Today’s Exclusive Webinar: Cuba Libré – Ending Red China’s Colonization of Our Hemisphere

President Trump has made no secret of his ambition to “take Cuba” next. It’s hard to overstate the importance of such an initiative.

Obviously, freeing the long-suffering people of that island nation would end their collective nightmare caused by six decades of Communist misrule. Returning enterprising and industrious Cubans to the Free World would be a boon both to them and to the rest of us.

But it would also have profound knock-on effects for this country and its vital interests throughout the Western hemisphere.

For one thing, Cuba has provided a permanent base of operations for hostile powers including Russia, China and Iran. Their intelligence collection, espionage, cyberwarfare, naval visits and/or surreptitious deployments of offensive military equipment and forces are among the activities enabled by the Cuban regime.

Cuba’s collaboration with such adversaries has extended to nations elsewhere in the region, as well – subverting its democracies and, particularly through Chinese penetration and domination of nation after nation, empowering and weaponizing its many hard-left governments. Xi Jinping’s colonial Belt and Road Initiative has been facilitated by the presence and influence operations of Cuban intelligence and special forces personnel.

This CPDC webinar examines how freeing Cuba could transform hemispheric security – and ours – and, in the process, give fresh impetus to the unravelling of the Chinese Communist Party’s efforts to dominate the region.
