Yesterday, voters in Texas decisively affirmed Proposition 10 in the Republican primary with its five-word mandate: “Texas should prohibit sharia law.” With the support of 95 percent of those casting ballots, banning sharia – Islam’s toxic, totalitarian and demonic death-cult – has become a voting issue not only in their state, but across the country.
CHQ is proud to have joined with “Save Texas, Save America Campaign” and other patriotic individuals and organizations in that state and nationally in making the case that sharia is utterly incompatible with the U.S. Constitution and the values of Judeo-Christian civilization. For example, sharia authorizes its adherents – if it does not actually command them, pursuant to the model of Islam’s so-called “Perfect Man,” its prophet Mohammed – to engage in the following:
As Texans have learned more about the horrors sharia-supremacists are insinuating here and seeking to impose on them, they quite rightly reject it. They now need to translate the sentiment expressed in this primary election into a demand that every candidate standing in the rest of this year’s elections declare where they stand on sharia and that they seek and pledge to fulfill a mandate to prohibit it in Texas. And patriots in every other state must do the same with candidates in their elections during the rest of 2026.
Frank Gaffney, a leader of the Save Texas, Save America Campaign said in response to this crushing victory: “It’s time to stop sharia’s frog-boiling of Texas and the rest of America. Texas points the way to prohibiting sharia before sharia prohibits freedom. We must now vote to do so this fall. BanSharia.com.”
Amy Mekelburg, a founder of the RAIR Foundation, said the vote was, “A massive ROAR against Islam’s brutal, supremacist system - no place in our Constitution, no parallel courts, no creeping takeover! Your turnout made banning Sharia a national voting issue. No more ignoring mosques, foreign funding, CAIR infiltration, or Sharia enclaves. The fight continues: Codify the ban, scrutinize every dollar, dismantle MB fronts, enforce America First. THANK YOU FOR FIGHTING WITH ME, I APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH! Texas has already taken strong steps.
Gov. Greg Abbott signed legislation targeting Sharia-compliant compounds and discriminatory practices. Federal lawmakers from Texas, including Rep. Chip Roy, are pushing for national action.
But Proposition 10 raises the stakes.
This large YES vote will push the Legislature to deliver real protections: banning Sharia in family courts and contracts, increasing scrutiny of foreign-funded groups, and ensuring no parallel legal systems take root in our state.
Recent data shows significant percentages of American Muslims support implementing Sharia here. Muslim Brotherhood-linked networks openly pursue “civilization jihad” through gradual legal and cultural infiltration. Texas—with its strong economy, conservative values, and key position—is a prime target. We stopped dangerous projects like EPIC City through vigilance. Proposition 10 is the next line of defense.
