Democrats Have Already Tested Their Seditious Post-Election Plan

Among the videos in the treasure trove of seditious documents, video and audio clips and communications exposed by @DataRepublican is this clip showing Danielle Reiff of Democracy Renewal Group (DRG) pitching her vision to an audience including Washington state's Secretary of State, Steve Hobbs.

She explains the “redline” scenarios and ultimately the seditious conspiracy’s vision of creating a "cross-partisan" government in the wake of an “illegitimate” Trump administration.

Her three "democratic emergency" scenarios should be familiar by now:

  • Election meltdown - which includes a widespread public loss of trust in election results.
  • Insurrection Act deployed against protesters.
  • An attempt to delay seating of legitimately elected officials post-election.

What is both laughable and scary about Democrats viewing these as redlines worthy of overthrowing the Trump administration is that Democrats have already done two of the three so-called “redlines.”

The 2020 election meltdown has been explored at book-length and needs no further examination here.*

However, many readers may not realize that Democrats have already not only delayed the seating of duly elected Members of Congress, they have actually refused to seat Republicans who won and were certified by their state election officials.

In 2007 in Florida's 13th Congressional District, Vern Buchanan won by a mere 369 votes amid a massive electronic voting machine "undervote" controversy.

According to the Congressional Record from January 4, 2007, Democratic Rep. Rush Holt raised a parliamentary inquiry regarding the contested race. Speaker Nancy Pelosi allowed Buchanan to be seated conditionally. She noted on the House floor that "the seating of this Member-elect is entirely without prejudice to the contest over the final right to that seat" pending a full review under the Federal Contested Elections Act.

Ultimately, Rep. Buchanan kept his seat after a recount certified by Florida’s Republican state and local election officials, despite Democrat efforts to invoke federal authority to deprive him of his win.

Indiana’s Rick McIntyre was not so fortunate in 1985.

After a hotly contested 1984 campaign Indiana election officials certified Republican Rick McIntyre the winner of Indiana’s 8th Congressional District over incumbent Democrat Frank McCloskey – the margin was 418 votes on the basis of a state-certified recount.

McIntyre, the Republican challenger, had been declared the winner by 34 votes one day after the election and by 418 votes after a state-ordered recount. But House Democrats argued that 4,800 citizens had lost their votes when their ballots were declared invalid under the state’s strict election laws.

Democrats then created a three-member House task force, which found on the strength of a recount by Congress’ General Accounting Office that McCloskey won the election by four votes.

Note that no state-certified count or recount ever showed McCloskey the winner – the only vote count he ever won was the one controlled by House Democrats.

This is a scenario remarkable in its similarity to the one Democrats now envision as a “redline” and a cause for an insurrection against the Trump administration, which, whatever the outcome of the midterms, still has two years to run.

It’s also worth noting that in 1985 Democrats, led by Speaker Tip O’Neill, didn’t need McCloskey’s vote to keep control of the House. Republicans only held 180 seats at the time – they were at least 35 votes short of deposing O’Neill and electing a Republican Speaker.

They refused to seat Rick McIntyre simply as an exercise of raw political power.

Now, the Democrats’ lunatic, completely anti-constitutional answer to Republicans if they exercise exactly that same kind of power politics after this election would be to declare the federal government “illegitimate” and to create a completely unconstitutional “cross-partisan system of transitional governance.”

Danielle Reiff suggests a “cross-partisan” board of governors, as well President Obama and President Bush as potential transitional leaders once President Trump is deposed.

What’s particularly scary about this clip is that one member of the audience is Washington state's Democrat Secretary of State, Steve Hobbs – the elected official in charge of administering elections in the Evergreen State.

Hobbs doesn’t say “Hell No,” in fact he doesn’t disagree at all and says he has had the exact same conversation with German and Japanese officials regarding how to deal with Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) and other right-wing nationalist parties.

To be fair, he doesn’t commit to the plan, but doesn’t oppose it either, because in his words, "we're winning," meaning it is unnecessary, not wildly inappropriate and unconstitutional.

The trove exposed by @DataRepublican is literally thousands of documents, videos and communications outlining what amounts to the kind of “color revolution” our intelligence agencies helped facilitate in other countries – the big difference is these former intelligence operatives, military officers and non-government organization leaders are deploying those techniques right here, in America.

And crazy as it sounds, they mean it, and they have the people, plan and money to carry it off.
