Three Things Are Necessary For This Seditious Conspiracy To Work

As we’ve explained in articles posted over the past few days, our friend Jennica Pounds, known online as @DataRepublican, has exposed a seditious conspiracy to overthrow the Trump government after the midterm elections.

At the center of this conspiracy is a group of former USAID staff, Leftist military officers, former intelligence agency staff and Democrat non-government organization operatives funded by Leftist billionaires and potentially foreign governments.

The organizations and individuals include:

Danielle Reiff

Dr. Paul Zeitz

Erica Chenoweth, Ph.D.

Rear Admiral Michael E. (Mike) Smith (Ret), founder and president of National Security Leaders for America

And these organizations:

Renew to Thrive (R2T)

United Democracy Alliance (UDA) see articles here and here

50501 and its main website here

Indivisible

Horizons

National Security Leaders for America (NSL4A)

Democracy Funders Network, Dark money organization chaired by Rachel Pritzker, sister of Illinois’ Democrat Governor J.B. Pritzker.

Governors Safeguarding Democracy (GSD), Chaired by Illinois’ Democrat Governor J.B. Pritzker.

Smith is the public facing part of the seditious conspiracy to dress it up as “patriotism,” the others operate more in the shadows.

And there’s one other shadowy organization you need to know and remember, United Democracy Alliance. You will not find any mentions of the United Democracy Alliance (UDA) on the web. It is a mega-alliance of resistance NGOs ready to deploy on a moment's notice, monitoring every action President Trump takes and monitoring every polling place, explained Jennica Pounds (@DataRepublican).

For this conspiracy to work, three things need to happen – and the first two will happen because Democrats have already put them in motion.

The first thing is post-election street violence.

Democrats have already put in motion a “Heads I win, tails you lose” scenario in which if there is a “blue wave” sweeping Democrats into control of Congress their shock troops will take to the streets demanding an end to the “Trump regime” and declaring the final two years of President Donald Trump’s administration “illegitimate.”

If there’s no “blue wave,” or if President Trump takes steps to impose election integrity measures on Election Day, Democrats will take to the streets and the courts to declare the results of the election, and the Trump administration, “illegitimate.”

Either way there will be street violence a la what’s going on in France and other parts of Europe right now.

And when the Trump administration moves to stop the street violence, particularly if the President invokes the Insurrection Act, then Democrat governors, starting with Illinois’ Democrat Governor J.B. Pritzker, will declare the President’s actions “illegitimate” and they will move to vacate the presidency.

And they will have Leftist federal judges on their side.

So, the second necessary condition for the conspiracy to work is a declaration by a Leftist federal judge or Democrat governor that the administration’s actions are “illegitimate.”

Democrats will say, now that the establishment media has begun to sniff around the @DataRepublican revelations, that they are merely engaged in First Amendment protected speech by “wargaming” the overthrow of the duly elected President of the United States.

But part of their wargame posits that they need federal workers to defy any orders to put down the violence or bring the defiant states into compliance with lawful federal orders.

And, two (and probably more) federal statutes would seem to apply to, and negate, the claim they are engaged in protected First Amendment speech if they do that:

18 U.S.C. § 372 (Conspiracy to Impede or Injure an Officer): If two or more people conspire by force, intimidation, or threat to prevent a federal officer from discharging their duties—or to induce an officer to leave the place where their duties are performed—it is a crime punishable by up to six years in prison, a fine, or both.

18 U.S.C. § 1752 / Obstruction Laws: Intentionally disrupting official government business or functions in restricted areas (such as protected federal buildings or residences) is also prohibited.

And the conspirators have already admitted to attempting to disrupt official government functions, during an emergency situation no less:

Paul Zeitz (see above) typed during a Zoom call: "We are also starting to consult federal workers on how to do some blocking inside the govt agencies during emergency situations - but please do not put that on the form."

Inducing a federal official to “actively block” a federal government agency from performing its duties during an "emergency situation" no less, sounds an awful lot like a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 372 and/or 18 U.S.C. § 1752.

However, we’re not lawyers, so we will leave it to the FBI, which we hope is reading all of this, to decide if the obvious conspiracy rises to sedition (under 18 U.S.C. § 2384), which alongside felony charges for assaulting, resisting, or impeding law enforcement officers and obstruction of an official proceeding sent Proud Boys founder Enrique Torres to prison for 22-years, until he was pardoned by President Trump.

The trove exposed by @DataRepublican is literally thousands of documents, videos and communications outlining what amounts to the kind of “color revolution” our intelligence agencies helped facilitate in other countries – the big difference is these former intelligence operatives, military officers and non-government organization leaders are deploying those techniques right here, in America.

And crazy as it sounds, they mean it, and they have the people, plan and money to carry it off.
