This makes two – that we know of – illegal Communist Chinese biolabs that have been identified and taken down by authorities. The first was discovered by accident in Reedly, California, this second one was in Las Vegas.
The Las Vegas house suspected of containing an illegal biological laboratory was raided Jan. 31. The house is linked to a similar biolab in California that was operated by Chinese nationals and raided two years ago, authorities confirmed Feb. 2.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention tested the substances and detected at least 20 potentially infectious agents, including coronavirus, HIV, hepatitis and herpes, according to a Health and Human Services letter dated June 6, 2023.
Our friends at the Epoch Times reported investigators were tipped off a week ago that the home was owned by a Chinese national who was in federal custody on charges related to the illegal biolab found in Reedley, California, in 2023, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Sheriff Kevin McMahill told reporters.
The man also owned another house on a nearby street. That home was searched and did not contain any suspected biological materials, according to the FBI.
Two SWAT teams found three people inside the main house on Sugar Springs Drive in northeast Las Vegas.
Police detained Ori Solomon, 55, who faces state charges related to improper disposal of hazardous waste. Solomon was allegedly the house manager of both properties, McMahill said.
The home is owned by David Destiny Discovery LLC, according to the Clark County Assessor’s Office.
David Destiny Discovery LLC was registered in Nevada under the name David He, the same name as the pseudonym used by Jia Bei Zhu, who was arrested in October 2023 in connection with the illegal biolab in Reedley, California.
Zhu is a Chinese citizen who formerly lived in Clovis, California. In 2023, he was charged with manufacturing and distributing medical devices in violation of the federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and for making false statements to the Food and Drug Administration, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Back in 2023 we asked how many other such biolabs might be scattered across the United States, but those entreaties were ignored by Biden-era federal authorities.
Now, after two years, local police stumbled on a second biolab so obviously connected to the first that kids playing “Clue” could have found it two years ago, and suddenly the Feds are paying attention. Press reports indicate they are investigating 20 other locations connected to the same person.
It is well-documented that the thousands of citizens of Communist China who entered the United States illegally during the Biden years were mostly military age single men.
Once across the border of the United States, they were turned loose with pieces of paper telling them to appear for hearings scheduled for years in the future. No one monitors them. No one will compel them to appear for these meaningless hearings.
These are not desperate penniless former factory workers seeking a better life. These are people with resources. They are also people that somehow made it out of a Communist totalitarian police state without interference or interception.
The Red Chinese People’s Liberation Army of today is not the army of peasant conscripts that fought the United States in the Korean War. However, it remains the political army of the Chinese Communist Party, just as it was then when it was formed out of the veterans of Mao Zedong Long March and victory in the Chinese Civil War that drove the Free China forces off the mainland to Taiwan. Today’s PLA is a highly motivated, politically committed force that aspires to peer status with the United States and is training to achieve that goal.
Extreme physical toughness and ideological commitment are hallmarks of the PLA’s elite units, such as their Special Operations Forces. Hiking the Darien Gap through Central America and dispersing to predetermined rally points to await instructions would be a weekend ruck for a PLA Special Operations Unit… or 1000 100-man units.
According to Red Chinese sources PLA Special Operations units vary in size from 100 to 1000 personnel. A Department of Defense report, issued more than 20-years ago, suggests "[T]he development of the PLA’s special operations capability merits greater attention in the coming years."
Back in 2022, we wrote the number of Communist Chinese illegal entries (that we know about) works out to be about the same as six battalions of Red Chinese Special Forces.
And that number almost doubled in the last years of the Biden administration.
So, what would six or twelve battalions of Communist Chinese Special Forces be up to if they were in the United States?
One obvious activity would be to release bioweapons across the United States in a repeat of the COVID-19 attack, and an unobtrusive warehouse in Reedly, California and a suburban home on a quiet street in Las Vegas make perfect rally points for staging such an attack.
In a recent edition of AND Magazine our friend former CIA operator Sam Faddis noted that after the first lab was discovered in 2023, Congress conducted a lengthy investigation and issued some extremely hard-hitting findings:
The Communist Chinese interest in biological weapons is well known. There is no question that they are working on them and, as the COVID-19 attack demonstrated, that in the right situation, they would use them.
There is a reason why biological weapons are referred to as the “poor man’s nuclear weapon”. They are cheap. They are relatively easy to manufacture in a small space. A lab in a suburban home could grow enough of a pathogen for a nationwide attack, observed Mr. Faddis.
With the discovery of this second illegal Red Chinese biolab it is time we did what we should have done when Joe Biden was President – turn the country upside down, looking for anyone and anything remotely connected in any way to these two labs.

In a recent edition of AND Magazine our friend former CIA operator Sam Faddis noted that after the first lab was discovered in 2023, Congress conducted a lengthy investigation and issued some extremely hard-hitting findings:
- The illegal biolab was run by a PRC citizen who is a wanted fugitive from Canada with a $330 million Canadian dollar judgment against him for stealing American intellectual property.
- This PRC citizen was a top official at a PRC-state-controlled company and had links to military-civil fusion entities.
- The illegal biolab received millions of dollars in unexplained payments from PRC banks while running the illegal biolab.
- The illegal biolab contained thousands of samples of labeled, unlabeled, and encoded potential pathogens, including HIV, malaria, tuberculosis, and Covid.
- The illegal biolab also contained a freezer labeled “Ebola,” which contained unlabeled, sealed silver bags consistent with how the lab stored high-risk biological materials. Ebola is a Select Agent with a lethality rate between 25-90%.
- The biolab contained nearly a thousand transgenic mice, genetically engineered to mimic the human immune system. Lab workers said that the mice were designed “to catch and carry the COVID-19 virus.”
- After local officials who discovered the lab sought help from the CDC and others, the Biden CDC refused to test any of the samples.
