The inimitable Laura Loomer has reported a man named Khalid Shair, who is involved with Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) for the purpose of establishing Islamic banking in the United States, has presented a plan to establish a Sharia city called "Qatar City" north of Phoenix, Arizona.
It’s important to note that this comes just months after the exposure of the "Epic City" project near Dallas, in North Texas. This is a planned real estate project called EPIC - East Plano Islamic Center - aiming to build an Islamic city with 1,000 housing units, along with Muslim cultural and religious centers.
The concept is to create a “safe space” for the implementation of Sharia law. In Texas, there are concerns about further land purchases for such projects. There are also claims that the lands are being purchased by organizations linked to CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood.
This is exactly the opposite of the American ideal of assimilation, summed up in our national motto E Pluribus Unum – Out of Many One.
Sharia law is not just religious rules for a community’s internal affairs, but part of a jihad whose goal is to expand Islam, at first voluntarily and later by force and imposition of Sharia law. While Sharia law is often presented as a set of religious rules for Muslims’ internal affairs, the reality is it is part of a broader mission (jihad) to expand Islamic governance.
Their approach always begins with voluntary outreach and community building, but the ultimate goal, as expressed in the Muslim Brotherhood’s “Explanatory Memorandum” is to destroy constitutional liberty and impose Sharia law on non-Muslims.

A broker deck title and a banker’s decade-old court history don’t prove foreign ownership or foreign governance. However, past experience with developers getting approval for a seemingly benign project only to change it midstream, demands we shine a light on the project's Muslim associations so no development is used as a Trojan horse for the Islamification of America.
