The Obama-Biden-Hillary Clinton policy of undermining and overthrowing secular authoritarian, but relatively stable, governments in the Middle East has now borne bitter
fruit for Syria’s minority Christian, Druze and Alawite residents.
Syria, once a peaceful, relatively tolerant, multiethnic and multireligious country run by the brutal dictators of the al Assad family has been turned into a killing zone by the jihadi forces that overthrew Bashar al Assad in a lightening campaign largely funded and apparently directed by Türkiye’s Islamist government.
Islamist forces allied with the new regime reportedly now have official orders to kill anyone they consider an infidel on sight.
Pervious Syrian regimes having exterminated the county's Jews, Christians, Druze, Yazidis, and even Alawite Muslims are now all facing genocide.
According to a statement by the Iraqi Christian Foundation, Syrian Christians and Alawites are being slaughtered in Syria by soldiers of the ISIS/AlQaeda terrorist government. The death toll is 1800 in just the last few days, with many victims still missing. Entire villages are being slaughtered by these terrorist government forces.
The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) said on Friday that more than 225 people have been killed since Thursday. However, this is believed to be a gross underreporting, with activists on the ground, such as Coast Youth Forum, believing the death toll could be as high as 1,800, mostly Alawites, but also Christians.
Syria’s new regime, led by so-called transitional president Ahmad al-Sharaa, has for months been massacring the Alawite minority, as well as Christians, under the guise of eliminating remnants of the former Assad dictatorship.
In his first statement since the violence broke out, Ahmed al-Sharaa said Syria would pursue the “remnants” of the ousted Assad regime and bring them to trial, Reuters reports.
The latest massacres mark a sharp escalation though, with disturbing videos seen by Greek City Times showing the execution of civilians, women, children and the elderly.
One video shows the Turkish-backed jihadists desecrating a Christian icon in Tartous. The militant says, “Our guardian is Allah, and you have no guardian,” accusing Christians of idol worship.
Paul Antonopoulos, writing for the Greek City Times, reports many videos are circulating on social media of the pogroms launched by the Sunni chauvinist takfiri on the country’s minorities.
Pamala Geller reported the Biden regime backed this new Syrian government by al-Qaeda Terrorist al-Jolani (Jawlani). He told the American people that this Jolani’s new government was going to serve all Syrians.
He even sent them ‘humanitarian aid.’
Now Christians and non-Muslims are being rounded up en masse by the Biden-backed Islamic regime in Syria.
Biden’s State Department removed the $10 million reward for Abu Mohammad al Jolani, the Specially Designated Global Terrorist who leads Haytat Tahrir al Sham (HTS), which State describes as an Al Qaeda branch. The bounty on Jolani was removed as US Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Barbara Leaf met with him and other Hayat Tahrir al Sham leaders in Damascus on December 20.
Reports now claim that to escape execution by the security forces of the new Syrian regime led by Ahmad Al-Sharaa (Al-Joulani), that Biden supported, thousands of Alawites, Christians and other religious and ethnic minorities have sought shelter at the Hmeimim Air Base of the Russian Aerospace Force in Latakia, Syria.
Reportedly, in a strange retreat from their usual depravity and inhumanity, the Russian military has deployed field kitchens and is providing assistance to women and children taking refuge at their Hmeimim Air Base.
Now, as Islamist killers drag the bodies of so-called infidels through the streets of Syrian cities, President Trump is left with another Biden-created Middle East disaster to handle just as his administration was planning to recall many of the American forces in the region.
