This Could Be Trump’s Most Consequential Act As President

"It is the nature of Islam to dominate, not to be dominated, to impose its law on all nations and to extend its power to the entire planet." Hassan al Banna, founder of the Muslim Brotherhood.

President Donald Trump told our friend John Solomon of 'Just the News' on Sunday that he intends to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a foreign terrorist organization. This may be President Trump's most consequential act as President, because it formally recognizes the ongoing internal war here in America between the Muslims who have infiltrated our country with the intention of imposing Sharia upon us, and the forces of constitutional liberty.

“It will be done in the strongest and most powerful terms,” Trump said. “Final documents are being drawn,” he said.

The Arab Weekly reported Secretary of State Marco Rubio said last August that the designation of the Muslim Brotherhood as a foreign terrorist organization was “is in the works, and obviously there are different branches of the Muslim Brotherhood, so you’d have to designate each one of them.”

“So, we have to go through this process internally where you have to do the review, you have to document and justify what it is,” he added. The organization is already branded a terrorist organization in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain. The Brotherhood, which was recently banned in Jordan, maintains links to Qatar and Turkey. These two countries back Hamas, which is considered an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood.

The Muslim Brotherhood is described by experts as the ideological source of inspiration for Sunni jihadist groups such as Al Qaeda.

The Muslim Brotherhood’s aspirations have been known for decades, yet multiple Presidents, notably Bill Clinton, George W Bush, Barack Obama and Joe Biden have ignored the threat, even when Muslim Brotherhood leaders said it out loud:

"The Muslim Brotherhood is a global movement whose members cooperate with each other throughout the world, based on the same religious worldview - the spread of Islam, until it rules the world." Mohammed Akef, Supreme Guide, International Muslim Brotherhood, Asharq Al-Awsat: 12/11/05

Trump’s statement comes in the wake of a decision last week by Republican Texas Governor Greg Abbott to designate the Muslim Brotherhood and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), an NGO close to the Muslim Brotherhood, both as “foreign terrorist organizations and transnational criminal organizations.”

The proclamation by Abbott said that the Muslim Brotherhood “provides support to localized branches in countries and territories throughout the world, including groups that conduct terrorism internationally.”

The Republican governor argued that both “The Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR have long made their goals clear: to forcibly impose Sharia law and establish Islam’s ‘mastership of the world.’ The actions taken by the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR to support terrorism across the globe and subvert our laws through violence, intimidation, and harassment are unacceptable.”

Senator Ted Cruz introduced a bill in July which would call for the MB to be designated as a foreign terrorist organization. “The Muslim Brotherhood is a terrorist organization, and it provides support to Muslim Brotherhood branches that are terrorist organizations,” Cruz said.

As the Hudson Institute’s Zeyno Baran explained, Islamist groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood are engaged in a long-term social engineering project. The eventual “Islamization” of the world is to be enacted via a bottom-up process. Initially, the individual is transformed into a “true” Muslim. This Islamization of the individual leads that person to reject Western norms of pluralism, individual rights, and the secular rule of law. Next, the individual’s family is transformed; then the society; then the state; and finally, the entire world is expected to live, and be governed, according to Islamic principles.

This ideological machinery is at the core of Islamist terrorism and it works to promote separation, sedition, and hatred. The tactics of the Muslim Brotherhood may be nonviolent in the West and less violent than other groups in the Muslim world, but the ideology behind those tactics remains fundamentally opposed to the Western democratic system and its values.

Those who do not follow the Muslim civilization jihad being waged against the United States may see the President’s planned action as something new, maybe even an act of religious bigotry. In reality it is a 30+ years late recognition that there is a war taking place right here in America and up until now the forces of constitutional liberty and Judeo-Christian values have been losing, because they haven’t been fighting.
