Party. Beside their own words on Facebook and elsewhere we have the testimony of a witness to the demonic nature of today’s Far Left displayed during the September 26, 2020 National Prayer March led by Rev. Franklin Graham in Washington, DC. The march stretched from the Lincoln Memorial to the U.S. Capitol on Capitol Hill. As our witness was making her way to the march, she encountered a group of BLM and ANTIFA “protesters” who started yelling obscenities. When they saw the wall of Christians making their way to the Prayer March, the one with the bullhorn shouted, "Don't let them touch you! Don't let them pray for you!" and they all began running away up the hill. It reminded her, said our witness, of the story in the Gospels (Mark 5:1-20, Luke 8:26-39 and Matthew 8:28-34) of Jesus casting an “unclean spirit” or demon out of a man into a herd of pigs, which then rushed down a hill into the lake and drowned. What is interesting about the testimony of this witness is that the “protesters” feared the gathering of Christians might touch them or pray for them. But why would a group of violent Leftists fear being touched or prayed for by peaceful Christians? One answer worth considering is that the demons who possessed and motivated Hitler, Marx and Bakunin, who hide behind the pursuit of Satan’s perversion of good or “progress and human ascent” also possess and motivate their followers in BLM and ANTIFA – and they, like the unclean spirit cast into the pigs, fear the power of Jesus Christ. Matthew 10:1 “And he called to him his twelve disciples and gave them authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal every disease and every affliction.” Matthew 10:7-8 “…proclaim as you go, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, cast out demons.” Luke 10:17-19 “The seventy-two returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in your name!” And he said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.” George Rasley, Managing Editor of Richard Viguerie’s ConservativeHQ.com, is an ordained Elder of the Presbyterian Church and a member of Faith Leaders for America. • Assault on America, Day 649: Trump skipping the virtual town hall debate may cost him

Counterpoint: Trump’s choice to skip this week’s “virtual” town hall debate was a mistake When the news broke last week that President Donald Trump had flatly rejected the notion of participating in a “virtual” nationally televised town hall debate with Democrat nominee Joe Biden this upcoming Thursday, I, like many if not most of the incumbent’s supporters, found myself agreeing with his sentiments. The potential for media manipulation was too great, I reasoned. The establishment journalism profession has gone to extreme lengths to spin a phony narrative of the 2020 contest, and this “debate” would constitute the ultimate prize for Trump’s detractors. Besides, a “remote” location for each candidate would presumably allow for too much local control. In Grampa Joe Biden’s case, he could conceivably juice himself up with performance enhancing medication, hidden ear pieces, prepared teleprompter soundbites and aides just out of camera view feeding him stage direction every second of the program. And the questions from supposedly “normal” people? Think of the infamous “YouTube” debate in 2007, where the queries were delivered by ordinary citizens, but were also pretty darn biased. Remember? An animated “snowman” asked about “climate change.” Biden’s act would contain more choreography than a Broadway stage show and turn the borderline senile, mentally slipping Democrat into a great orator rivaling the legendary Patrick Henry or Daniel Webster. A script is a script, after all, and judging by the absence of intellect of most Hollywood celebrities, it doesn’t take an overabundance of brain cells to deliver lines. And Grampa Joe would be reading them in real-time, too, so no memorization required! It could be a disaster of epic proportions. But then again, Trump may be missing out on a historic opportunity to win over the last vestiges of America’s undecided voters. Emily Larsen wrote at The Washington Examiner, “President Trump’s knee-jerk refusal to participate in a virtual debate format is a gamble that could help Joe Biden run out the clock and ride his poll lead through Election Day on Nov. 3. “Conventional campaign wisdom is that candidates lagging in the polls have more to gain from debates than those in the lead do. Trump lags nearly 10 points behind the former vice president and Democratic presidential nominee in the RealClearPolitics average of national polls and falls behind in nearly every average of polls in competitive states... “’Trump should want a debate as soon as possible and as often as possible,’ said Alex Conant of the Republican firm Firehouse Strategies. ‘Not having a debate next week hurts only one campaign — the one that's losing… The only way he's going to make up ground is by getting voters to focus on Biden’s shortcomings. That's really hard to do without debates.’” Take all Republican consultants’ advice with a grain of salt, but Conant makes a good point here. No one’s sure whether the polls accurately reflect public opinion -- here’s thinking they don’t -- but even the usually conservative slanted surveys show a tight race or Grampa Joe slightly ahead. Therefore, there are voters to be had and the president’s best messenger is himself. Backing out or refusing to debate doesn’t exactly produce a positive feeling, either. To the casual observer, it almost looks like quitting or ceding ground. Now that Trump is recovering/has recovered from the dreaded Chinese Communist Party (CCP, or Wuhan, if you prefer) virus, even a “virtual” debate has the potential to show him as strong and virus-free. There isn’t a camera angle on earth that can portray Biden in any light that’s flattering. The man’s constant teeth gritting (when he isn’t cowering behind a mask) and angry expression betrays a politician running for president just for the perks. The old saying goes, “The Show Must Go On.” It’s a shame Trump apparently doesn’t feel this way in this instance. Besides, what does the president gain by skipping a nationally televised “debate,” even if it’s “virtual”? A few things, perhaps. He can maintain the assertion that Biden is a pre-programmed placeholder candidate who’s played on his phony nice-guy persona to approach the doorstep of the most sought-after job in the political world. Trump can also make the case that Biden’s a hypocrite for refusing to debate in a live in-person setting because of health reasons. If Trump is tested and proves to be “clean” of the CCP virus, what danger is there? It seems clear Trump’s trying to make Biden look weak and afraid to debate, yet another sign of frailty and being unable to withstand the vigor of the campaign trail. It’s a common refrain for Trump to accuse his opponent of being feeble -- and that rival candidates can’t keep up with him physically. In 2016, there was “low energy” Jeb in the GOP primaries and Hillary Clinton’s persistent cough and lackluster trail presence. This is the opposite of Trump, who appears to have enough vitality for two competitors. But “appearances” are just about the only reasons not to participate. Other than making Biden seem afraid of the virus and “chicken” to face him once again, there’s little else garnered from avoiding the “virtual” forum. There’s nothing to fear in a “virtual” debate but fear itself I may be one of the few conservatives in America who doesn’t believe Republicans necessarily suffer a whole lot from biased moderators and softball questions at these “forums” that are labeled “debates” but are really just opportunities for candidates to demonstrate they can handle pressure, arrange impromptu thoughts into coherent sentences, and, most importantly, come off as capable of handling the hardest job in the world. No teleprompter can deliver a magic aura to Joe Biden, and it doesn’t really matter if he’s reading lines or stumbling and mumbling in a live ad-lib setting. If anything, his canned responses would expose his lack of a platform and the necessary presidential wherewithal, in addition to showing him as a plastic shill candidate who can’t tie his own shoes without someone providing instructions. Moderators can and do make a difference in debates (see Crowley, Candy). We saw it two weeks ago with Chris Wallace, but it was Trump’s lack of discipline and restraint that turned people off, not Wallace’s stupid posturing and arrogant, one-sided grandstanding. A skilled politician, like Trump has proven to be, should be able to take any question and answer it in such a way to further his message. The president’s face-to-face time with the media has benefitted him more than it’s hurt him, even if the dumb-as-bricks Jim Acostas (of CNN) of the world get in their digs. In essence, by deciding to skip a “virtual” town hall, Trump is yielding a priceless chance to re-emphasize his greatest argument for reelection: his accomplishments. If Trump’s policies are preferable to Biden’s, which they are, rather than make this a purely political personality competition, there’s simply no reason to back out a week in advance. Donald Trump has a record to tout and defend. Joe Biden has three and a half decades of charter membership in the old boys’ club, known as the United States senate. He also has eight years serving as Barack Obama’s valet, where even his “friends” made jokes about his lack of gravitas. Even if the “virtual” debate moderator cut Trump off at two minutes, that’s still two minutes he’d have to rationalize his policies and explain how his second term would be even better than his first. He could describe his administration’s response to the CCP virus. He could talk about the great pre-COVID economy and the ways his policies helped foster it. He could also do plenty of contrasting his pro-America orientation with the Democrats’ -- and Joe Biden’s -- “everyone’s a racist” offensive nonsense. Even better, Trump could discuss his personal experience with COVID-19 and all the terrific treatments that are emerging under his administration’s guidance. He could reiterate his “don’t be afraid of the virus” message and make Biden look like a doddering dunce to keep insisting that everyone’s in danger of dying from it. He could call for a society-wide opening of the economy and contrast his approach with the mandatory mask wearing Grampa Joe. Trump could do all these things, and explain them a lot better than his opponent would. Sometimes it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. Another Wisconsin city was assaulted and burned by rioters last week. What better way to talk about law and order, a winning Republican issue? Biden is beholden to his left-wing and the “protesters” are Joe Biden’s base. Trump could throw in a plug for Second Amendment rights, since gun sales are through the proverbial roof these days. Let Joe babble about his out-of-touch gun bans and dribble about random mass shootings and punishing gun manufacturers. It’s only lengthening the rope to hang his political prospects. Lastly, Trump is losing a vital chance to reach more people before they vote. Over six million Americans have already cast ballots and countless millions more will vote before the next scheduled debate on October 22. There simply aren’t ways to reach more people on a single evening than in a debate, whether you’re staring the opposing guy straight in the eye or just dueling in front of remote cameras. Trump will go down as one of the smartest and shrewdest politicians of our times. But here’s thinking he might’ve blown it on this one. If the strategy was to force Biden to come out of his bunker to campaign and talk about his policies in broad daylight (or moonlight?), this was a good way to do it, even if everyone’s just talking to a moderator at different locations. Media freak-out over Trump administration COVID-19 positives was unwarranted It almost seems like a distant memory now, but when President Trump announced that he and first lady Melania had tested positive for the CCP virus, a host of other administration officials were similarly afflicted. Just to name a few, there was campaign manager Bill Stepien, press secretary Kayleigh McEnany and party chairman Rona McDaniel who also have/had the virus, as did a few Republican senators (such as Mike Lee) and former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who, because of his weight, would appear to occupy one of the most threatened categories. (Note: Christie tweeted that he’d been released from the hospital on Saturday morning.) None of these people engendered nearly the media attention that Trump’s treatment did. But if they’re truly sick and suffering, we haven’t heard about it either. If indeed, as it appears, that all have either recovered or are on their way to normalcy, doesn’t it further Trump’s contention that the condition isn’t worry-worthy and is treatable? Again, this isn’t saying there’s zero danger from contracting COVID-19, but it’s not the threat the Democrats hype it to be. Trump’s campaign should make a video of these famous faces talking about their own experiences with the virus. What better way to demonstrate, once again, that Biden and his Democrat fearmongering party members are exploiting a fake narrative? The virus was much deadlier six months ago. Why not sell the message of “No Fear” to the wide audience now? Why can some schools open without problems but others can’t because it’s too dangerous? Yet another argument Trump could make in his favor regards reopening schools. Many private schools around the country have reopened with absolutely no COVID-19 related problems. If social distancing works for the for-profit sector, why not in the public setting too? Darla M. Romfo wrote at The Hill, “Weeks into the new school year, many urban public schools serving some of our nation’s poorest children remain closed, continuing to educate remotely. In contrast, the overwhelming majority of inner city private schools opened weeks ago — and many are providing five-day-a-week live instruction. “Private schools’ success in reopening proves that, contrary to the naysayers, it can be done. It also illustrates the creativity of the nation’s entrepreneurial sector, which includes these independent, nonprofit schools. The lesson: When you need to reopen to stay in business, you figure out a way to do it.” The balance of Romfo’s piece highlighted the funding crisis many private schools that service low income families are experiencing due to stepped-up health demands. The coronavirus conundrum forced many of these institutions to spend money on PPE, cleaning and prevention measures. Yet still the institutions remain open and providing students in-person instruction. With study after study showing there’s little or no risk to students, there’s simply no reason for schools to remain “virtual” or closed. The real damage here is loss of instruction and socialization, much greater than any hypothetical health risk to kids and teachers. “Virtual” learning isn’t working -- I know from experience. Who knows if “virtual” would be different for a presential debate. Time will reveal whether it was a mistake for President Trump to opt-out of a “virtual” town hall debate with Joe Biden. There are good arguments for and against Trump’s decision to skip it. With three weeks to go until Election Day, and millions having already voted, Trump needs to take every opportunity to get his message out. 2020 Election Mike Pence Kamala Harris Vice President debate Donald Trump Joe Biden COVID-19 virtual debate presidential debates

  • Anarchists Plan Whitmer Kidnapping Media Immediately Labels Them Republicans

The FBI has broken up an alleged plot to kidnap Michigan’s Far left Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer. One of the leaders of the alleged plot, Brandon Caserta, has an anarchist YouTube channel, but somehow the media got the idea – and social media is promoting it heavily – that the alleged conspirators are part of some Republican or right-wing plot to overthrow the government of the United States. In fact, in a video found by our Twitter friend @robbystarbuck, Mr. Caserta says "Trump is not your friend dude." He also says that Trump is "a tyrant" and describes him as an "enemy.” https://twitter.com/i/status/1314326186659545088 You can see further bits of the ideology to which Caserta and the other alleged plotters subscribe through this link: https://twitter.com/i/status/1314267058339819520 In that video posted by @robbystarbuck, Mr. Caserta poses in front of the same Anarchist flag that leads Antifa riots in Portland, Seattle and elsewhere to tell people that the Declaration of Independence is an anarchist document. Note: For some reason the Caserta videos seem to be disappearing from YouTube, but @Chuck_DBQ grabbed key frames and quotes that you can view here. The federal investigation into the alleged plot dates to early 2020 when the FBI learned through social media that individuals were discussing the violent overthrow of several state governments and law enforcement. The government said the plot against Whitmer was stopped with the work of undercover agents and informants. Through confidential sources, undercover agents and "clandestine" recordings, federal agents tracked the six men during their planning to kidnap Whitmer as they communicated over encrypted messaging platforms using code words and phrases in an attempt to avoid detection by law enforcement, U.S. Attorney Andrew Birge of the Western District of Michigan said according to reporting by the Detroit News. In June, 16 alleged conspirators, including individuals from multiple states held a meeting in Dublin, Ohio, near Columbus, according to the government. Those present included an FBI confidential source who recorded the meetings. The source has been paid $8,600, reported the Detroit News. Despite Caserta’s obvious anarchist ideology, self-described college instructor @BresslerNfpe tweeted: Yep, and it wasn't Antifa. It was people from a right wing paramilitary group associated with those fully armed folks who took over the Michigan Legislature earlier this year. They were not only not arrested (to my knowledge) but praised by trump. @Futureboy2K also tweeted the same fantasy: Funny thing — In any decent timeline, this should cause the GOP to think they maybe went too far with their rhetoric and would cut back on using such inflammatory and violence-inciting language. But it won’t. Shame on them forever. And self-described "Warren Democrat" @philipdeevy tweeted: This is a horrifying story. What if they had succeeded? The idea that a public official - the governor of Michigan for heaven's sake - was the target of an kidnap attempt, and perhaps murder, by right wing extremists is truly chilling. @FBI Thank you for breaking up this plot. So, it didn’t take long for the Leftwing of the establishment media to pick up and promote the idea that this was a conservative plot of some sort. A Los Angeles Times banner headline blared “A right-wing plot to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer should worry us all” as editorial writer Scott Martelle, who apparently used to live in Michigan, did his best to tie President Trump to domestic terrorists Timothy J. McVeigh and Terry Nichols, former Ku Klux Klan leader Robert Miles, the Hutaree Christian militia group and the Michigan Militia, none of which had any discernable tie to any known conservative organization. And Mr. Martelle managed to work in the “very fine people” lie mischaracterizing President Trump’s remarks about the 2017 Charlottesville, VA riot for good measure. Interestingly, we can find no statement by the FBI or the U.S. Attorney that the alleged plotters were affiliated with any known conservative organization, and there’s no indication in the criminal complaint that the men were inspired by President Trump – but that doesn’t prevent Far Left editorial writers and “college instructors” from tweeting the alleged plotters were “a right-wing paramilitary group” that was “praised by trump." What’s more, Governor Whitmer’s illegal corona virus orders were just slapped down by Michigan’s Supreme Court. The Michigan Supreme Court last week ruled that a 1945 law used as the foundation for many of Whitmer’s orders was unconstitutional, rendering moot complaints about her unbridled use of executive power, which had enraged many sensible and law abiding residents of the Great Lakes State. We do find ourselves in agreement with the LA Times’ Scott Martelle on one thing - Mr. Martelle noted “…the federal government doesn’t have a very good record in these things,” and we might add, neither do editorial writers who characterize as a conservative Brandon Caserta, a guy who says Trump is "a tyrant" and an "enemy” and posts to his YouTube channel under the same Anarchist flag that leads Antifa rioters in Portland, Seattle and elsewhere. • Assault on America, Day 646: Trump’s No Fear attitude strikes right chord with American people

Trump and the virus dominate the news headlines, but who’s really suffering? It seems like an eternity now, but it was only a week ago President Donald Trump revealed in an overnight Tweet that he and first lady Melania had tested positive for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP, or Wuhan, if you prefer) virus and that he was feeling well and would be taking some time to recover. Practically the whole planet’s been told by the powers-that-be that people who test positive for COVID-19 should isolate and lock themselves away for at least ten days, so most folks automatically figured we’d get ten enforced days and nights of radio silence from the man who never could resist airing his opinions and thoughts on everything from world affairs to entertainment trends to sports. It was destined to be weird, we thought. Later that day it was announced Trump (not Melania) would be transferred to Walter Reed hospital for treatment and concerns elevated to fears among his supporters (and cheers of Die! Die! Die! from his enemies). The masked president looked steady as he strolled to the awaiting helicopter and took off for the short journey to the medical facility. Frequent updates and Trump’s impromptu SUV ride (to wave to supporters) over the weekend made headlines and stirred up the antagonistic, never-pleased chattering class, but didn’t dramatically alter the impressions people were taking from the ordeal. Of course, on Monday evening, Trump went back to the White House and in vintage Trumpian fashion, told people to go on with their lives and not to be controlled by fears of the virus and getting sick and incapacitated -- or worse. The punditry exploded in rage. How DARE he tell ANYONE not to be afraid! What is he, careless and heartless? Who does he think he is, the President of the United States? Democrats want it their way, which is every conceivable direction. They want Americans to be submissive and passive in the face of government edicts, but they also savage Trump and anyone who dares express optimism about the future and confidence in their approach to the economy. And remarkably, his critics continue to fault him for the unemployment situation today. Jay Heflin reported at The Washington Examiner, “The total number of people claiming benefits from all jobless programs for the week ending Sept. 19 was over 25 million. For comparison, there were slightly over 1.4 million claims in the comparable week in 2019. Unemployment is particularly high in Hawaii, California, and Nevada. “Still, the economy is nearly seven months into the pandemic, and jobless claims remain at historically high levels. In January, before the coronavirus hit the United States, weekly claims were just over 200,000. Since late September, claims have hovered just under 900,000, which is an improvement from prior weeks.” It doesn’t take a genius to make logical conclusions here. For the dull-brained, uninformed and liberal opportunists out there, unemployment is being fostered and perpetuated by the society-wide reaction to the global pandemic that China created (or failed to stop, whichever version you choose to believe). People were going along swimmingly prior to March of this year, when the government, upon the advice of “science” and the experts, told citizens of all ages, races and genders to cease going to work, school, movie theaters, sports games, etc. One could make a good argument that we were instructed to stop behaving like humans -- all in the name of squelching a virus. Loners and lovers of seclusion couldn’t care less, but everyone else who values regular contact with family members and friends was immediately impacted. Young kids were ordered not to go to the playground, for goodness’ sake. Old folks couldn’t receive visitors any longer. Just for a little while, right? Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer declared that you couldn’t buy tomato seeds at Home Depot, either. Churches couldn’t hold in-person worship services. What is “essential”? The people who worked in the effected businesses became unemployed, virtually overnight. The examples are many, but ponder all the folks who depend on major sports for their living wage. If you’re a stadium concessions manager, for example, there are no customers to buy your products. Therefore, there is no need for your products at the venue. You’re not selling your products (except for online?), so you’re not making money. The people who provide the products are similarly not selling them to you. The chain goes on and on and on. The government stepped in to fill the gap in income for these unfortunate souls who couldn’t possibly work remotely at home and yet were unable -- and advised against -- trying to go out and seek work in their field, or even attempt to find employment somewhere else. The cycle spun like a golf ball in mid-air. You couldn’t necessarily see it, but you knew it was taking place. The benevolent government -- led by scared to death politicians terrified of being blamed for ruining people’s livelihoods with haphazard plans that might not bear fruit -- then enacted a policy of paying individuals not to work, and compensating them handsomely in the process! Not only would you receive standard unemployment benefits, but a bonus of $600 a week awaited in addition. Money! Money! Money! The Beatles said it can’t buy you love, but it sure comes in handy when you’re unable to earn a paycheck. Meanwhile, the initial forecasts of the necessary length of time to contain the virus and then, eliminate it, kept on being revised. The virus never completely went away. Businesses opened, but schools didn’t. As Heflin’s story indicated above, the worst hit states (all run and controlled by liberal Democrats, mind you) -- California, Nevada and Hawaii -- were to some extent dependent on travel and tourism yet still told people to “Stay away! Stay away! Stay away!” Is it any wonder, then, that the employment situation remains static and not improving? As long as there’s an attitude among local leaders that it’s still too “dangerous” to resume normal living and recreational patterns, there isn’t going to be a leveling off of unemployment. In other words, basically all the people who toiled in the effected industries are still stuck. Hawaii has reduced its quarantine period to “only” 72 hours, but who wants to pay thousands of dollars to fly to paradise, be subject to the Aloha State’s inane draconian protocols and then be confined to a $300 a night hotel room for half your stay? And the Democrats hope to keep it that way! Liberal party members want everyone to stay terrified so there won’t be a clamor to fully open the economy and allow “herd immunity” to take over like it has in wiser, less reactionary nations like Sweden. As has been stated and argued numerous times before, the fatality rate from COVID-19 isn’t all that high -- and it’s virtually non-existent in lower age groups. If it never made sense to shut down commerce because of the seasonal flu, why is it so different now? Could the media have anything to do with it? This isn’t saying there’s no risk for everyone. Elderly people and those with certain co-morbidities shouldn’t get the virus if it can be prevented. Thankfully, as Trump has demonstrated this past week, even those in the threatened categories can still be treated and will most likely emerge unscathed. Trump said he wants to make his treatments available to everyone -- on Uncle Sam’s dime. It’s well past time to try “normal” again. It has to happen sometime, doesn’t it? Despite everything that’s happened this year and in the past week, Democrats still persist with their scare tactics. The liberals’ arguments concerning job creation and the COVID-19 pandemic are curious and entirely contradictory. They blame Trump for some Americans being out of work yet don’t give him credit for urging caution and signing the “relief” bills Congress passed in the spring. And this week, Trump suggested he’s open to sending more, too. Again, Heflin wrote at The Washington Examiner, “[I]t remains unlikely that Washington will advance a relief package possibly containing a new round of stimulus checks or enhanced unemployment benefits before the election, as negotiators can’t agree on how much the relief should cost.” The amount of money probably isn’t the issue as much as what it’s supposed to be for. Democrats crave to bailout state and local governments that killed their own tax base by closing down everything and ordering people to stop working and mingling. Then, over the summer, many of these same jurisdictions permitted “protests” where the unruly lot rioted, burned businesses, tore down statues and pushed policing to the brink of anarchy. Trump has been adamant about keeping the expenditures separate. Local entities that need extra federal help in battling virus-related challenges can have the money. And there are additional resources for those individuals who are still prevented from working their jobs because of lockdowns and government social-distancing policies. But where does it end? Common sense says a lot of what was already appropriated by Congress has not been spent. It takes a while to find ways to allocate $3 trillion. Politicians appear to pull figures out of the air, since there’s no way to accurately estimate how much is needed. Then there are the political considerations in an election year. Democrats clearly advocate for dishing out the dough now and worrying about the fraud and waste later. But there has to be a limit. California just passed a bill to study paying slavery reparations to African-Americans in the Golden State. If there’s money in the budget to devote to such dubious causes, why would the federal government consider sending funds to bailout the locals? If these single-party governments were serious about shortfalls and fighting COVID-19 and providing assistance for the unemployed, why are they engaged in studying a “concept” that is discriminatory, and, for lack of a better way to put it, racist. Trump’s call to “not be afraid” is just as much a pitch for more employment as it as an advisory from someone who’s recovering from the dreaded CCP virus. If people know the truth about how dangerous -- or not dangerous -- that the virus is in reality, they may change their behavior. It’s the only way the economy can fully recover. It’s not just a campaign tactic. Be not afraid. Trump is definitely in the right to say so. And Democrats are in the wrong to counsel everyone should remain petrified -- and then attribute the slumping job situation to Trump. It doesn’t pass the laugh test. Jane Fonda says COVID-19 is God’s gift to the Left. Was she just being honest? “Hanoi” Jane Fonda isn’t renowned for her pearls of wisdom, though she did utter something curiously accurate the other day. Instead of seeing COVID-19 as a plague, the 82-year-old whacked out lefty sounds grateful for it. After reporting that Jane called the coronavirus “God’s gift to the left”, Rick Moran wrote at PJ Media, “This kind of thinking is foreign to me and to most on the right. What does climate change have to do with the coronavirus? That people are scared and can be led around by the nose is a given. Witness the lockdowns and ‘mask mandates.’ “Fonda agrees with that, saying, ‘We can see it now, people who couldn’t see it before, you know, they see it now and we have a chance to harness that anger.’ “Manipulating people by frightening them and getting them angry instead of using reason and logic to persuade is the way of dictators and authoritarians. Fonda and her cohorts on the left like Bernie Sanders and AOC believe that with people already acting like sheep being led to the slaughter that they will agree to anything — any indignity, any loss of freedom. And if what they’re proposing has absolutely nothing to do with the pandemic, that’s a bonus.” In this instance, it goes without saying -- the more the left can get people worked up over something they view as needing to be taken care of, the more power they can exert. Trump telling the population not to be afraid is totally opposite this mindset. What, tell Americans to be free again? If that’s the case, no one will vote for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. You can warn people to be afraid in a haunted house, but if they don’t believe in ghosts anyway, not sure how much good it will do. Democrats depend on ordinary citizens remaining terrified of contracting the coronavirus so they can lay the groundwork for other totalitarian “theories” like climate change. Trump’s quick recovery from the sickness will certainly catch some folks’ attention; the question is whether it will be in time to help the right side win the election. • Virtual Debate Should Be A Nonstarter

If you needed any further confirmation that the Commission on Presidential Debates is a creature of the DC Swamp, created to preserve the establishment status quo, look no further than the group’s unilateral decision to conduct the next presidential debate virtually. Joe Biden previously said he and Trump “shouldn’t have a debate” as long as the president remains coronavirus positive, as Breitbart News reported. And Lisa Desjardins of PBS also reported a “Biden senior source” as saying it is “hard to see that debate happening” between Trump and Biden on October 15, ostensibly due to the President’s recent bout with the Wuhan virus. So, the allegedly nonpartisan Commission on Presidential Debates unilaterally made the announcement a week before the event was to take place that the next debate would go virtual. Apparently without consulting with President Trump or his campaign the Commission announced the candidates would instead “participate from separate remote locations,” while the town hall participants and moderator Steve Scully remain in Miami. Biden was apparently OK with the new format, however, when Trump finally got the word on the new plan his response was short and sweet: “I’m not going to do a virtual debate.” “I heard that the Commission a little while ago changed the debate style, and that’s not acceptable to us,” Trump later elaborated. “I am not going to waste my time on a virtual debate. That’s not what debating is all about, you sit behind a computer and do a debate, that’s ridiculous, they cut you off whenever they want.” Trump further accused the Commission of “trying to protect Biden.” The President’s campaign manager, Bill Stepien later issued a statement saying, “President Trump won the first debate despite a terrible and biased moderator in Chris Wallace, and everybody knows it. For the swamp creatures at the Presidential Debate Commission to now rush to Joe Biden’s defense by unilaterally canceling an in-person debate is pathetic. That’s not what debates are about or how they’re done. Here are the facts: President Trump will have posted multiple negative tests prior to the debate, so there is no need for this unilateral declaration. The safety of all involved can easily be achieved without canceling a chance for voters to see both candidates go head to head. We’ll pass on this sad excuse to bail out Joe Biden and do a rally instead.” The location of the planned October 15 rally had not yet been announced when the Commission on Presidential Debates and the Biden campaign began to show signs of wilting and rescheduling two in-person debates. At 12:25 p.m. Mr. Stepien issued another statement calling for in-person debates to be rescheduled: The American people should not be deprived of the chance to see the two candidates for president debate face to face two more times just because the Commission on Presidential Debates wants to protect Joe Biden. It remains extremely suspect that the CPD announced the brand new virtual format at 7:30am ET today immediately after Vice President Mike Pence had just wiped the floor with Senator Kamala Harris. Clearly the commission wanted to shift attention away from Pence’s complete victory. As President Trump said, a virtual debate is a non-starter and would clearly be a gift to Biden because he would be relying on his teleprompter from his basement bunker. Voters should have the opportunity to directly question Biden’s 47-year failed record of leadership. We agree that this should happen on October 22, and accordingly, the third debate should then be shifted back one week to October 29. The CPD and the media cannot hide Joe Biden forever. Americans deserve to hear directly from both presidential candidates on these dates, October 22 and 29. Joe Biden’s campaign said Thursday that the panel overseeing the presidential debates should postpone the Oct. 15 debate between Mr. Biden and President Trump and that Biden will find an “appropriate place” to take questions from voters elsewhere on that date, however, Biden’s campaign also rejected the proposal from President Trump for a debate on Oct. 29, saying the one already scheduled for a week earlier should be the last debate ahead of the November election. We can see why Joe Biden wouldn’t want to remind voters who he really is by debating Donald Trump just a few days before the election, especially after Vice President Mike Pence vaporized Democrat candidate Kamala Harris in Wednesday night’s vice presidential debate. Given the failures of Biden and Harris in the live debate format it is not difficult to understand why the Swamp wanted to move to a virtual format that would help bail out the Democrats’ failing campaign. We urge the President and his advisors to stick to their guns and refuse a virtual format that is guaranteed to tilt the scales in favor of Joe Biden. 2020 Election Mike Pence Kamala Harris Vice President debate Donald Trump Joe Biden COVID-19 virtual debate presidential debates

  • Assault on America, Day 645: VP debate: Democrats, pessimism and the Art of the No-Deal

The VP debate proved, again, that Democrats don’t have a governing agenda, just anger If President Donald Trump wrote a book called “The Art of the Deal,” then Democrats could just as easily and expertly pen a self-help tome called “The Art of the No-Deal.” This thought occurred to me as I watched the 2020 vice presidential debate on Wednesday night. As the program wore on and Vice President Mike Pence was repeatedly called (by Democrat VP nominee Kamala Harris and moderator Susan Page of the USA Today) to explain and defend policies that really aren’t all the complicated, it became clear that Harris -- and Joe Biden himself -- aren’t the least bit interested in taking a hands-off approach to governing and liberty. No, they want to take over everything and spin the results as though their colossal federal bureaucracy could possibly improve people’s lives. Harris demonstrated that Democrats don’t want to “deal” on anything. Plain and simple, liberals seek to control industries due to “climate change”, outlaw non-politically acceptable thought, send checks to people, foster increased dependency on government, rain goodies on their ill-informed voters, and, most importantly, keep Americans hooked on the notion that life will end unless individuals and businesses surrender every last bit of freedom to the central authority to keep them safe, healthy and upright. And obedient. This pretty much sums up Kamala Harris. She’s horrible. And not nice, either. She’s Hillary Clinton with darker skin tone. A debate was a good way to understand it. This forum demonstrated why Democrat primary voters weren’t about to anoint Harris as their standard-bearer, because she’s not personally appealing and enviable. Would you want your daughter to be like her? She fumbled for answers from the get-go, failing miserably to explain why it was Trump who allowed the COVID-19 pandemic to get out of control. “He said it (the pandemic) was a hoax,” Harris pontificated. “They knew on January 28th, blah, blah, blah.” Pence then replied that to criticize the response was to lessen the contributions of people like Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx, along with the thousands of professionals from across the country who diligently fought the virus. The vice president also pointed out that billions in equipment were distributed. And the paycheck protection program saved millions of jobs. That exchange alone revealed the bankruptcy of the Democrats’ platform -- or lack thereof. Pence delivered one of the best zingers of the evening: “When I see their plan, it looks a little like plagiarism, which Joe Biden knows all about.” Whenever Harris looked like she was making headway with her standard “Trump is the embodiment of evil” talking points, Pence was ready with a retort. Pence did sidestep a couple of Jones’s questions and did run long on several of his answers, but his slow and deliberate manner of speaking was very effective overall. Pence was likable and knowledgeable and in command. Harris rotated between smirks and arrogance and what appeared to be uncontrolled grinning. She’s phony. I think Americans saw it last night. As would be expected in this age of political disunion -- roughly divided between those who support Pence, Trump and the administration versus the reactionaries who want everything done and dictated for them -- the candidates didn’t agree on much. It was optimism (the Trump/Pence side) versus pessimism and doom (the Biden/Harris ticket) on display in Salt Lake City. Healthcare? What healthcare? It's often been said that COVID-19 (caused by the Chinese Communist Party (or Wuhan, if you prefer) virus) derailed the Trump/Pence effort. This is true in the abstract, but what really changed 2020’s voting calculus was a switch from what was a booming economy to a concentration on healthcare and wellbeing, an issue Democrats have demagogued since the beginning of time. Well, maybe not that long, but at least since the 60’s Great Society, which introduced the ever-powerful welfare state into Americans’ consciousness. To talk about the economy, you actually need hard data and numbers -- the unemployment rate, the inflation rate, tax collections, government spending, consumer spending, consumer confidence, etc. To talk about healthcare, you have statistics but also an awful lot of “People need this and that and otherwise they’ll suffer.” Add the fact that most everyone has had, at one time or another, a bad experience with private health insurance companies and you’ve got people nodding along to the notion that government will pay for everything. And it will be free! And Democrats treat abortion as though it’s healthcare. Kamala Harris insists on it. She ducked a question on whether Biden and herself supports federal funding for it. What a collection of liars! Tax cuts and loosening economic regulation, as Pence touted effectively, are terrific concepts to people who understand how businesses and markets work. To the dull-brained who either didn’t bother learning the basics of payrolls and accounting, or even worse, never had to, it’s a form of charity to believe that everyone “deserves” healthcare and it constitutes a “fundamental right.” Oh yeah? Where in the Constitution does it say doctor visits are sacred and unalienable? Joe Biden and Harris hammer the healthcare issue because one, it’s got everyone’s attention right now; two, because Mike Pence led the administration’s efforts to combat the Chinese plague and three, the economy is hurting because of the virus and the lockdowns. Of course, red states are doing better economically than blue states, but what does that matter to the gimme-gimme crowd? Pence took the chance to highlight the failure of Obamacare and Harris repeated the lie that 20 million people would lose their coverage if the law is repealed. The discussion on healthcare was a wash, as it always tends to be. Democrats promise the moon and don’t care whether the nation can afford it or not. I would’ve liked to have seen a question on whether Harris and Biden are in favor of insuring illegal aliens. But immigration was only lightly addressed. Harris talked a little about it during one of her “Trump is mean” diatribes, saying Trump called “Mexicans” rapists and murderers. That’s not exactly in context, is it Kamala? Pence said “You’re entitled to your opinion but you’re not entitled to your own facts” at least a couple times. The California kook couldn’t lie her way through this one. The two Kamalas showed up simultaneously in Salt Lake City You almost had to feel sorry for Kamala Harris. Going into the evening, she had to play two divergent roles and pull them off convincingly enough so that people could see her stepping into Joe Biden’s shoes as President of the United States. The only problem is, Biden probably can’t remember where he put his shoes… and Harris’s five-foot-two frame doesn’t compare in a size sense to the man at the top. With Biden’s age steadily heading towards 78 (he’ll turn that number next month), everyone in America was watching intently to see whether Harris could function as president -- literally at a moment’s notice. To make her seem more approachable and likable, the Democrat powers-that-be likely demanded that she smile a lot more and learn to be empathetic to the white suburban woman who cares more about getting along than she does about the differences in policy platforms between the parties. Therefore, Harris had to come across as the fist-thrusting, angry Black Lives Matter supporter while also presenting herself as a person Americans might want to see on the nightly news for four years. You know, she had to pull off the trifecta, kind of like Barack Obama did in 2008 and 2012. She can hobnob with Willie Brown and the Louis Farrakhans of the world, but she needs to do it quietly so as to not offend too many undecided voters who’d be turned off by a leftist radical. Harris’s primary campaign focused on an entirely different personality. Everyone knows, to gain attention and the national spotlight, “Prosecutor” Kamala interrogated Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh two years ago during his confirmation hearings. She beseeched the distinguished judge to provide her yes or no answers, as though Kavanaugh was on the witness stand enduring leading questions from the government’s lawyer. Further, Harris carried that tough gal persona into the Democrat primary debates. She clearly didn’t want to be known as the airy, smiley gal from San Francisco Bay that she is now. Kamala wanted respect, darn it, and she wasn’t about to let Biden get away with his racist friendships or permit other candidates to skate by with being less antagonistic than she was towards the hated Donald Trump. Towards the end of the debate, the rabid mean-girl prosecutor showed up. Harris said “I will not be lectured by the vice president.” Can you imagine Trump saying such a thing? Or even Biden? It sounds petty and defensive, not as a leader would act. Both Kamalas attended the debate, and neither one was likable. Pence was clearly the better candidate. Mike Pence won the debate on substance, style, and just about every other measure There have been a lot of people drawing parallels between 2016 and 2020 lately. What were the polls like at this juncture back then? How popular is Donald Trump? Have Americans finally gotten sick of his schtick and decided it was time for a change, even if the move is towards a candidate like Joe Biden (and his gaffes, tall tales, plagiarism, tangible loss of memory, obvious corruption, angry dress-downs of voters, charter membership in the Washington swamp, etc.)? One comparison that I haven’t seen much concerns Pence and the vice presidential debate. Four years ago, critics and pundits gleefully claimed that the awful Hillary Clinton had won the first presidential forum, largely because she’d introduced former beauty queen Alicia Machado into the national conversation. Hillary alleged that Machado was “fat shamed” by Trump and was indicative of the heinous way the candidate treated women. Stupid, no? But this is the Democrats and the media we’re talking about. Mike Pence helped steer the conversation back towards the issues during his one-on-one clash with Hillary’s VP nominee, Virginia Democrat Senator Tim Kaine. Kaine wasn’t exactly a household name prior to being chosen by the would-be first female president, and perhaps he felt he needed to distinguish himself outside of being another liberal Democrat from the DC swamp. In contrast, Pence was the governor of Indiana and typified “midwestern nice.” Kaine constantly interrupted Pence throughout the evening, making the Republican seem more in-control and better capable of handling the complexities of executive leadership. Even if the two names at the top of the ticket were showier and more controversial, Pence was a calming influence. He repeated the performance on Wednesday night. The tendency in politics is to always underestimate Pence’s knack for debate. Part of it is attributable to his understated demeanor and part of it is due to his position as second in command to a man like Donald Trump. Simply put, Pence makes Trump look better. He’s as polite and unflappable as Trump is aggressive and emotional. Harris, on the other hand, doesn’t make Biden look better. Biden supposedly represents deal-making and bipartisan cooperation (he really doesn’t, but that’s the media’s narrative), but Harris is renowned solely for her incessant bashing of Republicans. Who would work with her on any issue? She’s the most liberal Democrat in the senate (which was mentioned by Pence), and that’s saying a lot. If Harris ever became president, there would be no “deals”. No negotiations, no joint efforts. She would probably sign an executive order banning Republicans from speaking to her. It would be ugly. “Nice” Kamala would morph into “Answer my question yes or no” smirking Harris. In a way, Pence got the 2016 campaign back on track. Here’s hoping he repeated the feat again on Wednesday night. And hopefully, Trump will take a more Pence-like approach in the next presidential debate next week. Let him (doddering Joe Biden) talk, Mr. President! If ever there was a VP debate that could make a difference, it’s this one The unsolved mystery from Wednesday night is, will this change the trajectory of the 2020 presidential race? Was Harris effective in laying the COVID-19 pandemic at Pence’s feet? Did she come across as likable enough to motivate Americans to accept her as the next-in-line to Joe Biden? Were people listening to the candidates’ policy differences, or did they just see it as a white guy and an African American woman speaking at each other from a hundred miles away (It kind of felt like it, didn’t it?) and through plexiglass virus shields? Why not fashion a Get Smart-like “Cone of Silence”? Like in 2016, Mike Pence succeeded in steering the conversation back towards effective governance. The man is unflappable and shows Americans that there’s a capable hand in the vice president’s chair should the unthinkable happen to the president. Kamala Harris, on the other hand, is a phony empty pantsuit who couldn’t carry a political tune in a bucket. Advantage Pence. 2020 Election Mike Pence Kamala Harris Vice President debate Donald Trump Joe Biden COVID-19 healthcare law and order riots protests

  • Army Investigating NC Democrat Senate Candidate Cal Cunningham

The Army Reserve has confirmed to WRAL that it has opened an investigation into Cal Cunningham, North Carolina’s Democrat candidate for the U.S. Senate. "The Army Reserve is investigating the matters involving Lt. Col. James Cunningham. As such, we are unable to provide further details at this time," said Simon B. Flake, chief of media relations and public information for the Army Reserve Strategic Communications. Cunningham last week admitted to texting Arlene Guzman Todd, a public relations strategist. Texts obtained by WRAL and verified by The Associated Press offer new insight into a long-distance relationship. “I just want to [expletive] him one last time and break his heart,” one text from Guzman Todd reads. Another says: “Trying to make plans to see the politician so I can give him the [expletive] of his life and then walk away.” In a series of interviews with the AP late Monday, as well as in the text messages, Arlene Guzman Todd described two in-person encounters with Cunningham: one in March in Los Angeles that she said did not include intimate contact and a second in July in North Carolina, where she said they were intimate. NationalFile.com reported last week that Guzman Todd is married to a service member, which makes Cunningham’s admitted conduct a serious breach of the Uniform Code of Military Justice and the duties of an officer. A new tranche of explicit text messages obtained by Patrick Howley for NationalFile.com show that North Carolina Democrat U.S. Senate candidate Cal Cunningham’s mistress Arlene Guzman Todd has naked photos of Cunningham, and that Cunningham and Guzman Todd had sex in Cunningham’s family home. In one photo sent by Guzman Todd to a friend, she captioned “Likes getting oral. Will travel. And has lips too.” After the release of the sexually charged text messages and the revelation that Mrs. Guzman Todd spent a week at the Cunningham residence Republican Senator Thom Tillis issued this rather restrained statement via Twitter: Cal Cunningham is now under investigation by the U.S. Army Reserve. He owes North Carolinians a full explanation. The truth still matters in North Carolina, Cal. Senator Tillis later spoke with WRAL’s David Crabtree about the latest developments in the race and noted that Democrat Cal Cunningham has refused to speak to the media after the latest revelations. In the brotherhood of arms, Cunningham’s conduct has been recognized as a crime for some 3,000 years, ever since King David lusted after Bathsheba, the wife of one of his officers, Uriah the Hittite, whom 2 Samuel tells us David sent to the front lines where the fighting was fiercest to be killed in battle so that he could make Bathsheba his eighth wife. What is even more despicable about Democrat Cunningham’s behavior is he has based much of his campaign on his military service. And if Cunningham is court martialed and the affair proven with a woman whose husband was enlisted and under his command or supervision, he could face military justice for (at a minimum) conduct unbecoming an officer – if it is proven Cunningham acted to advantage or disadvantage to Guzman Todd’s husband there could be further charges. Were Cunningham to be court-martialed (as the facts indicate he should be) under Article 134 of the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice), a conviction for extra-marital sexual conduct with the wife of subordinate carries with penalties including a dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and confinement for up to one year. The sexting is prima facia evidence of Democrat Cal Cunningham’s conduct unbecoming an officer – the big question now is how will the Army deal with it? Will Cunningham get a pass and the special two-tiered system of justice that allowed Hunter Biden to get a general discharge after he tested positive for cocaine, rather than the court martial he deserved. Will Cunningham be allowed to retire with no disadvantage to his pension or status? And how will North Carolina’s military-heavy voters feel about this vile breach of the brotherhood of arms’ 3,000-year-old code of conduct? • Pence Schools Harris

Vice President Mike Pence didn’t let the fact that the debate was being moderated by Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s biographer, Susan Page, the Washington bureau chief for USA Today and a longtime member of the DC press swamp, hold him back from making the case for the Trump – Pence reelection. Vice President Mike Pence threw down the gauntlet and defined Far Left Democrat Senator Kamala Harris as weak on national defense, law and order and homeland security before the debate even started by having as his guests Ann Dorn, widow of retired African American police captain David Dorn, who was murdered by BLM rioters in St. Louis, MO, Flora Westbrook, whose salon was burned in a riot and the parents of Kayla Mueller, the young American aid worker who was kidnapped, raped and murdered by ISIS. Page’s first question on corona virus teed-up an expected attack on President Trump and Vice President Pence which Pence hit out of the ballpark by saying two things; that the Biden plan was about mandates and coercion and the Trump – Pence was about trusting the American people to act responsibly and he also nailed Harris for undermining confidence in the soon to be released vaccine. Pence said, and he’s right, that the economy and the recovery are on the ballot. While Harris says Biden will repeal Trump’s tax cut and invest in infrastructure and clean energy and innovation and education including free two-year community college and free public university for those who come from families who make less than $125,000. And Pence followed up strongly by nailing the Biden and Harris on their opposition to fossil fuels and fracking and support for the New Green Deal, which would crush the American energy sector and American jobs. Pence says Harris is not entitled to her own facts and calls her out for claiming Biden, despite his past remarks, will not ban fracking. While Harris keeps smirking, Pence kept banging away on Biden and Harris on repealing the Trump tax cuts - that Trump has cut taxes across the board and an average American family of four saved $2,000 on taxes and the average income for a family of four increased by $4,000. Pence says Harris admitted that Biden will raise taxes on “day one.” It was very weird to have Harris defending two very unpopular treaties, the Paris Climate Accord and the Iran nuclear bomb deal. But where Pence really nailed Harris was on the question of the Supreme Court and Judge Amy Coney Barrett, hitting Harris effectively and hard on her religious and anti-Catholic bigotry. And even better, Pence said he and Donald Trump were unabashedly pro-life and were opposed to late term abortions, which both Harris and Biden support. Pence also held Harris’s feet to the fire on packing the Supreme Court – and she absolutely refused to answer the question, leading Pence to observe that her non-answer means the answer is yes, Democrats will try to pack the court if they are elected. Harris’s lowest point was the lies she repeated about President Trump not condemning white supremacy and the whole “fine people on both sides” lie about Trump’s comments about the Charlottesville riot. And, although Harris is an accomplished liar, Vice President Pence didn’t let her get away with it. 2020 Election Mike Pence Kamala Harris Vice President debate Donald Trump Joe Biden COVID-19 healthcare law and order riots protests

  • Bombshell: Trump and Ratcliffe Declassify Obamagate Docs

Newly declassified handwritten notes from former CIA Director John Brennan show that the U.S. intelligence community knew in 2016 that Russian intelligence was actively monitoring, and potentially injecting disinformation into, Clinton’s anti-Trump collusion narrative. The intelligence concerning Russia’s knowledge of Clinton’s campaign plans was so concerning to Brennan and other national security officials that they personally informed Obama of the matter in the Oval Office in the summer of 2016. The handwritten notes from Brennan were declassified by Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe and provided to Congress on Tuesday afternoon, reported our friends at The Federalist. Sean Davis reported that, according to the declassified notes, Brennan and the U.S. intelligence community knew months prior to the 2016 election that the collusion smear was the result of a campaign operation hatched by the campaign of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Notations indicate that persons who spoke during the briefing were “POTUS”, “JC” (presumably FBI Dir. Jim Comey), “Denis” (presumably White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonogh), and “Susan” (presumably National Security Advisor Susan Rice). The comments reflecting the existence of a Clinton “plan” are attributed to someone whose name is redacted in the margin on the left side of the notes. That is likely a CIA or NSA official who is reporting the intelligence information. A second document released by DNI Ratcliffe is a Referral from the CIA to the FBI with regard to this information. The Memorandum was directed to “Director” and to Peter Strzok, identified as “Deputy Assistant Director for Operations Branch 1, Counterintelligence Division.” The Memorandum is heavily redacted, but according to an analysis by Red State the following passage is disclosed: “Per FBI verbal request, CIA provides the below examples of information the CROSSFIRE HURRICANE fusion cell has gleaned to date.” “An exchange [REDACTED] discussing US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s approval of a plan concerning US presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering US elections as a means of distracting the public form her use of a private email server.” Documents obtained by SaraACarter.com confirm Brennan’s notes also reveal how seriously he took the issue that he debriefed former President Barrack Obama on the alleged Clinton plot and on the information that was intercepted by the United States from Russian spies. Sara Carter asked the $64,000 question, which is how did DNI Ratcliffe get these notes? Did Brennan turn them over to John Durham, who was appointed by Attorney General William Barr to investigate the alleged corruption inside Obama’s FBI and intelligence community. Remember, Durham’s already interviewed Brennan, who can bring criminal charges for lying or withholding evidence. To read the documents and make up your own mind click this link to go to SaraCarter.com, where copies of the documents are available. Former Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell tweeted: Proof. @BarackObama @JoeBiden directed their administration to use the powers of government to attack @realDonaldTrump campaign and then transition. The Susan Rice email to herself after the Oval Office meeting was part of a coverup. However, what’s even more interesting is that the Brennan notes contradict testimony by James Comey. Comey said he didn’t know anything about this. Turns out he got a memo on it and the Obama-Biden White House was briefed on it. Here’s our take for what it is worth – Brennan is tying up loose ends for his defense and setting the groundwork to throw Comey and the FBI under the bus. 2020 Election Obamagate documents Russiagate Steele Dossier FISA Court Democrats FBI declassification Brennan notes Capitol Research Center Russian collusion Crossfire Hurricane Robert Mueller, Inspector General DOJ Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe John Durham investigation Ric Grenell James Comey

  • Assault on America, Day 644: Totalitarian ‘new’ America and the crisis of happiness shaming

Leave it to Democrats to diss a person for being happy while recovering from illness Since the questions for tonight’s vice presidential debate (at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, 9 p.m. EDT) between Vice President Mike Pence and Democrat VP nominee Kamala Harris are supposedly secret, we can’t say for sure what moderator Susan Page (of the USA Today) will ask the candidates. But it seems certain that Pence and Harris will be probed for their respective takes on President Donald Trump’s statement (via Twitter) after his release from the hospital on Monday evening, namely that he was, “Feeling really good! Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life. We have developed, under the Trump Administration, some really great drugs & knowledge. I feel better than I did 20 years ago!” It doesn’t take a soothsayer to prophesy Harris will use the president’s confident post-discharge words as yet another platform to bash Trump and Pence for their supposedly callous disregard of the “suffering” of so many people, and the ultra-leftwing California senator will have memorized down to the last digit how many Americans have succumbed with the virus. A health pandemic is a godsend to the reactionary alarmist crowd which characterizes a fever and a sneeze as justification to quarantine just about anyone for weeks or months on end, even if it means the afflicted person will turn to alcohol, abuse his or her spouse and/or children and ruin their financial well-being. Pence, on the other hand, will draw strength from Trump’s confidence, reiterate that the president is doing well and that his statement wasn’t intended to carelessly belittle the “danger” from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP, or Wuhan, if you prefer) virus as much as it was an optimistic invitation for people to live their lives without oppressive, paralyzing fear. Of course Democrats, liberals, socialists and the media would much prefer everyone cower under their dining room table -- properly socially distanced, of course -- acting petrified of contracting the disease. Trump himself obviously caught it and by appearances and accounts is doing quite well despite the infection. This was eminently predictable, not only because the man is strong and vigorous for his age, but also because facts tell us that the virus is not the vicious opportunistic killer that the media would have us all believe it was. Oh yeah, and treatments have dramatically improved too. What about that part? Have lots of people died with the virus? Emphatically, yes. And the copious statistics-taking American medical profession supposedly has tracked every single one of them. But if avoiding the virus mandates shutting down your life, not sending your kids to school, wearing masks everywhere (including outdoors) and basically surrendering to anxiety, Trump’s supporters have had it with the deception. Here’s thinking there isn’t a single soul who planned to vote for Trump who’s changed their mind in the past few days because the president is ostensibly pleased about the progress of his recovery from the oh-so-dangerous COVID-19. Apparently some Washington-based Republican operatives think “this is it” for him and that it’s a shoe-in election for doddering mask-wearing dunce Grampa Joe Biden and his slavery reparations/Green New Deal touting sidekick, Harris. Slanted public opinion polls would seem to back up the impressions of the doomsayers. But others see a massive wave of “silent majority” Trump people in hiding, too. Dave Boyer visited Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley and wrote at The Washington Times, “Northampton County Republican Party Chairwoman Lee Snover said the president’s diagnosis doesn’t appear to have affected the level of enthusiasm for Mr. Trump. ‘Not too much, except a lot of prayer,’ Mrs. Snover said. ‘Everybody’s still enthused, we’re still working just as hard. I hear people saying, ‘Hey, he fought for us. We’re going to fight for him.’’ “Mrs. Snover is confident that the president will win her county again, but she predicts that the state will be ‘a dogfight.’ As someone who knocks on doors and calls voters every day, Mrs. Snover said she doesn’t believe polls that show Mr. Biden with a significant lead. “’Trump people are completely secret. They whisper,’ she said in an interview. ‘My right hand to God, they’ll open the curtain and say, ‘I can’t have a Trump sign. They’ll vandalize my home.’ I think there really is a closet vote for Trump. Republicans will not poll. They won’t do it. And the newly registered people have never voted before, which I think is bigger than 2016.’” Talk about fear -- it is indeed out there, but not all of it revolves around people blaming Trump for the Chinese plague and “not taking it seriously” and “failing to contain the spread” and “letting people die.” Boyer’s story contains several blurbs of both Democrats’ and Republicans’ senses on the upcoming election. There certainly looks to be a lot of silent Trump backers out there. I’ve experienced it myself. The events of the last week are the first in memory where some malcontents blatantly chastised someone for getting sick -- and then getting better. If Trump had opted not to get a seasonal flu shot and then got a case of the flu, would reaction have been the same? Is everyone similarly paranoid about coming down with an illness? Some people -- the ones in the most-affected categories -- have a right to be apprehensive. But everyone else? The fact Trump has seemingly never gotten sick or taken a day off or even a lengthy vacation has worked against him. Whereas Obama and Michelle jetted off to Hawaii every year to convalesce, George W. Bush went to his Texas ranch and Bill and Hill went to… the beach… Trump pretty much sticks to his job all the time (taking afternoons to golf sometimes). For Democrats, is it “Join or Die” or… “Conform or Die”? All of this basically boils down to worldview, or even more plainly, a vision of the “new” America versus the “old” America. In the new America, circa 2020, roughly half of the citizenry believes everything the president says, does, or, according to them, thinks, is subject to intense scrutiny, always with a negative bias and media-imposed suspicion. Most of these people loved Bill Clinton, tolerated Hillary Clinton’s awful personality (because she’s a woman, dang it!) and got thrills up and down their legs whenever Barack or Michelle Obama’s face appeared on a TV screen. Joe Biden is a hero to them because the back slappin’, hair sniffin’, mask wearin’, child repellin’, shoulders massagin’, tall tale tellin’, corrupted wayward son toleratin’, excuse makin’, mumbled nonsensical sentence utterin’, sexual assault denyin’ Democrat nominee is shown by opinion surveys to be way ahead of Donald Trump. And if Biden wins, then he’ll make sure NO ONE is ever happy about beating a disease again! What a downer! Wear your appropriate mourning face at all times in Joe Biden’s America. Don’t you realize the Kens and Karens of the blue state world are watching you? Conform or… die(?)! You may recall the American revolutionaries fashioned a “Join or Die” message on their flags. Well, liberals have changed history again -- their flag is “Conform or Die!” Or, perhaps more aptly put, “Join AND Die”! These “new America” pessimists also assume racism is systematic in this nation, that the protests in the wake of George Floyd’s public death were “mostly peaceful” and the demonstrators represent all walks of life, their fellow countrymen rallying to oppose a concept (racism) that can’t be accurately defined or seen. If it were up to them, they would all man (or woman?) a gigantic broom and repeatedly beat the bristles into the ground to symbolically stamp out any vestiges of “white supremacy” or “insensitivity” that allegedly exists in the hearts and minds of every pale-skinned person. Will the real racists please stand up? If there are so many white supremacists out there, why aren’t they more vocal? What are they afraid of? Wouldn’t the media come rushing to report on every racist utterance in order to show how ignorant and backwards the speakers are? Or is there any such thing as a black supremacist? (Comedian Dave Chappelle explored the concept, rather hilariously. Definitely not for the easily offended, however.) These “new” America folks also love social media because it provides never-ending ways to demonstrate their “wokeness” before the world, themselves relishing the chance to embarrass a conservative traditionalist or Trump supporter who dares question their devotion to the politically correct order of things. The “old” America is the better one Unlike the new group, believers in the old America don’t scare easily. Far from being stupid or unenlightened, they recall a time when United States citizens dreamed big and built bigger. Freedom and capitalism contributed to the attitude as well as a general disdain for being told how to think and feel. Can you imagine explorers like Sir Francis Drake or Christopher Columbus, who set off into the unknown sea trusting only the strength of the wind, being frightened of a virus? How about the people who envisioned the transcontinental railroad? Or the pioneers who struggled along the Oregon trail? How about the robber barons who revolutionized industrial processes to develop America into the world’s greatest economy? Was Scottish immigrant Andrew Carnegie a closet hypochondriac? Or Henry Ford? One of the greatest engineering marvels of any age is the Hoover Dam, which tamed the mighty waters of the Colorado River, preventing it from flowing unimpeded and still provides not only life sustaining water to tens of millions but also carbon-free electricity to human beings all these years later. Or the men who volunteered or were drafted to fight World War II -- any of them opt out because of health threats (not talking about bullets and bombs here)? What about those who plotted the interstate highway system? Would the CCP virus have made the generation that sent men to the moon and safely returned them to earth shake in their suits? Or what about Coach Herb Brooks and the players on the 1980 U.S. Hockey team? None of these endeavors came without risk to life and limb or great individual sacrifice. Yet today, the “new” America proponents want everything curtailed to “keep people safe” and try to guarantee that no one will ever be exposed. The “new” America people take advantage of the courage and fortitude of others to live a good life, but still they savage Trump for saying “Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life.” There’s a big difference between being prudent and being afraid. Trump is the former. Liberals are the latter. I’ll side with the optimistic people any day of the week. Americans aren’t always wild about the way Trump phrases things, but they love the content of his statements. His personality cannot, and could never be, packed into a tight little conforming container. Even his staunchest supporters disagree with some of his public acts, and there are times (like last week’s debate) where we wish he would’ve heeded Joe Biden’s advice and simply “shut up.” But we take the bad with the good and hope like heck that it all works out. Because the proponents of the “new” America would worry us into the ground. Literally. What to expect from the 2020 VP debate? Probably nothing… or close to it. Don’t feel bad if you can’t remember anything from the 2016 vice presidential debate, or even who participated in it opposite Mike Pence. The one thing I recall from the event four years ago was Democrat Senator Tim Kaine’s constant rude interruptions. For those who criticized Trump for his behavior last week, they should go back and revisit the whining and kvetching “nice guy” Kaine. What a crock. VP debates rarely produce much of anything that contributes to the outcome of an election. There was “Uncle Joe” (back then) Biden’s smirks and chuckles and gross distortions and lies opposite boyish Paul Ryan in 2012. In 1988, Michael Dukakis’s number two, Lloyd Bentsen, insulted Dan Quayle with his “I served with Jack Kennedy. Jack Kennedy was a friend of mine. Senator, you’re no Jack Kennedy” line. Ross Perot’s choice, Admiral James Stockdale, was renowned for his odd and brief retorts in 1992. Sarah Palin made the 2008 version -- versus a much younger and more astute Biden -- interesting with her solid conservatism and folksy manners. Vice President Dick Cheney wasn’t phased by ultra-liar pretty boy idiot John Edwards in 2004. There have been consequential moments, but not game-changing ones in VP debates. Many suggest Kamala Harris should be a drag on Joe Biden’s ticket because she’s a radical leftist who frankly isn’t likable. But this election will turn on whether the American people recognize Trump and his accomplishments versus the Democrats’/media’s depiction of his candidacy. Will the “new” America or “old” America win out? We’ll know in a few weeks. • New Must Read CRC Report: The Nastiest Hoaxsters of Russiagate

After the release of the bombshell revelations from the declassification of the Brennan notes we recommend this new report by our friends at the Capitol Research Center to guide you through the perpetrators of the Russiagate hoax. This new and comprehensive profile at InfluenceWatch lays out the gory history of the Trump-Russia Collusion Claims (“Russiagate”) and why the world’s only superpower credulously fell for it. As Ken Braun explained, a major objective of the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation and the subsequent probe by Special Counsel Robert Mueller was to find out “whether individual(s) associated with the Trump campaign are witting of and/or coordinating activities with the Government of Russia.” The answer was a definitive “no” concluded Ken Braun. Four years and tens of millions of taxpayer dollars failed to uncover even a single person who collaborated with the Russian government while working on the 2016 Trump presidential campaign. However, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of the Inspector General did discover “serious performance failures” by federal law enforcement in the conduct of the investigation. A sample of the information available in the InfluenceWatch profile is Braun’s ranking of the nastiest hoax promoters. This information is also being posted in a CRC archive of the who’s who of Russiagate. We will share two brief samples of the great material on the Russiagate hoaxers and urge CHQ readers to go to the complete report and keep it handy as the hoax is now starting to unwind. First, Jonathan Chait, New York Magazine: A contributor to both New York magazine and MSNBC, Jonathan Chait went all-in on the most outlandish of the salacious collusion rumors. One debunked fairy tale dished up in the discredited Steele dossier was a puerile bit of bad pornography too tawdry for most respectable journalists to touch. But not Chait, who thought it made for a clever headline: “I’m a Peeliever and You Should Be, Too.” A July 2018 issue of New York featured a long Chait essay fleshing out an unhinged espionage-collusion conspiracy theory that held that Russian agents had been cultivating and compromising Donald Trump as an asset since 1987. MSNBC gave Chait a platform to repeat the claim to a TV audience. Chait stuck to the low road on social media as well, such as a February 2018 Twitter outburst wherein he implied Trump campaign aide Carter Page had “passed documents to Russian spies.” The DOJ inspector general would later reveal that far from a Russian asset, Page had been a willing source for the CIA, helping the agency obtain information about the Russians. Nobody given a modestly respectable public platform could boast of a hoax game as comprehensive and credulous as Chait, reported Mr. Braun. Second, Rick Wilson, Lincoln Project Like Hillary Clinton, wrote Mr. Braun, political consultant Rick Wilson provided a unique contribution to the hoax promotion breed. In his case, he came at it from a supposedly Republican perspective. He is a co-founder of the Lincoln Project, a super PAC cooked up from a fusion of disgruntled Republican consultants and left-wing money with the aim of electing Democratic nominee Joe Biden president. On the first night of the 2020 Democratic National Convention, the Lincoln Project Twitter account posted a message to the delegates: “We go low so you don’t have to. #DNC2020.” The message appears to have been removed within days, perhaps because the low-going consultants claiming Honest Abe’s reputation belatedly recognized that nasty political hackery is not what put him on Mt. Rushmore. But when promoting the collusion hoax, Rick Wilson pushed himself even lower. In a December 2019 Rolling Stone commentary, Wilson said President Trump had been guilty of “grotesque subservience to the Russian leader who helped elect him” and referred to Trump allies and supporters as “traitors” repeating “Kremlin-approved propaganda messages.” The Republican turncoat Wilson wrote in a November 2017 screed for the Daily Beast that former Trump advisor Carter Page “didn’t just talk the pro-Russian talk; he threw himself into the eager arms of SVR [Russian intelligence] operatives.” The inspector general later found that Page threw himself into the eager arms of American intelligence operatives, who sought his advice on what Russian intelligence was up to. An FBI lawyer who hid that truth found himself on the business end of a federal prosecution. Good thing for Wilson he is just a hack with a hoax. 2020 Election Russiagate Steele Dossier FISA Court Democrats FBI declassification Brennan notes Capitol Research Center Russian collusion Crossfire Hurricane Robert Mueller Inspector General DOJ Jonathan Chait Carter Page Rick Wilson Lincoln Project

  • Who Will Rally The Pro-Constitution Forces?

As we have documented in a number of articles, there is a great deal of evidence that Democrats and their Far Left allies intend to provoke a constitutional crisis around the 2020 election. And in Unconventional Warfare – The Democrat Plan To Oust Trump we’ve explained how Democrats have been telegraphing their plan to end our 220-year-old tradition of the peaceful transfer of constitutional power. The evidence is plentiful that the Democrats and the Far Left are well along their timeline to execute this plan through both massed street violence and political warfare. For example, News – Talk Radio KFLD 870 reported: Court-appointed Republican voting poll inspectors in 16 different voting stations were "forcibly" removed and replaced by Democrats -- even by members of the controversial New Black Panthers. According to memos and internal reports obtained by the Washington Examiner and the Philadelphia Inquirer, GOP inspectors there to oversee and maintain integrity in the voting process were forced to leave. One report indicates a female GOP inspector was physically thrown out of the building! You might recall in 2008 numerous videos that were posted online of members of the New Black Panthers standing outside various polling places in Philadelphia and other Pennsylvania cities intimidating white voters to keep them from entering – investigation into that voter intimidation case was later called off by Obama’s Attorney General and “wingman” Eric Holder. The Far Left has also developed a nationwide logistics network – for example BLM and ANTIFA protester Jeremy Vajko who was arrested for recklessly driving his spray-painted van in DC was also at the Portland and Kenosha riots. According to the UK’s Daily Mail: In June, Vajko was arrested in Portland for interfering with a police officer. He was let go without bond. In July, he was arrested again in Portland on the same charge and with an additional charge of disorderly conduct. He was let go again. In Kenosha, he claims he was stopped by police and had the van searched. It is unclear if he was arrested. A Kenosha Police Department press release on August 27 refers to a group of vehicles that were stopped in a parking lot for acting suspiciously. The release did not give any of the group's names, but said they had helmets, protective vests and illegal fireworks in their vehicles. And Mr. Vajko wasn’t the only West Coast operative arrested in DC recently. Independent reporter Andy Ngo (@MrAndyNgo) reported Megan Mitra Smith, who has been arrested at least three times in Portland over the past few months at violent protests was in DC to crash Brandon Straka’s Pro-Trump “Walk Away” rally and was caught on camera in a violent attack on Park Police. Reporting from the Midwest, Justin Hart of RationalGround.com (@justin_hart) tweeted video of pre-staged riot gear and signs being distributed in Louisville, Kentucky: If you had any question that the forces behind Antifa and BLM are coordinated and funded and not quite as organic as you might support (to put it mildly). Watch as this Uhaul truck is unloaded with pre-packaged signs and other equipment for what will be a violent night in KY. Andy Ngo later tweeted: That looks like Tennessee-based #antifa militant Corey Lemley directing people to the @uhaul truck containing antifa propaganda & riot gear in Louisville, Ky. #AntifaRiots https://www.newschannel5.com/news/newschannel-5-investigates/antifa-organizer-discusses-movements-role-in-protests The U-Haul was traced to Holly Zoller of the Bail Project. Zoller was later arrested and the truck was impounded, according to internal logs from the rental company that were leaked to the Gateway Pundit. Cassandra Fairbanks reported that in a leaked phone call between Zoller and a person pretending to work for U-Haul, she admitted that they were using the truck to drop off supplies for rioters. It is unclear if Zoller’s “Bail Project” has any connection to the bail fund which Democrat candidate for Vice President Kamala Harris helped promote and that used the funds raised to bail out accused child rapists and murderers among other violent offenders. The assumption of many, if not most, conservatives is that the police and the military will step up to handle any mass anti-constitutional civil unrest organized by those forces cited above. However, as we have seen time and again, Leftist city officials in DC and elsewhere will order the police to stand down, and as the senior military leadership has expressly stated, they have no intention of taking a side in any civil unrest – even if their oath to support and defend the Constitution against domestic enemies would obviously require them to do so. Nazi collaborator George Soros alone has funneled over $220 million into so-called social justice organizations, many that directly or indirectly support BLM, ANTIFA and the Far Left’s other shock troops. And, what’s worse, given the disparity in funding and mobilization time, there is no obvious constitutionalist counterweight organized to counter them. Within the conservative movement and the Republican Party there is no appetite for organizing street protests and turning out crowds of Pro-Constitution demonstrators – it’s just not what they do. President Trump’s MAGA supporters turn out, but they are not organized and equipped to meet BLM and ANTIFA thugs intent on igniting violent confrontations. That leaves three groups that have shown themselves to be defenders of constitutional liberty and who have the organization and training to rally the constitutionalist forces and take them to the streets: Oath Keepers, Three Percenters and the Proud Boys. Oath Keepers concentrates on recruiting and networking former military, law enforcement and other first responders; Three Percenters look to the 3% of colonists estimated to have actively fought for American independence for inspiration; Proud Boys describe themselves as “western chauvinists,” and their upfront rejection of political correctness and connections with edgy celebrities like Joe Rogan earned them a recent name check from President Trump, who said: “Proud Boys – stand back and stand by. But I’ll tell you what. I’ll tell you what. Somebody’s got to do something about ANTIFA and the Left because this is not a rightwing problem.” Under pressure President Trump later disavowed any sympathy or association with the Proud Boys, but the challenge in his comment remains unanswered – “Somebody’s got to do something about ANTIFA and the Left.” All three groups appear to be good candidates to take up the President’s challenge, but they do not display the same sophisticated level of logistics and information warfare capability that the Left has exhibited. In large measure this is because the Left has effectively snuffed the financial and organizational growth of constitutionalist organizations by labeling groups, such as the Proud Boys, Three Percenters and Oath Keepers, as “white supremacist” or “white nationalist” militias. That the Three Percenters and Proud Boys are proudly multi-racial, and the Oath Keepers are likewise a colorblind network of former military, police officers and first responders didn’t keep the Southern Poverty Law Center from naming them as rightwing hate groups. That designation is a political and information warfare narrative and would be deployed to undermine the organization of any pro-constitution forces capable of contending with the anti-constitutional Leftist forces that are already mobilizing. Proud Boys, the Three Percenters, and the Oath Keepers all have clear statements of support for the Constitution and traditional American ideas of limited constitutional government and are open to anyone regardless of race or ethnicity, but the Left is winning the political narrative battle and undermined their credibility. And so, the question remains, when the post-election chaos starts, if it’s not the police, the military, the Proud Boys, the Three Percenters or the Oath Keepers, who can punch through the Left’s narrative that defending the Constitution equals “white nationalism” to rally and organize the Pro-Constitution forces? 2020 Election voter intimidation violence rioting fraud protests Jeremy Vajko BLM Antifa Kenosha Portland Megan Mitra Smith Uhaul truck Corey Lemley Holly Zoller George Soros Oath Keepers Three Percenters Proud Boys
