In 2014 the intellectual conservative giant, author, and Claremont University professor Harry Jaffa said:
- Western Civilization survives because of America.
- America survives because of the Conservative Movement.
- I’ve added the Conservative Movement survives because of about 100 conservatives.
On the 19th of April in 1775 at Lexington and Concord, of the 3,000 patriots that fought the British Regulars/The Red Coats, that day, about 150 were under the command of two military officers. The remaining 95% grabbed their muskets and rushed to the sound of the guns.
The patriots that day were leaders.
Pick yourself to lead.
Don’t wait for others to lead.
Remember to whom much is given, much is demanded.
No one asked, urged, pleaded with Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, or Donald Trump to run for President. They picked themselves.
Today our weapons are not the muskets of the April 19, 1775 patriots but are:
- Our voices
- Phones
- Postal mail
- Social media
- Blogs
- Podcasts
- Talk radio
- Cable television
- Nonprofit organizations
Because the leadership of most national news organizations are censoring conservative news and information, each of us has an opportunity and an obligation to become modern-day Paul Reveres. And urge others to do the same. And if we do, the ripple effect will reach tens of millions of voters.
For most of the 20th century, Democrats falsely BRANDED conservatives as the party of the rich, Big Business, Wall Street, trickledown economics.
And that BRANDING won Democrats a lot of elections.
Now we conservatives have a strong opportunity to honestly BRAND the Democrat Party as having been captured by CRAZY, DANGEROUS, ANTI-GOD, ANTI-AMERICAN, ELITE, BIG GOVERNMENT, SOCIALISTS/COMMUNISTS.
And if we are successful, Democrats may never again win a national election.
